They don't only service the Jacksonville area. But have car and drivers in many of the major cities in Florida. Samir and his crew will definitely be getting business from me personally and I will forever refer AOT to everyone and anyone who has car service needs in FL!

Highly 5+++ rating (see Above and Beyond (below) We…read morerecently used Secure7 Transportation for car service from JAX to DW Nocatee. After a recommendation from neighbors, we decided on Secure7 Transportation and my wife easily made the arrangements for a late-night arrival from the west coast for my sister and I. The connecting flight was delayed but Tony had monitored the flight and we met him around 12:30am with lots of luggage. His vehicle is new and more than enough space and the driving ride was super comfortable. Delightful small talk along the way including thought on winning the big lottery, local eateries, Bronzino - Mediterranean Sea Bass. The conversation was at our choosing but was simple and fun. Above and Beyond - The next morning at 8:45am on my way out for a 9am haircut, I discovered my wallet was missing. I remembered zippering in my puffer jacket but could not find my jacket. Panicked at the prospect of dealing with credit card cancellations I asked my wife to contact Tony to see if I left my jacket in the vehicle as I flew out the door dreading the day. I also remembered Tony was making a trip to Orlando Airport today so the prospects for getting to him was slim. - Wife texts Tony at 8:50am - Tony responds at 8:55am - yes he has the jacket and the wallet. Recommends meeting at Publix in Nocatee in 30 minutes. - Pulls up to wife's car exactly as planned. - Wife drives home with jacket and wallet (all good) before I arrive home after my haircut. NOT SURE and any other car service or driver could deliver anything remotely similar. We recommend Tony and Secure7 without reservation.

Matt pulled the rabbit out of his hat! Our adventure was as follows... We had scheduled Jax Elite Charters to pick us up at 5 pm on Thursday to drive us up to Brunswick GA.. Weather intervened and we had to leave the next day... so we scheduled to get picked up at 5 pm on Friday... Well we arrived at the Airport at 5:30 am to leave and the rescheduled ticket in the computer for was not for March 8th but November 8th... Well there were no seats available anywhere because of spring break and the bad weather... so we had to reschedule with Jax Elite Charters again as we were now not arriving now until 11 pm on Friday after a zig zag excursion across the country ... so we called again and Matt worked out a couple of options for us. Ultimately he personally drove us up to Brunswick on Saturday before he went forward with his full day in Jacksonville. I work in the entertainment industry and have worked with hundred of car services around the world. I do not know if I will ever be back to Jacksonville but I guarantee you I will not delete Jax Elite Charters number out of my phone. Without question the cleanliness of the vehicle and quality of service puts him in the top 3 - I have ever worked with world wide and the top in the USA! Janos

The only good thing I have to say, is that he was on time. Once I get in the car I noticed the driver had the wrong address in his system for me and when I questioned him on it he says "are you sure?" Umm, yes I'm sure I know where I live. Then he thinks he picked up the wrong person, I go to tell him that he's been texting me. He ask me to respond to the text to confirm that he had the right person. I mean how can you not have the right information in front of you? Then he proceeds the mess with his phone while he's driving on 95 going like 50 miles an hour. Then he finally leaves his phone alone and focuses on the drive. Next thing I know, we are going a minimum of 80 MPH on the interstate. But at least he's not on his phone anymore. Once we get off the highway, he starts messing with his phone again to send me the link to pay and misses a turn. When I tell him, he gets flustered and starts to pull off the road but I stopped him and told him to go the way he was already going, it would just take a few extra minutes. Once we get to my neighborhood, he goes 5-10 MPH over the limit on my street. Needless to say, I will never hire them again.

I feel like people do not know about this service. I moved to Jacksonville a few months ago and have used beach buggy 10+ times. Kristen (with pink hair) drives the San Marco buggy. It charges at the Doubletree, so depending how far you are from the hotel depends how long it will take to get picked up. It has never taken more than 10 minutes for a ride. You type in how many guests you have on the app and then it heads your way. Please make sure to tip your driver! Cash or their venmo is clearly marked on the back seat. Kristen was so nice when picking up my family and I, and she always plays Fall Out Boy music. One time I couldn't find her, so she texted me to notify me that she was behind a big truck. These rides are safe and free. I take it often to happy hour or dinner when I have heels on and don't want to walk a short distance. Such a great asset to our community!

Our driver, Taylor, was incredibly rude and had 16+ people in the large van and continued picking people up and asked us to "lap up" on the way to Atlantic Beach. Once there, we were all collectively going to the same location and she dropped us off multiple streets away. She said if we have a problem with it then "figure it out and call an uber next time", then banned me when I told her I felt lapping up was unsafe! I understand it's a "free ride" and they work off of tips and I am usually EXTREMELY generous and remind my entire party to tip usually $5-10 per person which is exponentially more than an uber makes. Unfortunately for this local, I won't be using beach buggy anymore or recommending it to anyone. Only takes 1 bad apple to ruin an experience I guess :(
