I'm used to parking at the airport or getting a lift when flying out of town. However, I had a…read morerecent trip where my wife, toddler, and cat were going to be out of town for a length of time, so instead of gambling on a rideshare showing up on time, I booked my first car service with Comfort Drive. Suffice to say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. When leaving Jacksonville, the driver showed up 10 minutes early in a Chevy Suburban and secured my son's car seat while we were gathering our bags. Our trip to the airport was very smooth, and of course, we were dropped off right at the gate, which is very important when you have two large bags, two backpacks, a car seat, a stroller, and a cat carrier. For our trip home from the airport, our driver was early and waiting for us by the time we arrived for our luggage. Even better, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the Suburban, which was wonderful on a 90+ degree day. She drove us home without incident. Both of our drivers were friendly and professional, and the price for an SUV was a better value than any of the other car services I could find. I highly recommend Comfort Drive when you need a lift to or from the airport.

I was pleased with this especially since I had a 4am pickup and I needed a reliable, professional ride. Well, that's what I got! The driver Carlos was pleasant, on time, helped me with my bags and gave me a smooth ride to the airport. Thank you for a service! We will use you again. And as a side note, I saw the negative reviews about the previous owners. Although I never used them, I did try to make reservations but they didn't do 4am pickups. So they never got my business. Thankfully, the new owners see the value of all customers.

After calling several car services I found BTS to had the most reasonable prices- all which included the tip already! I wanted to book right away- they have a online user friendly booking system- but since I was booking three trips it was easier for me to email my request- which they accepted no problem. TIP: booking a car service from the airport to a hotel can sometimes be cheaper than getting a cab! The cars were new and clean, and each driver was great and friendly. Before each pick up, I received two emails: one letting me know they were on their way, and a second to confirm their arrival. Overall BTS had great service and I will use them again next time I am in Jacksonville.
