I've used Park EZ Fly for my last two trips out of Jacksonville Airport. They have valet service at no extra charge. You pull in under the canopy, go inside, drop off your key and within a few minutes the van takes you to the airport. The van drivers are friendly and help load and unload your luggage. It's less than five minutes to the airport which was convenient. Upon arriving home send a text, to the number on the card they give you when you drop off your car, letting them know you're ready to be picked up. Both times I've waited roughly five minutes for pickup. I've also been using them because they have been cheaper than all the other park and fly lots near the airport. I would highly recommend giving them a try next time you are heading out of town. read more

My experience was horrible. I arrived at about 515am, lot was dark, no one was around. There weren't any lights anywhere in the lot. I got out, started to the door, had a bad feeling and left and went to USA parking up the road. There was a friendly lady at the gate and there was a shuttle bus waiting on me. The service was terrible and without notice they over booked and we showed up with a reservation and alas there's no parking. Their employee was on a smoke break while we waited an extra 10 minutes just so she could nonchalantly tell us there's no spots available. Had an attitude like it was our fault and refused to give any sort of explanation or apology. I would give this place a zero if I could! Do not park there! Upon returning from my trip there were 4 cars ready to go as there were 4 of us in the van. None of them were mine. I gave the girl my ticket and she couldn't find my keys and was in a panic with no problem solving skills. I had to walk around the lot to find my car and the number left on the dash was different than the one I was given. I gave the ticket number to the girl who then looked it up on the computer and insisted that number belonged to a black Subaru-well obviously NOT as it was sitting on the dash of my white Subaru. I had to go through all the fobs hanging up to find mine which was indeed labeled a black Subaru! They mislabeled two cars and it took an hour to find mine. I tried contacting them several times looking for a refund but they are not responding. They definitely don't care about customer satisfaction! read more

The worst customer service ever shuttle did not show up for 40 minutes after contacting them when landing at Jacksonville airport. Lady in the office stated that the shuttle driver had been there and left because I wasnt there. FLAT OUT LIE. After she lied to me, she would no longer take my phone calls. Parked my car for 22 days and requested it be detailed per the sign on the desk. Talked with employee regarding work. Agreed on scope of work and price. Gave him a $50 deposit, balance due on pickup. Showed up early in the morning, for a very early flight, and the desk attendant was sleeping... sitting up at the desk. It was 4 in the morning, so we let it slide, didn't think much of it and didn't say anything. The day we are coming back home, we receive a text message 2 hours before our arrival, asking us to use the link to request our car once we landed... Which is extaclty what we did... we have since got our bags from baggage claim, and have been sitting outside, waiting on this shuttle. Its literally a 7 minute drive from their lot to the terminals... So I called to follow up, after 20 mins pass to make sure the shuttle was coming, the phone rang for a solid minute and a half until the lady from the front desk (same one who was asleep last time, she has a strong accent) answered. She then argued with me that the request was never received and the ticket number hasn't "shown up on her system." Then went on to tell me I was impatient and then told me the shuttle just arrived back with 5 people from the airport.... It's midnight, I have been traveling all day and it is 40 degrees outside. Please forgive me if I come off a little "impatient" as we are paying for a service we are not even remotely receiving... we then get there and the gentleman (who was very kind) that drove the shuttle let us know our keys were in the car. However, the same lady, decided to hold them hostage at the front desk to bring me, and my boyfriend inside, she then continues giving us a hard time and excuses... customer service is nothing like it used to be, and this is absolute proof of that. Take my word and pay the little extra and park in economy.... Just recently moved to the Jax area from Atlanta & my first flight out of Jacksonville airport. I'm trying to find local parking companies, where my car would be both safe & inexpensive during my travel. On one of the websites, this company was recommended. I booked & paid for my reservation ahead of time. All good. My issue comes with the parking itself. So first arrival, I go in the entrance & ask if I am returning. I state no i am here to park. The woman working says "no problem, just go through the exit on the other side." And so i did, only to find that all lanes (3) were being used to EXIT, and there were no scanner machines, workers, etc. to confirm my reservation that I made. Not to mention how can I enter the exit?? However I waited for about 10-15 minutes, still no worker. (the passengers waiting for the bus were still waiting for the bus as well) I don't know if this company is legit, If I went to the wrong place, however this is not an effective way to properly run a business. I ended up having to leave & park at the airport itself. I highly do not recommend parking here. read more

