I'm used to parking at the airport or getting a lift when flying out of town. However, I had a…read morerecent trip where my wife, toddler, and cat were going to be out of town for a length of time, so instead of gambling on a rideshare showing up on time, I booked my first car service with Comfort Drive. Suffice to say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. When leaving Jacksonville, the driver showed up 10 minutes early in a Chevy Suburban and secured my son's car seat while we were gathering our bags. Our trip to the airport was very smooth, and of course, we were dropped off right at the gate, which is very important when you have two large bags, two backpacks, a car seat, a stroller, and a cat carrier. For our trip home from the airport, our driver was early and waiting for us by the time we arrived for our luggage. Even better, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the Suburban, which was wonderful on a 90+ degree day. She drove us home without incident. Both of our drivers were friendly and professional, and the price for an SUV was a better value than any of the other car services I could find. I highly recommend Comfort Drive when you need a lift to or from the airport.

Cruz was a great driver. They took my request about a week before the event, and Mark gave me a great deal. The owners are great local beach people (we live in Atlantic Beach), and not some soulless profit-machine corporation. Could not have been happier with our service. Great attention to detail and cleanliness/sanitation (ugh COVID). Cruz was so professional and helpful in every way. The perfect ending to a perfect wedding day! Also, let me save you guys some trouble... I am VERY careful with my money. I looked at just about every limo service around and Riverplace was the best price, best service, best people to work with by far. Do your own research; you'll see for yourself.

I first got ahold of Mary Fleming when she owned the business on Easter Sunday at 9pm, we exchanged emails and if I contacted her in any way she would get back to me within minutes. I sent in my usual birthday limousine request on Friday and I got a call from the new couple that bought the company about 9 months ago. I have not gotten the quote back yet but I will let you know how the new owners are doing very soon
