Mike went out of his way to make sure my mom was comfortable and at the right place at the airport . Mike was in phone contact with me letting me know that she was at airport and on her return flight letting me know he picked her up at airport and when she was home. During moms 2 week visit with me she repeatedly told me how helpful and courteous Mike was. the return flight was early but Mike monitored incoming flight and was there, unfortunately there was a storm and baggage handlers were delayed in unloading plane, Mike circled airport 20 times waiting for Mom while we had her paged and never complained. Thank you Mike for the exceptional service. Randy C.

I'm the kind of person who, if I am able to, will try to learn the most from any circumstances I'm under and I had a great series of notes I took with my driver. I went looking for them when I was writing this review, and I couldn't find them, so let me try to share what I recall! Not only was the drive affordable and well worth the price, the driver drove with confidence and expertise to the airport. It was an early morning trip and I had notified him within less than 24/48 hours of my flight of my need for a ride, and they provided. I've been on shuttles or taxis where the driver will take a route completely unexpected, and even ignore all my requests about why we are driving into stoplight intersection traffic, increasing our wait time, instead of preferring highway traffic. None of that happened here, and instead, I got to learn about the part of Florida my grandfather found as a home while enjoying an air-conditioned and smooth ride. I had to come back and write even a bit about it. Prefer these people over Uber or Lyft--those companies are exploiting people hungry for cash and who will follow wherever the app takes them. It's not nearly as trustworthy as knowing you'll get a ride that's worth your price and keeps local businesses going. Thank you for getting me to the airport on such short notice, I hope to update this if and when I find my notes. :)

Positively without question, John afforded the finest high quality transportation service…read moreexperience that my family and I have ever experienced. Coming off the airplane into the terminal at a very busy Orlando International airport, John provided immediate text communications and pictorial imagery to guide our every movement to him and his vehicle outdoors. His directions and guidance were so exact (i.e. what we would see and come to, where we should turn, etc), it was as if he was inside the airport with our unknowing family saying, "just follow me." Upon meeting him, he was kind, diligent, knowledgeable, and most professional. He was an extremely skilled and safe driver who gave us peace of mind and so much more. We found and booked John when planning our travels to visit my mother and father directly after my father advised to use no other transport service than John's (RideFloridaInc.com); that no one would match the total quality and expert service that is typical of John's. My father could not have been more accurate in his assessment! Thank you very much, John! We appreciate you and what you did for us and will be reflexively booking with you in the future!
