Fantastic service from start to finish! Called totally last-minute when the car-service I had originally booked to take me and my family to Port Canaveral failed to show up. We were waiting in our driveway early in the morning and the other company were a no-show and we were sure we were going to miss our cruise.....what a disaster that would have been! Thankfully, Orlando Limo was there and able to save the day!! Love them! They got one of their vans to our house in no time, loaded our bags in and we were off to the port. We made it to the cruise with time to spare, thank heaven for these guys! Getting great service just in the nick of time was absolutely fantastic, if it weren't for these guys we would have missed the cruise, and we had an all-inclusive 9-day Caribbean cruise booked, that would have been such a waste. By the way, we cancelled the return with the no-show folks (though I doubt they would have noticed!) and also booked the return with these guys, and it was just as great. It was definitely a night to remember and Jimmy played a huge role in making the entire experience unforgettable fit my friends and I. Excellent company. I used them for the first time for my cruise and Disney World vacation this past December. I needed transportation from the airport to the port and then back to Disney once the cruise was over and then back to MCO. My driver for 2 of the 3 pickups was Elias. He was fantastic. I once again used Orlando Limo for my trip this past week for another cruise and once again Disney World. Elias was so impressive the first time around that I requested him for this round of transportation needs. We were fortunate to be able to have him as our driver for 3 of our 4 pickups. Once again Elias was fantastic. His communication was excellent prior to pickup. He was always courteous. And he even remembered the names of all four of us. What was also a great touch, Elias texted me the next day to make sure we arrived home from our vacation. Was recommended by a friend who'd used them in the past, and had tons of nice things to say, so was a bit worried that they wouldn't live up to my (quite high) expectations, but I did not need to worry one bit, they were fabulous! Got a luxury SUV to and from the airport and Lowes Portofino Hotel, and it was great. So nice to have the driver waiting for you inside the airport, get help with the bags, and then just get into a nice air-conditioned car. They even had bottled water waiting for us. Also, no charge for the two child seats, very nice! It's just such a rip-off when companies either don't offer them, or charge $20/each (especially for what's already supposed to be a premium service). Well worth the price for this service, even got a roundtrip discount on BOTH trips!! I'll definitely book with them again next year (two kids under the age of 7, so vacations are likely to be Disney-bound for a while lol...), and highly recommend them. read more

Booked a prom limo/party bus for my nephew a couple of weeks back and had agreat experience with Orlando Limo. They quoted me what I thought was a fair rate, and the price I was quoted was also what I paid, so no sneaky upcharges unlike some companies I've dealt with in the past. Guy I talked to over the phone was really nice and easygoing, and I felt as though he was interested in me and my needs, and not just trying to get me off the phone as quick as possible. He listened to me and answered all my questions, and then gave me a couple of different recommendations based on what I'd told him. I decided to book a party bus, and my nephew and his friends couldn't have been more excited about their prom ride. It was a great time for everyone, myself included (just seeing their happy faces!). Once I'd gotten everything in order, I called back a few days later to book, and talked to a lovely gentleman who could not have been nicer. He got me and my family an awesome deal on a birthday limo for my mom, and also really went out of his way to make sure we got everything we wanted.The driver for our limo was exactly the same way, an older gentleman who was really nice and friendly, and took such great care of us the whole night, making sure we got the most out of our limo experience. This morning my son (17 yrs) flew to Orlando by himself to be picked up by Elias from Orlando Limo. He had never been to Orlando before and he was embarking on a solo journey to visit an aviation university he wants to attend post graduation. He is a good traveler but he was nervous. Elias met him exactly as planned inside the terminal and brought him to his vehicle. They had, according to my son, "a very pleasant ride and Elias could not have been nicer. The reservation agent was professional, bubbly, and able to answer all of my questions. The booking process was simple, and all services were provided as promised. Our trips with Orlando Limo we're excellent! The drivers (both Alfredo and Robert) were exactly on time, friendly, and professional. They were happy to take pictures for us with the limousines as the kids had never been in a limo before. They had cold drinks ready for us for both trips, and drove very safely :-) The limousines were both very clean and in great condition (not something all limo companies can say...) and we would travel with the company anytime we come back to Orlando. Talked to Christine on the phone, happy voice and very friendly. She helped me setting up a few trips for our honeymoon. Our first trip was from the Orlando Airport to the Disney Yacht Club. I think the driver name was Josh, he was very kind and quiet which was nice after a long trip to Orlando. The second trip was from the Disney resort to the Orlando Eye, we originally had intended to go during lunch time but Christine recommended to go during sunset time for more romantic views and it couldn't have been better. We found Orlando Limo services online and made reservation for our son's prom. When I called to inquire The girls I spoke to were very informative and delightful. Once reserved we received an email with our confirmation and all of the details. The day before the prom we received a text with the name of the driver and his direct phone number. When the driver arrived for pick up he introduced himself to my husband then opened the doors for my son and his date. The driver, Elias was professional and courteous. Great experience and highly recommend Orlando Limo! They were prompt with responding, rates were on target, cars are new and are set up for almost any event that you might need to hire them for. I took my family out to a dinner show for my wife's birthday with the 8 of us and had no issues at all with the ride. My driver was Charles and he was awesome...was very courteous and made the ride a pleasure! Charles was spot on time, both there and back....thank you! We had a mini destination wedding from New Smyrna Beach to Mims and back with a very large group to move. We looked and several other transportation services including the ones recommended by the venue and found Orlando Limo to be the most reasonable and accommodating with the number of vehicles and destinations. Took the limousine from Orlando Airport to WDW Port Orleans, Riverside. Driver: Jesus Wonderful experience! We were 3.5 hours late due to air travel delays. It took another hour to get our luggage. Jesus was awesome, patient, cool, and collected. The ride was smooth. The limo was awesome. It was overall a bright spot in what had been difficult traveling. Booked a limousine on Sunday 24 from Orlando to Ft Lauderdale for a MUSE concert and everything was perfect. Booking was easy, I spoke to Christine on the phone, told her our plan and she matched us with a awesome limo and a cool driver. We made a few requests to have drinks, snacks and a few stops on the way and there was no extra cost, so take advantage of that! They advertised no hidden fees and I have to say it is refreshing to know that. I talked to Christine over the phone and we set an apointment so that me and my husband could come and see the limos before renting 3 different ones for our company dinner. The warehouse was easy to find and they took the time to walk us through the different types of stretch limousines. The night of the rental, the chauffeurs were nicely dressed, and on time. The service was great and they cleaned the limousines again, and washed the glasses while we were dining. We used Orlando Limo twice. First for a transport from Cocoa, FL. to Orlando International Airport. It was an early morning flight. Driver picked us up at the requested time, he was a few minutes early, and made the trip to the airport without issue. Second was a transport from the airport back to Cocoa. it was a late evening flight. The driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name. The trip to Cocoa was without issue. Was in town for a convention staying at the Marriott World Center, and some friends and colleagues decided to skip the evening activity for one night and go out in a limo instead. Boy am I glad we did! Super nice car (new and clean) and a really friendly driver who didn't mind a bunch of loud sales people from CT :) even when we didn't know where we were going, he was happy to show us around and take us barhopping!
