Absolutely Outstanding Service -- The Gold Standard in Car Service!…read more We have used a highly regarded car service in the San Francisco Bay Area for years, which has always been our gold standard. We've also used car services throughout the United States and the UK, so we have plenty of experience to compare. I can honestly say that Orlando Car Service is right up there with the very best--and truly elevated our entire travel experience! We travel to Orlando September 26,2026. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. What impressed us most was the unprecedented communication, reliability, and professionalism. Our flights were delayed multiple times, and every time, Orlando Car Service reassured us that they would be there to pick us up. That level of communication and peace of mind is priceless when traveling! We used Orlando Car Service for three separate transfers: from the Orlando airport to our hotel, from our hotel to the cruise terminal, and from the cruise terminal back to the airport. Every single pickup was seamless. They were consistently there at least 10-15 minutes early, communicated with us to let us know they had arrived, and made the entire process completely stress-free. Not once did we have an issue! A special shout-out to Ryad, who drove us from the airport to our hotel, and Kai, who drove us to the cruise terminal and then back to the airport. Both drivers were incredibly professional, courteous, and excellent at what they do. Their driving was smooth and skilled, and we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout every ride. They kept us informed, made sure we knew exactly where they were when picking us up, and helped us with our luggage. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of consistency across multiple trips, but Orlando Car Service absolutely did. Their reliability, communication, and customer service made a real difference in our vacation and allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about transportation. We'll be returning to Orlando next year, and there is absolutely no question that we'll be using Orlando Car Service again! They have earned our trust and our business. If you're looking for dependable, professional, stress-free transportation in Orlando, look no further. I would recommend them without hesitation! Thank you, Ryad, Kai, and the entire Orlando Car Service team for making every transfer such a wonderful experience. You truly set the bar high!

I didn't want to ride with an amateur, a part timer in a gig job, driving his own car which I had no expecttation that it would be in good working order and clean. And when I saw who showed up in my driveway yesterday, I knew I made the right choice. My chauffeur, Scott Harbin, arrived 15 minutes early (I like that) and informed me via text message that he was here and there was no need for me to rush. I went outside to meet him and he was attired in a well pressed black suit and tie, very professional. He took my luggage to the beautiful Black Volvo 90, a plush luxury sedan. A few minutes later I came out ready to travel. As I got into the back seat, I noted that the interior was as impressive as the exterior of this handsome car. In a short while, I was very pleased by how careful and comfortable his driving was. No zipping in and out of traffic. I booked the pickup time to allow more than enough time to get to the airport without stress. Scott proved to be an exceptional professional driver, keeping my comfort and safety foremost in the way he maneuvered through the unpredictable and challenging traffic. THAT is what I wanted. Not the cheapest price. Not some amateur who was only interested in getting the ride over in the fastest way, regardless of how the passenger was impacted. I travelled in style and comfort. First Class all of the way! I will book Scott and Palm Coast Transportation again.

Buyers Beware of this company!!…read more A month prior We made arrangements with this company for a round trip ride to and from Cape Canaveral to the cruise ship for a group of 12. On the first day we waited and waited for our vehicle to arrive and once the time passed we call. They gave us some excuse that their system may have dropped our reservation and when we asked could they send another vehicle we were told NO. This company NEVER tried to assist with alternative suggestions, So we had to scramble to book another form of transportation. During this fiasco we reconfirmed our pickup from the ship for 7 days later. The company said they had our reservation and all is good. Well once we return and gathered at the pickup area, we waited 35 minutes passed the pickup time and NO vehicle. We attempted to call several times and no answer and no return call. Leaving us stranded for a second time. This company is unreliable & unprofessional. Use them at your on Risk.