I will never use this service again . For starters I bought my parking through a third party only to get there and be told they could not honor it. The driver of my shuttle couldn't even get out to grab my bag once I made it to the airport yet expected a tip. Then once I came back from my trip I noticed the money in my coin holder was missing including a lucky $2.00 bill that I have had for years. How low can you be?! There isn't anything to make this place stand out. To be honest, it's cheap looking but again it's a great option for those not needing all of the "bells and whistles." Let me provide a vivid example: The van that picked me up from the airport had none of the company info on it. It was merely a white piece of paper taped inside the window where the company name was typed. I almost missed it! My initial driver drove like a bat outta hell, but nonetheless the job got done! It was easy to make a reservation online and I had no waiting when I arrived. I loved that they provide valet service so I didn't even have to park my own car or pick it up. I used this airport parking while traveling over Christmas. I was impressed that I was able to make a last-minute reservation during the holiday season. The instructions in the e-mail were not clear, but basically all you have to do upon arrival is pull your car up, leave the keys with the attendant in the office, and catch the shuttle. Upon return, text pickup to the number provided on the retrieval receipt, they then ask for your ticket number. The shuttle arrives at the airport to pick you up (I did not have to wait for this) and then when you get there, your vehicle is pulled up to the front with the key in the door. Although this is super convenient, there's not actually anyone verifying that everyone is taking the correct car. Also, there are several holes in the fence, so although this was super convenient in this instance, it was only because a rando on the street didn't walk up and jack my car as the shuttle was headed back to the lot. For this reason, I probably won't be using this service again, even though I found it super easy and extremely convenient. read more

The price was right but you get what you pay for. It seem that their main priority of their customers for the airport. My family was boarding for a cruise that was 15 mins away. We had to wait about 45 mins to leave the parking lot only to be stuffed into a van that had no air conditioning. They had other vans but they were using the newer nicer ones to transport people to the airport. We stopped at a hotel to pick up more people even though we were almost full. One woman sat on another womans lap while one man had to stand at the door next to all of the unsecured luggage that was just thrown in. Everyone was complaining about the situation and the driver acted like he didnt understand English. He also drove like he found his license in a cereal box. Swerving on the interstate several time and going over the lines. So not only were we uncomfortable and Sweating to death. We were fearing for our lives. I would not recommend this company at all. To Whom It May Concern, In October I used your parking lot to travel. I looked on the internet and saw first time users can park at a discounted rate of $3.99 a day. However, when I arrived to park there, I was told that this was only for first-time users who booked on the Internet. However, the website did not say that. I used your parking facility anyway because I was pressed for time. I did not want to miss my flight. For the New Year's holiday in searching for parking I have found that Park and Fly had the best rate at $8.00 a day. So, I thought. I parked there for 4 days. When I arrived back I was charged almost $49 for parking. I was told by the agent that it was a flat fee to park there for 4 days. When I left my car there, I was told by the agent on January 29th at 3:00 AM that the fee was $8.00 a day. I did not plan for more than $32 for parking in my budget and to arrive back to having to pay $49 was very upsetting to me. That being said. I will not be using your facility anymore, because of the two bad experiences I had when using your facility, the surprise extra fees. There were other options where I could have parked such as airport parking. I could've used that option. At least, I would've known what I had to pay when I arrive back in town. I am very disappointed at my service with Park and Fly. The service I have received is unacceptable. The sad part is no one tried to make me a happy customer by trying to resolve the issue. Therefore, it seems as though no one even cared that I was unhappy with my experience with Park and Fly. I will be sure to inform others. This started off terrible, and ended terrible. First off we got to the parking lot and had to wait an hour to get to get on the shuttle. Once we got on the shuttle the shuttle stopped for gas while we we on our way to the terminal. And we had to give the driver GPS directions to the terminal. Once we got done with the cruise, since they only have one shuttle bus, they had so many people waiting that it took two hours until we gave up and got a Lyft back to our car. I will never use this service again and neither should you!!! Unfortunately, my car was damaged on the lot and no one brought it to my attention. I used this service while on a cruise last month. After sitting at cruise terminal for 2 hours waiting for shuttle because despite MY calling for shuttle, they let other people get on before my family on TWO DIFFERENT SHUTTLES. Once we finally arrived at lot, my family and I were very tired when picking up car. We left quickly and did not check condition of car. We stopped three hours later in Cordele, GA for lunch. My son notice the entire passenger side rear bumper had been smashed in, as if being backed in to. My car was in perfect condition when I left it a week earlier and this was only stop at this point so the damage occurred on the lot. No one said a word to me. Obviously, I can not prove it because I made the mistake of not checking all the way around the car before leaving that day. Since then, I have emailed the corporate office/customer service and have received no response. I completed the survey they sent me with detailed information, still no response. I had hoped to avoid leaving a bad review if the company would have at least responded to my concern. I did not expect them to offer to repair car since I did not verify its condition before leaving. However, someone should have at least responded to me. This lack of response is indicative of very poor customer service. I would give them ZERO stars if possible. read more

