The Only Transportation We'll Use in Orlando - True Luxury and Top-Notch Professionalism! If you're tired of unreliable rides or mediocre service in the Orlando area, you absolutely have to try Ace Luxury Transportation Orlando. They provided an absolutely flawless experience for us, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment our driver greeted us, we knew we were in good hands. He was early (a huge plus!), extremely well-presented, and immediately helpful with our bags. The vehicle was stunning--spotless interior, smelled fresh, and the ride was incredibly smooth and quiet. It truly felt like a luxury experience, not just a car service. The booking process was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear email and text updates leading up to the trip. Knowing that reliable transport was secured took away all the typical travel stress. They are efficient, responsive, and clearly prioritize the client experience. Worth Every Penny (Great Value!): While this is a premium service, I firmly believe you get excellent value for your investment here. The guaranteed punctuality, safety, comfort, and sheer professionalism make this service stand far above standard car services. For a stress-free start or end to your trip, Ace is the way to go. Highly, highly recommend. Five stars all the way! read more

I did lots of transportation research for our multi generational family cruise. I called to ask questions and a gentleman walked me through the easy process and I booked online. I received email confirmations and same day texts with instructions. Clean vehicles, friendly service, safe drivers with reasonable options and prices. Thanks Ace Luxury for getting our family to and from the cruise port safely! read more

Nasser, our driver, was extremely kind and courteous. Excellent driving from Port Canaveral to MCO. I often get car sick and he made the ride so smooth I hardly noticed we traveled so far! We will be using their services again! read more

My son and I planned his 21st Birthday at Disney World. I would always rather have a reputable transportation service to make sure we are handled with care to and from the airport. Ace Luxury did not disappoint! Their guys were right on time to pick up and drop off. They were so easy to talk to. Genuinely interested in our time in Orlando. We felt special and taken care of. Thank you Ace Luxury. We are customers for life!! read more

After contacting Joe, we discovered that emails had gotten lost or were missing. Joe was great to work with and explained the details of booking, cost and what to expect. I recommend calling, as you get a little more detail and don't risk lost emails. read more

It was so nice to land in Orlando and have someone there to greet and help us. The plush seats and the No worry vibe was such a great way to start the week. read more

We used Ace to and from Orlando airport and the cruise port. Service was excellent. Company does a great job of keeping you informed of who the driver will be; how to reach them; status updates of their location; etc. driver was professional and van was clean. read more

Pedro was our driver and absolutely amazing! He greeted us warmly and made the ride fun. Offered great advice. This is my children's first Disney experience. The vehicle was spotless and extremely nice. Would use this service again in a heartbeat! And highly highly recommend the driver! read more

Booked Ace to transport our family round trip to a cruise and the airport. I was nervous about this, but they delivered on all expectations as stated. I would most certainly recommend and use Ace's service again when in the Orlando area. The drivers were prompt, courteous, and professional. The van we rented was clean and smoke free (thankfully, as I forgot to ask). This was the one aspect of our trip that had the most potential to go wrong, and Ace was able to alleviate that from happening. I greatly appreciated that - especially on our departure day when we were all tired and read to head home. Highly recommend! read more

We had a great experience with our driver Walter from Ace Luxury Transportation. On-time, reliable, had car seats as requested, and gave some helpful advice about places to go in the area. We had multiple hotel pickups around Orlando on the way to a cruise departure from Port Canaveral, and then pickup from the cruise ship (we did sight seeing and then to the airport). Walter was our driver in both directions and handled everything exceptionally! read more

We recently booked Ace Luxury Transportation on a 3 way service from Orlando MCO International airport to Port Canaveral Cruise terminal on June 8th with a pick up from cruise terminal to Epcot center back to MCO on June 15th. (Group of 9) They held our luggage while we ventured off at Epcot center therefore, this made our experience stress free as we didn't have to worry about our luggage. Both drivers arrived promptly and were very friendly. Highly recommend Ace Luxury Transportation for fast, reliable and friendly service. I will definitely use this company again when in Orlando. read more

Ace Luxury is the best! I contacted them for a press visit to Orlando and I can't say enough good things about them. On time EVERYDAY and very easy to work with! Thank you Ace Luxury! read more

Edited review after customer service waived additional fee for rescheduling pickup after flight delay. The service is great and reliable. The guy answering the phone needs a lesson in customer service though. read more

