I'm used to parking at the airport or getting a lift when flying out of town. However, I had a…read morerecent trip where my wife, toddler, and cat were going to be out of town for a length of time, so instead of gambling on a rideshare showing up on time, I booked my first car service with Comfort Drive. Suffice to say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. When leaving Jacksonville, the driver showed up 10 minutes early in a Chevy Suburban and secured my son's car seat while we were gathering our bags. Our trip to the airport was very smooth, and of course, we were dropped off right at the gate, which is very important when you have two large bags, two backpacks, a car seat, a stroller, and a cat carrier. For our trip home from the airport, our driver was early and waiting for us by the time we arrived for our luggage. Even better, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the Suburban, which was wonderful on a 90+ degree day. She drove us home without incident. Both of our drivers were friendly and professional, and the price for an SUV was a better value than any of the other car services I could find. I highly recommend Comfort Drive when you need a lift to or from the airport.

My mother and I flew in to Jacksonville for a family event and hired Unique Corporate Limos to take us from the airport to our hotel. The little things like helping my older mother in and out of the car, to the direct communications with me throughout the travel day provided the extra confidence that our ride to the hotel was going to be smooth sailing. Karl and his team are a breath of fresh air in a service that has become overly saturated by the corporate ride sharing / car service names. You pull in under the canopy, go inside, drop off your key and within a few minutes the van takes you to the airport. The van drivers are friendly and help load and unload your luggage. It's less than five minutes to the airport which was convenient. Upon arriving home send a text, to the number on the card they give you when you drop off your car, letting them know you're ready to be picked up. Both times I've waited roughly five minutes for pickup. I've also been using them because they have been cheaper than all the other park and fly lots near the airport. I would highly recommend giving them a try next time you are heading out of town.
