Quick pick up. Friendly. The only downfall is with the way the seating is, if they pick up several other people, their kids are kicking you in the knees, standing in the seats and climbing all over. They picked up a couple with 2 dogs so I know they are dog friendly (unfortunately they allowed them on the seats which could be a problem if you rode after and had allergies.) Recommended if you just need a quick ride at night. read more

What a horrible service! I called them to have them pick us up, and the shuttle drove right past us and never stopped. I called a couple more times and the owner, Scott yelled at me and told me he was fed up with my calls and he would get there when he got there and hang up on me. Terrible service! This is the best way to get around St Augustine. Scott Picks you up wherever you are. Drops you off where you want. The longest We have waited was 20 minutes. When we first got to St Augustine we drove around forever looking for anywhere to park. Went back to our hotel and called the Scooter Shuttle. Bus, Van etc.. very comfortable, the air condition was nice and cold. Never crowded. Scott and the other drivers are very nice. read more

Worst experience ever!!! Scott is the owner is he is shady. My wife and I had our wedding in St. Augustine and we wanted our guest to be able to get to the chapel, the reception, and back home safely and to not have to worry about parking in town (parking is bad in St. Augustine). When we met with Scott, he told us he would only charge by the hour ($125/hour) and your time doesn't start until he picks you up and then drops you off. He touted that his competition starts charging you as soon as they leave their base and keep charging until they return to their base. He also was bragging that he would send his new bus to pick us up since it was for our wedding. He ended up sending and older bus that was completely different from the one he had originally showed us. We did not even come close to even 1 hour with this guy and he charged us $450. His driver picked up our guest at the home we rented and dropped them off at the chapel. It was 1.7 miles and only took 5 minutes to get them there. Scott had agreed to take our gusts to the reception hall and then return to pick my wife and I up so that we could take time for pictures and then to arrive at the reception hall alone. His driver refused to leave without us and said he would only make 1 trip. My wife and I were rushed to take our pictures and did not have any time alone before getting to the reception hall. It was 3.8 miles and took about 10 minutes. Once the reception was over, he picked us up and took us back to our rented house which was only 2.7 miles and took about 7 minutes. So total miles were 8.2 miles and not even 30 minutes total, and he charged $450 to our credit card. When we asked the driver to take our group downtown so we could keep the part going, he said he would only do it for $50 CASH! When my wife called Scott (the owner), he said his driver was going through some hard times and we should fell sorry for him. I would never suggest anyone trust this guy and if you do, always get something in writing beforehand. He rips people off and cannot be trusted!!!!! read more

Thank you Scott for all your help! Just got married on Saturday 12/30/2017. The Shuttle company drove our guests to our venue from parking lot. We only reserved them to drop guests off and not pick back up because we were unsure of exact time guests would be leaving.The parking lot was walkable distance, but weather was very chilly by night time. The company was kind enough and were available to come back when a large group of guests were ready to leave. Wonderful service! Tremendous help! We stayed at the Double Tree in historic downtown and the front desk manager told us about this service. The shuttle service was a quick phone call away. They would take us and pick us up at any of our stops in the downtown historic district. The hours were convenient and pick at the hotel was prompt. Most of our drivers especially Greg was helpful with recommendations for dining and shuttle info. We never waited any longer than 10 minutes for pick up. Made out transportation a breeze. read more

Scott and his company handled my wedding party last weekend and we were BEYOND impressed! They were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that our guests were taken care of.
