If I could leave negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THSI COMPANY. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company provides the worst customer service. Below is my story and the email sent to the owner on 8/17/23 after no refund had been received after our disastrous experience: Hello Kaleem, I spoke with Steve in your office on Sunday and Monday multiple times. As confirmed by your email below, I changed our pickup time on Sunday. The driver was over an hour late arriving. When I spoke to Steve, he said that the driver must not have read the email for the change and he said he would give us a $100 credit because I asked how would I be compensated for my party of 7 having to wait outside in the heat for over an hour. The driver told me at 7:50 am, he was 40 minutes away. I called him back after this time had elapsed and then it was an additional 15 minutes away. He called around 8:45 am and said he was there. I told him where we were standing and he He finally arrived about 15 minutes after that time. He never apologized. We initially had a porter help with our luggage but since he was late, he had to leave us with our bags outside and then we had to take them over to the driver to get loaded. He dropped us off at our destination 8844 Cruden Bay Court in Davenport after driving right by it and our party telling him twice that he needed to back up since he missed the home which was clearly marked 8844. I spoke to Steve a few times on Monday because Southwest kept changing our departure time. Our original pickup time was 4:15 pm and then I requested 5:00 pm and finally 4:30 pm based on Southwest's changes. Steve seemed a little irritated and I apologized since I was basing my changes on Southwest's info. However, I do not feel as a customer, I should receive your frustration as it was not done intentionally and also because of the poor service we had just received the day before from your company. Then, Steve told me that the same driver that picked us up on Sunday was assigned to pick us up on Monday. Needless to say, I was concerned. The driver called me at 4:25 pm to say he had arrived to pick us up. I said great because we are ready. I opened the door and didn't see anyone outside. I called the driver back and said I don't see you and he asked where do you want me to pick you up? I said the same address that you dropped us off at yesterday. He said that there was some confusion and he would call me back. I immediately thought, not again. The driver called back and said he was 20 minutes away. I said no thank you. I have lost all trust that you will get here and get us to the airport on time. I called Steve and was obviously upset and told him that he needs to cancel the reservation and refund my money for this portion of the trip. He asked to give him a few minutes and I did. He called me back and then proceeded to tell me that he didn't have a valid pickup location. I told him that is positively incorrect. I made the reservations myself and we had reservations for pickup from 8844 Cruden Bay Court on 8/6 to Port Canaveral, pickup on 8/13 from Port Canaveral back to 8844 Cruden Bay Court and then pickup on 8/14 from 8844 Cruden Bah Court to the airport. This is so simple. Steve asked for 15 additional minutes and I told him no. I said I was done dealing with this company's incompetence and wanted him to cancel this last leg of the reservation and refund this portion of the reservation and we caught 2 Ubers to the airport. I have received no response to the above email and have made 2 other calls and another email to Kaleem with no response. I would like to add we had booked this company for 3 kegs of transportation. The first leg which was a pickup at the house went off without a hitch. The ones referenced above were the same driver who is absolutely horrible. I will keep pursuing my refund as this was inexcusable. read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. To start with, this company wanted my all of my partner's credit card details, including the 3 digit security pin over email to take payment. We should have listened to the alarm bells at that point of the booking process. My partner had booked us a limo to kick off our anniversary celebrations, to take us from the airport to our hotel. Our flight was delayed after being stranded on the runway at MCO for an hour with absolutely no phone signal. When we finally reached the airport and got phone signal, my partner had a text from them saying the driver was going to leave because we were late (once again, our plane was sat on the tarmac for over an hour). My partner called Elegance Transportation's office number repeatedly and they hung up each time. Bare in mind that he was calling from the number he registered the booking with. We then called from a different number and they answered in the first 2 rings. They said because we were not there on time (where? we don't know because they hadn't actually told us where to meet them), the driver had left. After some cross words they reluctantly sent the driver back to get us. We told them we were stood at section B inside, and asked if we should stand somewhere noticeable outside. They said no, to stay where we were. The person on the phone then proceeded to get angry that the driver couldn't find us.....because we were inside. This whole ordeal took approx one hour and we were treated like a major inconvenience. When we finally got in the limo, it was blasting Aladin at full volume with LED strobe lights flashing green, blue, red, repeat. There was no obvious way of turning the volume down or communicating with the driver so we spent the entire journey holding our ears and feeling nauseous. The seatbelts didn't work along the side seats so we sat at the back in order to wear seat belts as we were really being thrown around during the journey. We continued to convey our dissatisfaction with their service, the way we were spoken to by the person in the office and the lack of communication on their part, on email once the journey was over. On email, they said to us that they feel they should have just left us there at the airport and not collected us (but of course still had our money!). They have since charged us the entire fee plus an extra charge for being late. They did this without our consent. You would have thought for an airport collection they would have checked our flight updates, like a normal transport company. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Their response to so many reviews has been "customer satisfaction is our top priority". I would say that response was laughable if it wasn't for the fact the way we were and are being treated by this company is far from amusing. Please read the negative reviews on all review sites such as Google Maps and see for yourself how this company decide to respond to their valued customers. They respond to every negative review with their true colours, and know that if you suffer an experience like we did, you will also receive the same disgusting level of customer service. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Roundtrip limo from MCO to Port Canaveral paid in full in advance. Upon pickup at the airport, the driver was extremely rude and would not allow us to stop at a local Walgreen's without us 'tipping' him $40 to make the stop. The limo was dirty, had no AC, and the water bottles were all opened and refilled with dirty water!! TO TOP IT OFF, they never showed up to pick us up after our cruise. I had paid in full, called them over 30 times, left voicemails and emails in August and still have not heard back from them a month later. This company is a complete scam, book elsewhere!! read more

