As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. On the way back from our cruise, same interaction just another professional well mannered driver. Both vehicles that I rode in were extremely clean. Now this does cost more than a Uber or Lyft, but factoring in time and not having to search for your driver, the extra cost can be justified. My only complaint is that I have never found a limousine with proper leg room to be able to sit with your legs down. I was impressed that he could back it in an entrance near the chapal to make loading easy for us.
