The reservation process was nice and easy, and we didn't need to pay up front (they just took our card and charged it the day before). Once we landed, the driver met us at the baggage claim and helped us out to the car. My mom is elderly and has trouble walking, but he was very sweet with her and helped her get in. The way back, we got an email the day before letting us know we would have the same great driver for our return. My mom was very happy, and again he really took great care of her and made sure she got in the car comfortably, and walked us inside the airport terminal. That kind of customer service is a rarity these days. Thank you Daytona Limo!

I'll definitely book Daytona Limo again!!

She ended up calling Cynthia again to bring her to the grocery store and she was extremely helpful, even helped carry groceries to the room for her. I scheduled a pickup with the Cynthia about a week later when I came to visit, since she said the company offered baby car seats with the taxi service. She was on time to pick me up from the airport and even called me to find out where I was. The car seat was already installed and she was extremely friendly the entire way to the resort. I later found out that the original car seat in the office was unavailable so she ended up going to store to purchase the car seat for us before she picked us up from the airport. I was floored by how she went above and beyond the service of a usual taxi driver. I'll definitely be calling Cynthia again if I travel to Daytona Beach.
