Devon offers high quality service. Our driver met us at the airport and was extremely helpful with loading and unloading our luggage and groceries. One really nice service that Devon offers is 20 minute stop at a grocery store in route from the airport to our vacation home. I ordered our groceries and other items we needed during our stay and we picked them up curbside. For our return trip, Devon was early and waiting for us; again helping with our luggage. He was extremely helpful with my injured leg ( I wore an orthopedic boot on one leg), providing a step stool as well as his physical assistance for me to get in and out of the Escalade. Our plane was supposed to arrive at 12:30am (after original flight cancelled). However due to delays we weren't going to land until until 4:45 am. I texted Devon to say "don't worry about us. We'll just get an early morning Uber". He told me that he would be there and don't worry about it. I gave him the out but instead he got 4 hours of sleep then picked us up. Visiting Central Florida in October 2019 I needed transportation from Longwood to the airport. Mr. Ross has a very large number of 5 star reviews on Trip Advisor so I made a reservation with him. All the great reviews about him are well deserved. He was precisely punctual, cost was, IMO, fair and reasonable. It was a comfortable and pleasant ride. Our short trip to Orlando was almost ruined by disastrous airport delays and when all felt hopeless with travel and planning, Devon was the one reliable constant comfort! Even with our flight landing 8hrs later than I had booked, Devon was on top of things, monitoring our flight, communicating with us, and he was there professional and courteous with a clean ride where i was able to charge my dying phone battery and quickly brought us to our hotel. Our return trip to the airport was just as prompt and helpful. We had plenty of time to check in and wait for our flight. It was all super easy and very affordable. Im so happy i didnt waste time with mears or other shuttle services that i had read a lot of negative stories about.