We recently used Ace to get from a hotel near the airport to Port Canaveral for the Disney Cruise. They were very prompt in both directions. On the way to the cruise, the driver was waiting outside our hotel before the appointed time. On the way back, the pick up was pretty quick. One issue though, the driver on our way back was very anxious to get going and we had to ask him to stop three times so that I could buckle my kids in. I don't think he even looked in the mirror to see if we were all seated - which my husband and I were not as we were both buckling a child. The third time we asked him to stop, he finally did and waited until all the kids were ready to go. read more

This is a review based on the average of two trips I had with this company. We had flown into Orlando to go to Universal Studios and to take a cruise from Port Canaveral. We used Ace Luxury Transportation for our party of 5 to get from the Orlando airport to our Universal Studios hotel and then a couple days later to get from the hotel to Port Canaveral. The booking experience was great. I got a quote over the phone that was the best deal I could find. They gave me a "round trip" price even though technically it was two parts of a three-way trip. The website and the booking agent were very professional and made me feel it was a reputable company. 5/5 The pickup at the airport went very smoothly. The chauffeur greeted us with a sign at the bottom of the escalators in baggage claim. He directed us to the carousel with our luggage. He helped pull our luggage to the van . He was professional. The only negative I could say was that the driver was pretty old and wasn't exactly engaging. 4/5 The 50-minute trip from the hotel to the airport started off great, with the chauffeur showing up early for our pickup with a sign with my name on it. He was younger and more engaging than the airport driver. He loaded the luggage into the van and we all felt comfortable. The long drive to the cruise ship was going well until I noticed the driver drifting a bit on the road. I started to watch his eyes in the rear view mirror and noticed he was having trouble keeping them open. This was at 11am on a Saturday morning. Maybe he was out late on Friday night? I started to engage him in conversation by asking him how much longer it was going to be. I had decide that if I noticed him drifting off again, I was going to tell him to pull off at the next exit because I couldn't trust my family being driven by a tired driver. Fortunately, we arrived at the cruise ship without further incident. 2/5 The average of my 3 interactions with Ace Luxury Transportation was a rating of 11/15 or 4/5. read more

Used Ace for transport to our cruise at Port Canaveral. Their service was excellent. Our driver arrived at our hotel 15 minutes earlier than our scheduled pick up - a great bonus with excited kids ready to cruise. The driver was courteous and helpful. The vehicle was well maintained and clean. On our post cruise pick up there was only a brief wait as expected. Watching the other passengers load into crowded minibuses I was so glad for our private car. The expense was the same as Disney's transport buses and so much easier and comfortable. We will book with Ace for all our future transport needs in Orlando. read more

We were completely satisfied with our recent experience from airport to hotel and cruise ship back to airport. We had a large group and both vehicles were on time, easy to connect with and fitted with car seats exactly how I had requested. Would certainly recommend and use again. read more

Conf# 54906 For Tim P.[06/25/2016-10:10 AM] Today Mr. Gil arrived promptly to great us just as advertised though company video. He located our baggage claim pick up area for us and gathered our luggages Shortly afterwards. Mr Gil then lead us to our elite vehicle which was clean, comfortable and spacious. As Mr. Gil drove us to our port of call he engaged us in pleasant conversation. Once arriving at our port to embark on the carnival Magic he ensured our drop off was at the door and that handlers took our luggage to our room before wishing us a wonderful restful trip. Mr. Gil was pleasant, respectful, and very professional. I would highly recommend using Mr. Gil as your driver. I will definitely be requesting Mr. Gil for further driving needs. Thank You! read more

When I saw what the cruise ship wanted per person, I booked a SUV for my family of five. Even with driver tip, it saved us $50 from the cruise ship cost plus we didn't have to wait for other people to fill a bus or van and got driven straight to the terminal at Orlando Intl. We made it in great time which heped since we had a short timeline to make it by and our driver Leonard was very nice sharing some details about the area as we drove. We got picked up within 5 mintues of the agreed time and within 15 minutes of us calling to save we were done with customs. read more

Actually considered renting a car to go from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral, and then began adding up all the costs above and beyond the rental charges: gas, insurance, taxes, tollway pass (for all 6 days even though we only would use it 2 days), daily parking fees, the list goes on and on. As I studied various shuttle services, they all seemed to have mixed reviews and were far less convenient. Ace had consistently the best reviews of those I studied. They quoted a price that included everything, even the tip. No surprises. Met us as we came down the escalator at the airport even though our plane was over 2 hours late due to the weather, took our bags, car was waiting nearby, dropped us off at the door of the hotel in Port Canaveral. Return trip was just as easy. Drivers were very courteous and helpful. read more

