As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. On the way back from our cruise, same interaction just another professional well mannered driver. Both vehicles that I rode in were extremely clean. Now this does cost more than a Uber or Lyft, but factoring in time and not having to search for your driver, the extra cost can be justified. I will be using them again the next time I am in Florida.

I'm the kind of person who, if I am able to, will try to learn the most from any circumstances I'm under and I had a great series of notes I took with my driver. I went looking for them when I was writing this review, and I couldn't find them, so let me try to share what I recall! Not only was the drive affordable and well worth the price, the driver drove with confidence and expertise to the airport. It was an early morning trip and I had notified him within less than 24/48 hours of my flight of my need for a ride, and they provided. I've been on shuttles or taxis where the driver will take a route completely unexpected, and even ignore all my requests about why we are driving into stoplight intersection traffic, increasing our wait time, instead of preferring highway traffic. None of that happened here, and instead, I got to learn about the part of Florida my grandfather found as a home while enjoying an air-conditioned and smooth ride. I had to come back and write even a bit about it. Prefer these people over Uber or Lyft--those companies are exploiting people hungry for cash and who will follow wherever the app takes them. It's not nearly as trustworthy as knowing you'll get a ride that's worth your price and keeps local businesses going. Thank you for getting me to the airport on such short notice, I hope to update this if and when I find my notes. :)

There are only 6 gates in this single terminal and I just love how bright and airy it is. I had an early morning flight and it was nice and peaceful. Also, I really enjoyed the music they played in the terminal during the morning hours: Michael Buble, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Erroll Garner, Paul Mauriat, etc.

There simply isn't enough traffic to maintain airline lounges or too many restaurants. That's all fine and dandy. What's not great is the one restaurant they do have in this airport. It struggles to handle the demands during any modestly busy times. I watched with disappointment as they forgot my order. Accidents happen, and I truthfully wasn't too mad or unpleasant about it. I requested an update on my order after about 30 minutes of waiting and it took them another 5 minutes or so to finish. Apparently, my experience wasn't unique. This is fine, stuff happens. But then the staff chose to talk trash about me for no reason. I'm still confused because I genuinely wasn't rude in the slightest to them.
