When I called to arrange our ride, Allison picked up right away and was very pleasant and helpful. She then sent me all the information I needed by text. Our driver Darren met us at baggage claim and helped us get our luggage and took us to the car which was parked very close by in a special area. Even though our flight took a long time to taxi and deplane, Darren was very professional and kind when we finally showed up. After a long travel day, it was a treat to be taken to our hotel near Port Canaveral this way. The next week, after our cruise was over, Darren picked us up at the port and took us back to the airport. We arranged for 10am pick up but when I texted Darren at 9:45am saying that we were off the ship, he responded that he was already in the area and was able to pick us up then. I highly recommend this company! read more

Flew into Orlando going to Disney World. Travel days are always a wasted day, so we planned to be picked up and dropped off at the airport. Our flight arrived 1 hour early. A great tail wind. Our driver Stacy was great. She knew we arrived early and was already on her way to pick us up early. We went straight to Disney World Hotel and were in the Park withing 3 hours of landing. We also scheduled a pick up after we spent the morning in the Park and then Stacy picked us up again when we were ready and whisked us off to the airport for our flight. There were 8 of us and our travel days went off without a hitch. Best service ever. read more

Friendly / on time / comfortable ride would use again Was transportation to cruise line in Port Canaveral

I found Elex on Yelp and decided to give them one try, and the experience was so great that for nearly a year now, I have been using them a 2-3 times a month for airport transfers. The service is top-notch, the communications are timely and clear, and the rates are reasonable. The drivers are reliably punctual, and they monitor inbound flights so closely that I can bank on getting a text before the plane even gets to the gate. Alison is great to work with and she has even helped to connect me with private car service in other cities, too! read more

Used Elex Transport in May 2023 for transfer from airport to cruise port. Darren was our driver each way. He was prompt, courteous and provided safe transport for our group of 12. Vehicle was modern and in good condition. Darren also provided excellent communication from the time we landed at the airport and at time for pick up from the cruise port. We will definitely use their services in the future! Thanks for the fantastic service! Regina read more

I said it before and I'll say it again. Best. Travel service. Ever. I had Stacy drive me to and from the airport when I was in Orlando for a conference. Not only was she communicative and punctual, she was such a pleasure to speak to! My flight out had us leave at 4am and she even brought me a coffee! Use this company, you will be so glad you did! read more

Highly recommend! We were delayed and they waited on us! Super responsive and good pricing

Clean car that was well maintained and a professional, courteous and safe driver. The pre-arrival experience was also great, getting notified with driver photo, credentials and car information in advance. I would absolutely recommend Elex Transport. read more

I used Elex Transport for their luxury car service to transport from the Orlando airport to Deland, FL. Everything was made easy and handled professionally. The driver was very nice, clean cut and dressed well. The car was a Tesla and was very clean and cared for. I arrived around midnight so it was nice not to deal with renting a car or having a friend or relative come out so late. There's so much traffic and construction going on in the area currently. I use car services all over the country and they are not all this high of caliber. I will used their serves again. read more

Allison was very kind and patient with my questions. We had two trips from the port to Disney and back to Sanford. Elex was prompt, and the drivers were professional and gratuitous. I will only use this company for my travel needs next time in Orlando. Thanks, Allison. We appreciate you read more

We use Elex Transport to go from our hotel to the cruise port and from the cruise port to the airport. We had 13 passengers including 3 children. Allison provided all of the details and always answered the phone quickly. She also provided car seats for the kids. I was a bit nervous about everything going smoothly and she always took the time to answer my questions and reassure me. Both drivers were great, the vehicle was comfortable and well maintained with plenty of room for all of us and all of our luggage fit well. I would definitely use Elex Transport again. Thank you Allison for providing such a great service. read more

Used this service last month when we came to Disney. Customer service and communication are excellent! Driver arrived on time, he was so friendly and kind. We had a telsa and it fit 3 of us, 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons with room for another carry-on if we had had another. Highly recommend! We will definitely be using them again when we return. read more

So far so good. Process for reservation was easy and pleasant. Quick confirmation. Allison was especially helpful.

We had such an excellent ride to the airport. Perfect balance of smoothness because he didn't speed or zig zag between lanes. I felt safe which helped my anxiety I have in everyday life. I would definitely book this company again. read more

For a recent family reunion in Disney World, we had 16 people arriving on two flights a few minutes apart just before 7 PM. The group included 10 children from ages 18 months to 16 years old. Realizing that the wait for motor coach transportation, similar to the old Disney Magical Express, could take a good deal of time, we sought private transportation to shorten the trip in consideration of all the kids, especially the youngest ones. A few minutes on google lead me to reviews of ELEX Transport (Orlando) that at first glance seemed too good to be true as to the service level and attention to detail. But a phone call to the owner, Allison, confirmed that she was all about customer focus and being sure that the trip from the Orlando airport to Disney World would go flawlessly. We signed on for a Sprinter 14 passenger van and a second car. The flights arrived on time, and the two drivers met the group near baggage claim, lead everyone to the two awaiting vehicles nearby and the reunion was off to a great start. The vehicles were meticulously clean, two car seats already installed, the drivers were very pleasant and engaging and the group was soon arriving at our hotel. What impressed me the most was Allison's focus on details and back up plans. We discussed what would happen if one flight or both flights were late. One person on each flight had the cell numbers for Allison and the drivers so that contact could be made in the event of any delays, and in case anyone was lost in the airport, etc. None of that contingency planning was needed but it demonstrated to me Allison's passion for making sure we would be taken care of. Looking forward to using Allison's ELEX Transport services again! read more

