We flew in one day and needed to be taken to the hotel. Sebastian was right there, on time, and the sign he was holding helped us celebrate our occasion even more, as requested. His vehicle is very nice, incredibly clean, and very roomy. There were 4 of us and a lot of luggage, which Sebastian was so good to handle for us. The next day we needed to be taken to the port. Didn't realize it was nearly an hour away, so I was grateful to be in Sebastian's vehicle over a cab, undoubtedly. A week later, there he was, just like we prearranged, waiting to take us back to the airport. What a relief it was to have all the details prearranged for all the transportation needs needed for our trip and have everything handled by the same company. Sebastian was out driver for all our needs and that was also nice. It was an added comfort to look for the same face and vehicle while on vacation. Sebastian was punctual and as gracious as he could be. This is a newer company so there weren't a lot of reviews for me to go off. The ones that were there were all positive. I contacted the company to get a better feel for assurance purposes. I was very quickly contacted with my questions addressed. His pricing was more than fair. excellent service, easy booking, amazing communication, competitive price point. if you're not sure who to book, book here! We ended up with a rough trip to Disney and wanted to find something a bit easier than getting a bus at 2 am for our 5 am flight with kids in tow. I reached out within 24 hours of our need for a ride and got a prompt response. Was able to book via text/email and pay invoice (sent to email) online on my phone. So easy. Offered booster seats for my kids if I needed. When I texted to confirm pick up (in the middle of the night) i received a prompt response and an offer to arrive earlier if I preferred, which I did since I was feeling like I had scheduled it a bit too close to flight time. Driver then arrived early, for our early pick up time. vehicle was clean and comfortable, driver was safe and extremely polite and kind to my family. I was a stressed out customer, and I was so, so glad for the amazing customer experience. This was easily, the highest quality part of our vacation was this ride. True excellence in service. My husband used his services in the summer of 2022 and he told me great things about Sebastian and how well he kept his vehicle, how nice it was inside, and how pleasant he was. We used his services again to attend the Shen Yun ballet and he showed up on time and dressed professionally with a badge and all! He was very engaging and we had good conversations. Sebastian was the most helpful and professional person from the very beginning he put our minds at rest with regards to collecting our son and his family from Orlando Airport to Clermont. A 3 year old needing a car seat! a 'bike box'! 2 teenagers and their luggage! All handled with absolute wonder! Sebastian saved the day! We booked him for our post Disney Cruise transportation to Daytona Beach, which was exceptional. However, the airline screwed us with delays on our way to Florida. We would have undoubtedly missed the cruise if not for Sebastian being available in short fashion. I called in a panic (mostly my wife) and he met us at the airport and sped us to the port with less than 15 minutes to spare! Excellent service! We were traveling to Orlando for a National boys volleyball tournament. Sebastian delivered fantastically for us. Could not recommend him and this company more highly, especially when traveling with children. We hired them to pick us up from the airport and he stuck with us despite our flight being delayed 5 hours. Since then he's helped me with a last minute round trip long drive to Disney (on basically 12 hours notice) and I've already booked him for my trips in July and August. After all the airport chaos, I was dreading a 7am flight. Parking, tolls, tips, gas....Sebastian took all that stress away. Planned a super early morning pickup and he showed up right on time dressed to the nines! Spacious, comfortable vehicle that was immaculately cleaned. Even has car seats for the kiddos.
