When I called to arrange our ride, Allison picked up right away and was very pleasant and helpful. She then sent me all the information I needed by text. Our driver Darren met us at baggage claim and helped us get our luggage and took us to the car which was parked very close by in a special area. Even though our flight took a long time to taxi and deplane, Darren was very professional and kind when we finally showed up. After a long travel day, it was a treat to be taken to our hotel near Port Canaveral this way. The next week, after our cruise was over, Darren picked us up at the port and took us back to the airport. We arranged for 10am pick up but when I texted Darren at 9:45am saying that we were off the ship, he responded that he was already in the area and was able to pick us up then. Flew into Orlando going to Disney World. Travel days are always a wasted day, so we planned to be picked up and dropped off at the airport. Our flight arrived 1 hour early. A great tail wind. Our driver Stacy was great. She knew we arrived early and was already on her way to pick us up early. We went straight to Disney World Hotel and were in the Park withing 3 hours of landing. We also scheduled a pick up after we spent the morning in the Park and then Stacy picked us up again when we were ready and whisked us off to the airport for our flight. I used Elex Transport for their luxury car service to transport from the Orlando airport to Deland, FL. Everything was made easy and handled professionally. The driver was very nice, clean cut and dressed well. The car was a Tesla and was very clean and cared for. I arrived around midnight so it was nice not to deal with renting a car or having a friend or relative come out so late. There's so much traffic and construction going on in the area currently. We use Elex Transport to go from our hotel to the cruise port and from the cruise port to the airport. We had 13 passengers including 3 children. We have used a couple of other companies in the area to get from MCO to Disney World, but I have to say this was the best experience and easiest to book. I spoke with Allison on the phone because I needed to arrange for 2 separate pickups at the airport but only 1 pickup to go back. She was easy to talk to and made sure she had all of our details. Our daughter flew in a day after we did and had a delay. Allison was on top of it and made sure she was taken care of even though it was closer to 9 pm when she arrived. Our flights home were rescheduled so we had to extend our trip. Again, Allison didn't bat an eye and made sure we were picked up to go to the airport on our new travel date. Eze took us to the grocery store to get snacks for the week on the way to the resort. We arrived just before the hurricane and there wasn't any water to be bought. He told us to take the bottles he had so we wouldn't get caught without any. He told my husband all about the Tesla which was part of the reason I chose Elex to begin with. For a recent family reunion in Disney World, we had 16 people arriving on two flights a few minutes apart just before 7 PM. The group included 10 children from ages 18 months to 16 years old. Realizing that the wait for motor coach transportation, similar to the old Disney Magical Express, could take a good deal of time, we sought private transportation to shorten the trip in consideration of all the kids, especially the youngest ones. A few minutes on google lead me to reviews of ELEX Transport (Orlando) that at first glance seemed too good to be true as to the service level and attention to detail. But a phone call to the owner, Allison, confirmed that she was all about customer focus and being sure that the trip from the Orlando airport to Disney World would go flawlessly. We signed on for a Sprinter 14 passenger van and a second car. The flights arrived on time, and the two drivers met the group near baggage claim, lead everyone to the two awaiting vehicles nearby and the reunion was off to a great start. The vehicles were meticulously clean, two car seats already installed, the drivers were very pleasant and engaging and the group was soon arriving at our hotel. What impressed me the most was Allison's focus on details and back up plans. We discussed what would happen if one flight or both flights were late. One person on each flight had the cell numbers for Allison and the drivers so that contact could be made in the event of any delays, and in case anyone was lost in the airport, etc. None of that contingency planning was needed but it demonstrated to me Allison's passion for making sure we would be taken care of. I tend to move my flights around a lot, so my arrival/departure times often shift more than once - Allison is always lovely about it.