I would give 10 stars if it were an option. Allison & Eze were great! On time for pick up at Orlando Airport and return pick up from Disney Resort. Door to door Eze's car was clean, cool and very comfortable. Allison was super sweet, knowledgeable, responsive to communication, and just a plain nice person. MOST IMPORTANTLY AFFORDABLE! read more

My wife and I booked ELEX for service from MCO to De Leon Springs. From booking to transport, the service was impeccable and the communication was excellent. Allison and Eze were wonderful. Five stars for Eze picking us up in departures to avoid the gridlock in the arrivals lanes exiting MCO. I will definitely book with ELEX again. read more

Thanks to Allison and her team, we had a smooth trip from MCO to our resort, with the return experience equally seamless. Ezekiel was our driver and he provided excellent service -- punctual and pleasant. I highly recommend Elex, and look forward to using them again. read more

We booked a ride through ELEX for our flight this am from Sanford Orlando. Due to the early hour departure from Universal we were worried about ordering a ride share. Allison was thorough in her communication and our driver (Darren) was promptly on time. Vehicle seemed brand new and comfortable. I would highly recommend ELEX for a ride to and from anyway in Orlando area. read more

We have used a couple of other companies in the area to get from MCO to Disney World, but I have to say this was the best experience and easiest to book. I spoke with Allison on the phone because I needed to arrange for 2 separate pickups at the airport but only 1 pickup to go back. She was easy to talk to and made sure she had all of our details. Our daughter flew in a day after we did and had a delay. Allison was on top of it and made sure she was taken care of even though it was closer to 9 pm when she arrived. Our flights home were rescheduled so we had to extend our trip. Again, Allison didn't bat an eye and made sure we were picked up to go to the airport on our new travel date. Eze took us to the grocery store to get snacks for the week on the way to the resort. We arrived just before the hurricane and there wasn't any water to be bought. He told us to take the bottles he had so we wouldn't get caught without any. He told my husband all about the Tesla which was part of the reason I chose Elex to begin with. Darren picked up our daughter in the Jaguar. She very much enjoyed her trip with him since they spoke about different places in Europe. We will definitely call Allison again when we're planning our next trip. read more

Allison was extremely helpful on a quick-turnaround, very early morning car service need, and the driver, Darren, was 30 mins early in a brand new Tesla, can't ask for any more than that; fantastic service! read more

Book with Elex. Do not take the shuttle. Allison is the most pleasant person to work with. Always understanding and accommodating. My wife and granddaughter enjoyed the ride with Darren. First class experience from requesting the first quote until final return drop off at the airport!! After doing many google searches we decided to use ELEX Transport as our car service to and from our Disney Resort, and I'm so happy we did. I loved the business model and the fleet of cars offered was the main selling point. The communication from Allison was prompt and very accommodating. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our driver Eze. We had flight issues (weather delays) and he staid in constant contact with us throughout the day. He made finding him, and the car, very simple, which was much needed after a difficult day of flying. He was very professional and very friendly. We really enjoyed our rides with him. And did I mention the cars? They sent the Tesla Model S for both of our rides. The car is absolutely beautiful! It was impeccably clean. The over all performance and comfort of the Tesla made the experience really stand out from all other car services. We will definitely be using ELEX Transport for our future visits to Orlando and we look forward to seeing what other beautiful vehicles they may add to their fleet before then. read more

Absolutely terrific! Clean quiet eco efficient cars, professional drivers, and most importantly Allison is super easy to communicate with! Our flight canceled the day before we were suppose to get picked up to go to the airport and Allison made it very easy to change our ride for when our new flight out would be. We will definitely use them next time we are in Orlando! Thankful we found them! read more

I've used lots of Orlando-area car services over the years, and Elex is my hands-down favorite. I tend to move my flights around a lot, so my arrival/departure times often shift more than once - Allison is always lovely about it. They are extremely responsive - I think they have always replied to messages within an hour or two, and they have a tone that is more personal and caring than other operations I've used. The drivers I've had have been great, as well, and always get me where I need to be as fast as possible. Plus, the cars are unique, not the standard stuff - and obviously good for the planet, as well! read more

I recently used Elex for transportation to and from MCO while on vacation. I've used a few different car services in the Orlando area, and this was by far the best company I've used. Allison was super communicative; responded right away with a quote, made the reservation process very easy, and then the day before my pickup sent me a confirmation text with the driver's contact info and a picture of the car that would pick us up. Our driver, Eze, was extremely professional and so friendly and welcoming. The vehicle was clean and very well maintained. I will use Elex on all my future trips to Orlando. read more

Wonderful service, good price. Booking from across the country, you always wonder if they'll leave you hanging but their drivers arrived early and communicated well the whole way. We had a newer SUV with the kids' car seats pre-installed. So glad I made the reservation. Our family vacation to Florida was much less stressful because of Elex Transport! read more

Prompt and professional. Our driver picked us up at MCO two days before Christmas. Excellent service, so happy I stumbled upon them!! Allison and her crew are phenomenal to work with... Our family of four took them to and from the airport to the cruise port.
