The service was top tier. Brian, the driver and I believe owner, was as courteous and caring of the passengers needs and wants than could have been expected. The vehicle used was a very comfortable newer suburban and was in the type of shape expected with a luxury ride service. Again, I must mention the quality of service Brian supplied. I do spend a decent sum on my travels and living conditions because I work hard and believe if I am always as comfortable and happy as possible I do better at everything I attempt, so I am quite accustomed to a bit of pampering on my voyages. Brian made sure every time I disembarked from the vehicle was met with concern for my comfort. As for his timing and preparation, couldn't be any better. Appreciate a great ride and will definitely use their services again with any of my meetings in central Florida. Thanks. read more

I used Tropical Transportation Service to take my daughter and I to Port Canaveral for our Carnival Cruise. The driver that pick us up from MCO, was very friendly and warm hearted gentleman. As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. On the way back from our cruise, same interaction just another professional well mannered driver. Both vehicles that I rode in were extremely clean. Now this does cost more than a Uber or Lyft, but factoring in time and not having to search for your driver, the extra cost can be justified. I will be using them again the next time I am in Florida. read more

I found this company via a recommendation from my insurance agent. Set up the entire reservation online with ease. Two days before our trip I was contacted confirming everything via Email. 1hr before pickup I was contacted by James our driver to the airport that he will be our driver and if we needed anything. He arrived early and loaded our bags in. Wonderful drive to the airport over a hour away. If you can make my wife comfortable with your driving then you did great and he did. read more

Wow -- minimum limo rental is 8 hours with $150 an hour!? What the actual eff??? I needed a limo for my daughter's 8th grade dance...literally 3 miles up the road! Her dance isn't even 8 hours -- it's 3! What a rip off! read more

Came personally recommended by a friend. Brian is extremely cordial, good with the kids, ahead of schedule, and brings a lot of carrying capacity for a trip to the airport where we felt like an Uber XL wouldn't cut it. So comfortable. Nice and cool on this hot day. New and in style. Will definitely use again! read more

I booked round trip transport from MCO to my resort. Brian and Jim were prompt, professional and very courteous. Their vehicles were very comfortable and it was a smooth ride. I appreciate the text communication; was informed when they were on route, when they'd arrived and was provided with clear instructions on where I should meet them. I will be using tropical again. Too expensive. Wanted to charge 90.00 for a 9 mile trip from Daytona airport to the Shores.

Brian and his team went WAY above and beyond to help organize transportation from Port Orange to MCO, even when my flights were changed several times due to a family death. And he has the best rates for airport transport. I will definitely use him again! read more

I used Tropical transportation to get from Ormond Beach to Orlando International Airport. They were courtious, professional, and on time (arrived 5 minutes early for pick up). The vehicle, a multi-seat Mercedes van was safe and comfortable with reclining seats and phone charges at each seat. Their rates were reasonable compared to other comparable carriers. I was picked up at the front door of my condo and dropped at the departures door of the airline I was flying. I would definitely use this service again for my transportation needs in the Daytona/Orlando area. read more

Leave the driving to Brian at Tropical Transportation. He safely transported our family of 5 to the Orlando Airport. He picked us up at home and dropped us off at our departure gate. We travelled in a brand new luxurious 14 passenger Mercedes van. He even has a trailer to transport all of our luggage. The seats were so comfortable and relaxing. He was extremely nice with our 3 children. My husband was relaxed because he didn't have to drive and worry about parking garages. Great way to start our vacation. read more