This place will take your car but they are not professional. They don't have a system that tracks your vehicle to your ticket, they did not pick me up from the airport after waiting for 45 minutes. EZ Fly said it would take 7 minutes....they never came. I caught a ride with Green Mango parking services to my vehicle at EZ Fly. When I informed EZ Fly that I was unhappy with service the attendant/owner was nonchalant, rude, and I felt helpless. I will never use EZ Fly again or recommend it. I arrived at 1am after a long flight and got the line closed on me twice (purposefully) because the lady working on 7/8/19 did not want to deal with finding my car until I got to the lot. I have parked with this place for the past 5 years. Always been a great experience. And inexpensive too. In fact, this past time I parked with Park Ez Fly, again the customer service was great, prompt, kind, and good price. However, when I picked up my car upon return, I noticed a noise immediately. I didn't leave the lot and the attendant and shuttle driver both inquired if everything was okay. I explained the noise that I discovered that was not present before I dropped off my car. We looked under the car and saw the heat shield protecting my gas lines was hanging down and the noise was it rattling against my exhaust system. To their credit, they did offer to view the security footage which I regret not doing. My fiance crawled under the car and tried to fasten it or pull it off because it had clearly been destroyed. We got it wedged in enough that we could make it home and I took it to the Toyota dealership immediately. They assessed the damage and quoted me $1900 in repairs as the heat shield needed to be replaced as well as my entire exhaust system because that was also damaged with a baseball sized dent/crease in the pipe. Toyota said it looked like the car drove over something or more likely backed over and on top of something. Mind you, most of Park Ez Fly is not a paved lot within a perimeter of forest. I called Park Ez Fly and the attendant who was present when I picked up my car answered the phone. I asked about their policy/procedure for customers vehicles damaged while in their possession and she went straight into offensive saying that my fiance most likely did the damage when she was under the car and that it's impossible to have damaged my car in their lot. She said she would run it by the manager and view the footage and get back to me. I have not heard back. I had to file an insurance claim and pay a deductible. Hopefully Park Ez Fly at least CONSIDERS the possibility that they are responsible and comes around to working with my insurance. I take great care of my car and spend a lot of money on it keeping it well-maintained so I know its condition very well. I know my damage was caused by Park Ez Fly and I believe they know it too. I messed up by not grabbing the footage or being more aggressive while at the lot when I discovered the issue, so this review is the best I can do to feel vindicated. I'm sure they were just praying that I leave the lot that day so they would be free of liability. If Park Ez Fly comes around and does the right thing, I will change this review to a positive one because, as I said before, I've been nothing but happy with them from the beginning until now. I left my van there for 7 days, when I returned my battery was dead. The person who parked it left the lights on. In addition they parked it in the mud and you could not get to the battery. They said it was my responsibility to get it started. It's 11:00pm already ok I'll never park there again.... I'll park somewhere else, pay more to get good customer service. Worst shuttle service ever!!!!!! They were friendly while getting your money when you checked in but the pickup was a nightmare. I called them while in line to pickup my luggage, and was told he would be there in 20 minutes, which is about the time it took to get our luggage. No one was there. It took 3 more phone calls and over an hour wait time before someone showed up. My daughter who got off the cruise ship 2 hours before us had the same experience. She questioned him about the long wait time but the driver just ignored her. I will NEVER use this shuttle service again!!! Avoid it like the plague!!! read more