Horrible service. Dirty cars. Rude customer service. I told driver to cancel return trip and it was not done. Will never use them or recommend again read more

Booked Ace to transport us from the airport to the cruise terminal. The driver was rushed because he had to get back to the airport for another pick up. My luggage was the last off the belt and he seemed annoyed and asked why I didn't just carry it on the plane. He didn't offer to carry our luggage to the car. I carried all our bags. The car smelled of smoke. He was speeding to the terminal. He kept complaining about his next pickup and how he wasn't going to make it. Very unprofessional and will not use again. read more

Ace was great. We hired Ace to take us from the airport to our hotel in Port Canaveral and then to pick us up from the cruise port and take us back to the airport. When we arrived, the driver was right there to pick us up. The return was easy as well. Our driver was there within ten minutes of our phone call. They also provided us with car seats free of charge which was a great plus. I would recommend Ace to anyone. read more

A friendly, reliable, and fairly priced service to use for transport from Orlando international Airport (MCO) to your Orlando Hotel. We had two different drivers and they were both excellent. Our driver from the airport to our hotel gave us information about every area of Orlando that we passed through during our 1/2 hour drive. He had a great knowledge base and knew the history of Orlando. He took pride in telling us all about the challanges, changes and exciting new things in and around Orlando. This was our first visit to Orland. If we go back we would use this company again. read more

We just returned home from a Disney cruise. We used Ace to transport us from the ship to the airport. Everything about the process was easy, from making the online reservation, to calling them when we arrived in port. We actually got off the ship quicker then we had anticipated, so we were ready to be picked up about 45 minutes prior to our scheduled pick up time. This was no problem for Ace. We called them, and in 10 minutes, our driver, Resa, pulled right up. She was very nice and courteous. She even advised us when we were getting close to the airport, so that we could wake up our son who had fallen asleep. I highly recommend this company and if you are taking a cruise, definitely go this route. You don't have to wait on the buses to fill up and the cruise transportation can be quiet expensive, especially if you have a larger party, as they charge per person. read more

Solid service from Orlando airport to the Port Canaveral cruise port area. Our flights were delayed, but the driver monitored them and was on time. He helped us with our bags and was very nice. No complaints about his driving, and we arrived at our hotel timely and safe. We were supposed to have a car, but it ended up being a van. It wasn't a big deal to us though. I would use them again if I travel to the area in the future. read more

I used Ace Luxury in March 2013 for a three way trip: from an Orlando area hotel to Port Canaveral cruise terminal, from Port Canaveral to Disney World, and from a Disney World hotel to the airport. The driver was early at both hotel pickups, but we waited a bit at the cruise terminal. I believe the wait at the terminal is just the way it is because there are so many people leaving at once. It is just tough waiting with 4 young children...each minute seems like an eternity. The vehicles were all clean, they had the child safety seats ready for us and the drivers were all professional, but not exactly friendly which is why I didn't give Ace 5 stars. As far as the rushing, I did sense they were in a hurry when we transferred from the ship to DW, but hey, it's a busy day and time is money. I booked Ace again for a trip I'll be taking in 2 weeks, stay tuned! read more

Our driver, Leonard, was top-notch. He was on-time going and coming and even offered helpful hints for the area. We were immediately impressed with your company from the phone calls I made to the emails you sent, everything was professional and courteous. It seemed as if you had done this a million times. We would recommend your company to everyone. read more

I used Ace for transport from the airport to a hotel and then from a cruise to another hotel. I was VERY impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Our flight into Orlando was delayed for an hour by weather and the driver was unflappable. He met us at baggage claim, helped us with our bags, and got us to our hotel as swiftly as possible. When we left our cruise on the other end, my 3 year old cried the entire ride and again, another driver was unflappable. He even set up a DVD to try and calm her. If you are going anywhere in Orlando or Cape Canaveral, I highly recommend Ace. I felt that I got a great value for my money. The drivers were on-time, safe, and professional. Disney would charge you $75 per person for its transportation. If (like me) you have a family of 4, then why wouldn't you hire Ace and get your own car on your own timetable for less money? They even provided carseats, free of charge. I would give Ace my highest recommendation A great experience! read more
