I will start by saying that you MUST consider this for your next celebration, work get together or just a fun weekend. I came across Go Tuk'n months ago and thought how fun it sounded and added them to my list, and followed them on social media. I knew that my Husbands Birthday was coming up and since it was on a weekend I knew this would be a hoot to get some friends together and take on the brewery tour!   We met our Tuk Tuk at Riverside Park, and it was decorated with balloons and cute décor. Our driver/tour guide was Jess, and she was AMAZING!  I really can't say enough about her. She was fun and friendly, but also kept us all on schedule, and made sure we were having a good time, and telling us some things about the breweries as well. She made sure we were safe and didn't hit our heads getting in and out of the Tuk Tuk, and didn't miss out on an opportunity to head to the next spot just because we were having fun at the current one. Jess also played awesome tunes for us and laughed along with some of the funnier parts of the night.   We visited five breweries in three hours yall. We drank a ton, we laughed, we talked, we shared stories and beer flights. And we had no worries of how we were going to safely get to the next place. Go Tuk'n really takes the logistics off of you and lets you just enjoy the night. As long as you UBER to and from the pickup location, you're good to go! There are many different pick up locations, and also different ways to pay like splitting it among friends, and making a private booking or letting it up to fate if you are with other people too. Also you can purchase drinks to enjoy while you are riding!   There isn't just the brewery tour either. Go check out the website and see all they have to offer, I promise you will not be disappointed. I think our next adventure might be the  scavenger hunt!!

When I tell you to go, do not stop to collect $100 ... run, don't walk ... Steph Dale has uncovered a hidden gem with the purchase of Tuk's; bringing them to Jacksonville and capitalizing on the vast array of opportunities the City of Jacksonville has to offer ... both long time residents and visitors alike ... The first tour was the historic Avondale & Riverside area - rich in architecture, gardens and history. Our tour today was the new ArtRepublic tour - millions of dollars of art is displayed Hugh & low throughout the City for the public to peruse for FREE! But, take the Go Tuk'n Tour & listen to the compelling stories behind the art; understand the artistic perspective and their muse! It's an incredible 3-hr adventure that could've easily gone longer! Steph has hired some of the best and brightest storytellers and safe drivers! Toni is phenomenal - her appreciation for this City shines through! Five stars all the way!!

I heard about this cool business through friends. We decided to use it for a nice evening of our 11th wedding anniversary. We checked in to a Southbank hotel where they picked us up. We had an awesome time doing the "pub crawl" and because we still had time the driver took us to one of our favorite spots that was nearby, despite it not being a listed spot. It was an awesome experience and the driver was phenomenal. The weather was perfect this November evening and I loved the colored lights on the vehicle. We received quite a bit of attention driving the streets during the tour. Our only regret was not ordering food at the first or one of the first stops Tepeyolot Cerveceria. If you go on a tour eat here! We are going back!

All aboard the Tuk Tuk!

On the walk you learn some history about the areas visited and/or even something new. I have personally been on the tour few times and they are the same, but different. The tour used to start at The Landing, but since that has been torn down, the tours now start at Hemming Park. Both tours included a walk through the tunnels under the city, through historical buildings, a view of a silent movie filmed in Jacksonville, the Jackson monument, history talk and a tour of the secret bank vault. However, where the differences are is on one tour we visited the Florida Theater and the 42nd floor of the Bank of America building.......it had amazing killer views of the city! On the other tour we visited the library and to my surprise there is a lot of history in there that you wouldn't know if you didn't take the tour. We also toured Hemming Park and the general area (yes, there is history there). Depending on what is going on in the city and/or buildings, your tour may be different than when we went. The tours are informative and well worth it. Notes: There is not a designated area for parking, however, you can park at the library, use street parking or any other public parking area. There are restrooms located inside the Library and later at the tourist office as well.

Tonight was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The food was incredible (as expected!), but what really set this experience apart was how completely effortless it was for us. We didn't have to plan a single thing. No reservations to juggle, no coordinating stops, no stressing over details. We just showed up and enjoyed each other. Every couple received thoughtful gifts, and one of the sweetest touches was getting to write our partners a card, which they had waiting for us at just the right moment. It added such a meaningful, personal element to the evening. There were also so many fun games woven throughout the tour, plus great prizes that made everything feel interactive and exciting without ever being cheesy. It struck the perfect balance of romantic, fun, relaxed, and memorable. You could truly focus on your partner while JaxTours handled the magic behind the scenes. If you're looking for something low effort on your part that will absolutely knock both your and your partner's socks off, snag the last spots for tomorrow if you can! It's totally worth it! This is 100% going to become a yearly tradition for us.

It was about 65 dollars for the tour, which included a drink at every stop. I arrived early at the at first stop, and we waited in the bus while others arrived. Even though it was a bit cold and raining, we all agreed to do the first drink on the ship. We climbed into the USS orleck, and was given a quick tour of the ship. We then did trivia for the drinks, which was shots of vodka and bourbon. It was really good. The next stop was at a beer brewery, and we had a ticket for one drink. I tried one of their beers, and it was quite smooth and refreshing. We stopped at another beer restaurant, and did a game where we had to text the guide a quote the quickest possible. The final stop was at a rooftop, which we had to go through handheld metal detector, and upstairs. It was worth it as the drink was strong and excellent. I had so much to drink, that I did excuse myself a bit early so I could Uber back to my hotel safely. The guides (Dan and Bill I believe) were excellent. While there was some story telling about the ship in the first stop, I wish there were more about the brewery and restaurants as well. However, the games were pretty fun to play and one lucky guest was crowned the Duke of the tour and got some prizes. Tina, our driver, drove us safely to each stop. The bus was comfortable. It was definitely a fun tour, but best to pace yourself with the drinks, especially if you are driving back home. Taking an Uber/Lyft is a smarter idea. I am glad I tried this tour out as it was fun and there were ample amount of drinks. It was worth the 65 dollars. I will definitely try their food tour next time I visit Jacksonville. Overall: A

Nor did I realize most of the dark rides across the whole world are created and developed here! It was amazing!! Our tour guide led us through the building while showing us all of the stages of creating an epic dark ride. This made me think about amusement parks in a whole different way. The tour was about an hour and was very informative. We asked lots of questions and met people from different departments along the way. Highly recommend booking a free tour and checking this out. It would be great for kids as well!

I filled out the reservation form online and was told there were no spots available during our time in Florida. I couldn't take no for an answer. I emailed back explaining how much my son wants to be a Robotics Engineer and that we would wait as long as we needed to snag a spot. We got an email back the next day that two spots opened up!!! And I wasn't wrong! The tour lasted about 90 minutes (and it leaves promptly FYI) and takes you along the shoreline of Amelia Island - past the shrimping boats and past a Civil War era fort - before heading towards Cumberland Island National Seashore. This is where the true fun of the tour was for me. I had no idea really the history of the island and found it fascinating how the Carnegies and Rockefellers and more of the country's elite used this random Georgia seashore as their private escape. The history of both Cumberland and Amelia Islands is incredibly fascinating and the guides for both the Florida and Georgia sides respectively were well informed and personable. Plus - you'll very likely see a ton of great wildlife throughout including dolphins and wild horses and pigs. It's a great way to spend an afternoon in the area and a fabulous introduction to Cumberland Island National Seashore/Park.