After a quick internet search, I found that this company seems to have gone by several names, including "United Transportation," "Orlando Airport Limousine," and "Elegance Transportation." I will not speculate whether this means anything. The phone number and address, however, remains the same. (We booked through Orlando Airport Limousine) Anyway...If you don't mind your driver showing up an hour earlier than your pre-stated time and then leaving with another passenger, this may be the service for you! We requested a private sedan for a round trip service from Orlando airport to Port Canaveral. We left the cruise ship exactly at the time we specified when making our reservation, but were forced to wait 45 minutes for another driver to come pick us up (and this was only after several angry phone calls, apparently if we hadn't called, we would have waited longer for our same driver to drop off the other passenger and come back) When you book a private sedan, SUV, or limousine, you expect a higher level of service. To us, this company provided abysmal service. Even if you are left behind and try to look for alternative transportation, as we were, the company is quick to point out that canceling at the last minute would NOT result in you getting your payment refunded. The bottom line, I highly recommend you stay away from this company! read more

Limo ride from MCO airport to Disney on 12/20. Limo that picked me up was dirty. The inside smelt musty and moldy as if the windows had been down in the rain. The back two windows were in the locked position down several inches. To top it all off the driver was rude to my son. Took the time to contact the company afterwards and was called a liar? I was taking my 3 kids to Universal for their Christmas present. We left on Dec. 31,2013 and I had decided that I did not want to bother with a Taxi on New Years Eve. Also I had never been to Orlando before and as a woman traveling alone with the kids I just felt better about having a ride waiting for me. I found Elegance Transportation on the internet after searching for a transportation service. I liked the web site and the fact that they showed the autos, and gave pricing. I decided to go ahead and book with this Company. The morning of our trip I sent an email to the Company just to confrim that we would be there, since I booked this in August. I immediately received a confirmation that they would be there to pick us up and advised exactly where they would be waiting. Sure enough our driver was there waiting for us in the baggage claim area. Very nice looking well dressed driver who immediately grabbed our bags and took us to the late model Black Escalade. He was a great driver, and took us to our destination . Very nice, quiet relaxing drive. On the day of our departure , a different driver was out front at the hotel right on time . It was cold that day so we were inside in the Lobby , and he called my cell phone to let us know he was there. Very nice, friendly driver. I have to say this was a great experience. I will not use any one else but this company for any future visits I might have in the Orlando area. All of us really enjoyed this experience. I dont think the Company could have done anything else to make this a better experience. It was a perfect start to what was a wonderful vacation. read more

By far, the worse customer service ever dealt with. The driver is a douche who isn't polite at all. The limo had no working AC, mind you we are heading to a wedding all sweaty because of this. It stated it can fit 18 people, this ended up being more like 10. Very small and dirty, no ice, no clean glasses. The owner doesn't seem to care about his service at all as he showed no remorse as well as an attitude. Don't expect anything to change but the name of the company as they continue trying to steal people's money with their horrible personality and service. STAY AWAY. read more

Four of us (2 adults and 2 kids) were going to Disney World in July and as part of the Disney package bus transportation was included. After reading that our Disney hotel was the last drop-off and might take up to two hour to get to the Contemporary Hotel, I started looking for a limo service. Elegance was recommended by one of the blogs and I called to book a round-trip. The website was very helpful by showing the types of cars and the price. When we arrived in Orlando, a well-dressed, polite driver met us in baggage, had his car parked very close by, and we were at the hotel within 45 minutes of landing. Sweet! On the return trip, we received a call 10 minutes before pick-up and the same driver was downstairs to take us back to the airport. A great way to start the trip and a great way to end. great pricing compared to disney transportation or other big companies. we have been going to disney & on cruise every year for 9 yrs & we use outside companies to & from disney world to port canaveral. I have to say at first I was a little wiery of the service for the price of taking 10 people, but our van was clean ,big enough for all of us & luggage. The drivers were very friendly, & courteous, we will use them again next year & strongly reccomend to others. read more
