The Ford Expedition was spotless and more than roomy for the two of us and 4 pieces of luggage and a backpack. He told us when he arrived that ALL parking at JIA was full except for off site lots. Such a huge relief to know that we would get dropped off right at departures and not have to deal with the stress of parking. #winning. When we arrived back home, David was waiting at baggage claim for us and as soon as we had our bags, we were whisked outside to a special parking area and then on our way home. Seamless! Suffice to say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. When leaving Jacksonville, the driver showed up 10 minutes early in a Chevy Suburban and secured my son's car seat while we were gathering our bags. Our trip to the airport was very smooth, and of course, we were dropped off right at the gate, which is very important when you have two large bags, two backpacks, a car seat, a stroller, and a cat carrier. For our trip home from the airport, our driver was early and waiting for us by the time we arrived for our luggage. Even better, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the Suburban, which was wonderful on a 90+ degree day. She drove us home without incident.
