Excellent service!…read more We were visiting St Augustine for three days and didn't want a rental car. Through Yelp reviews I contacted Limo Jax. My online inquiry was answered quickly and included a price quote. Kent was there on time, even though our flight was half an hour late, with a clean car and professional attitude. It was our first time in the area and he was kind enough to answer all of our questions and give us some history and interesting facts. He was also gracious enough to make an unscheduled beverage stop so we could stock up on provisions. The return trip to the airport went just as smooth. They provided shuttle service to and from one of the parking lots we parked in and I'm telling you their entire staff were amazing. Two guys in particular that I'd like to mention were Paul and Paul. One was on the ground assisting with parking and directions, etc and the other was our driver. I use a portable mobility scooter to get around the grounds area and these guys went out of their way to help is load and unload the scooter, guide us to our parking area and got us safely to and from the drop-off points. I've never seen anything like it at an event like this before. Great demeanor for working on Sunday, friendly, knowledgeable and just made our event that much more enjoyable overall. I told them in person but I hope the management team shares this review with them and uses them as an example of how to do the job and take care of people. Thank you so much and if I ever have the need for a private limousine in the future, you bet I'm going to use this company!
