Date of service: February 26, 2025…read more When my "go to" transportation service from Orlando to Port Canaveral was a no go (they don't operate on Wednesdays and directed me to Uber, which boggled my mind), I struggled to find another option until my fellow Yelpers came through with the high ratings for Cruise Control Transportation. While they didn't pick up from my hotel unfortunately, we took a quick Lyft over to the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport and Mark was there right on time to pick us up, even calling as he pulled up to let us know he was arriving. The van was clean and comfortable and everyone in our van was on the same cruise, which meant we had only a couple stops to make before heading right to the port. The price per person (about $25 plus tax) was cheaper than a Lyft and I know that next time we are going to Port Canaveral I need to stay at one of the hotels they come to and save a little extra $$.

She seemed well informed & was very courteous. I called back 2-3 times over the course of the 6-7 weeks & the big problem she never mentioned was the constraint that they had dropping their customers at any DisneySprings restaurant !! This caused us to have to walk 2 miles each way from drop off to Boathouse with no strollers or WC's. VERY HOT outside & sooo many people wandering around. With a limo you expect door to door service !!!! It was your job responsibility to mention this when I first told you about dining at the Boathouse at Disney Springs!! By far the best experience was our driver FABIO!!! He definitely saved the day when he didn't leave us after he dropped us for dinner.!! He was professional, sharply dressed, friendly & very kind & understanding.

Orlando Executive Transportation was everything I was looking for. The online booking process was easy. Soon after I received a phone call from a professional representative to confirm the reservation. I even changed my return flight and rescheduling the car service was super easy. I spoke to a live person who was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived in Orlando the chauffeur was waiting in baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. He was attentive, and professional. My daughter accidentally left some non-critical items in his vehicle. I reached out to him and he was responsive and patient. Orlando Executive Transportation ensured that we got the items back on our return trip to the airport. Using this service was more expensive than using a typical ride share service but it was totally worth the peace of mind. 100% a positive experience and I will definitely use them again.
