Booked Ace to transport our family round trip to a cruise and the airport. I was nervous about this, but they delivered on all expectations as stated. I would most certainly recommend and use Ace's service again when in the Orlando area. The drivers were prompt, courteous, and professional. The van we rented was clean and smoke free (thankfully, as I forgot to ask). This was the one aspect of our trip that had the most potential to go wrong, and Ace was able to alleviate that from happening. We recently booked Ace Luxury Transportation on a 3 way service from Orlando MCO International airport to Port Canaveral Cruise terminal on June 8th with a pick up from cruise terminal to Epcot center back to MCO on June 15th. (Group of 9) They held our luggage while we ventured off at Epcot center therefore, this made our experience stress free as we didn't have to worry about our luggage. We recently used Ace to get from a hotel near the airport to Port Canaveral for the Disney Cruise. They were very prompt in both directions. On the way to the cruise, the driver was waiting outside our hotel before the appointed time. On the way back, the pick up was pretty quick. One issue though, the driver on our way back was very anxious to get going and we had to ask him to stop three times so that I could buckle my kids in. I don't think he even looked in the mirror to see if we were all seated - which my husband and I were not as we were both buckling a child. This is a review based on the average of two trips I had with this company. We had flown into Orlando to go to Universal Studios and to take a cruise from Port Canaveral. We used Ace Luxury Transportation for our party of 5 to get from the Orlando airport to our Universal Studios hotel and then a couple days later to get from the hotel to Port Canaveral. The booking experience was great. I got a quote over the phone that was the best deal I could find. They gave me a "round trip" price even though technically it was two parts of a three-way trip. The website and the booking agent were very professional and made me feel it was a reputable company. 5/5 The pickup at the airport went very smoothly. The chauffeur greeted us with a sign at the bottom of the escalators in baggage claim. He directed us to the carousel with our luggage. He helped pull our luggage to the van . He was professional. The only negative I could say was that the driver was pretty old and wasn't exactly engaging. 4/5 The 50-minute trip from the hotel to the airport started off great, with the chauffeur showing up early for our pickup with a sign with my name on it. He was younger and more engaging than the airport driver. He loaded the luggage into the van and we all felt comfortable. The long drive to the cruise ship was going well until I noticed the driver drifting a bit on the road. I started to watch his eyes in the rear view mirror and noticed he was having trouble keeping them open. This was at 11am on a Saturday morning. Maybe he was out late on Friday night? I started to engage him in conversation by asking him how much longer it was going to be. I had decide that if I noticed him drifting off again, I was going to tell him to pull off at the next exit because I couldn't trust my family being driven by a tired driver. Used Ace for transport to our cruise at Port Canaveral. Their service was excellent. Our driver arrived at our hotel 15 minutes earlier than our scheduled pick up - a great bonus with excited kids ready to cruise. The driver was courteous and helpful. The vehicle was well maintained and clean. On our post cruise pick up there was only a brief wait as expected. Watching the other passengers load into crowded minibuses I was so glad for our private car. The expense was the same as Disney's transport buses and so much easier and comfortable. When I saw what the cruise ship wanted per person, I booked a SUV for my family of five. Even with driver tip, it saved us $50 from the cruise ship cost plus we didn't have to wait for other people to fill a bus or van and got driven straight to the terminal at Orlando Intl. We made it in great time which heped since we had a short timeline to make it by and our driver Leonard was very nice sharing some details about the area as we drove. We got picked up within 5 mintues of the agreed time and within 15 minutes of us calling to save we were done with customs. read more

Actually considered renting a car to go from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral, and then began adding up all the costs above and beyond the rental charges: gas, insurance, taxes, tollway pass (for all 6 days even though we only would use it 2 days), daily parking fees, the list goes on and on. As I studied various shuttle services, they all seemed to have mixed reviews and were far less convenient. Ace had consistently the best reviews of those I studied. They quoted a price that included everything, even the tip. No surprises. Met us as we came down the escalator at the airport even though our plane was over 2 hours late due to the weather, took our bags, car was waiting nearby, dropped us off at the door of the hotel in Port Canaveral. Booked Ace to transport us from the airport to the cruise terminal. The driver was rushed because he had to get back to the airport for another pick up. My luggage was the last off the belt and he seemed annoyed and asked why I didn't just carry it on the plane. He didn't offer to carry our luggage to the car. I carried all our bags. The car smelled of smoke. He was speeding to the terminal. He kept complaining about his next pickup and how he wasn't going to make it. Very unprofessional and will not use again. read more

A friendly, reliable, and fairly priced service to use for transport from Orlando international Airport (MCO) to your Orlando Hotel. We had two different drivers and they were both excellent. Our driver from the airport to our hotel gave us information about every area of Orlando that we passed through during our 1/2 hour drive. He had a great knowledge base and knew the history of Orlando. He took pride in telling us all about the challanges, changes and exciting new things in and around Orlando. We just returned home from a Disney cruise. We used Ace to transport us from the ship to the airport. Everything about the process was easy, from making the online reservation, to calling them when we arrived in port. We actually got off the ship quicker then we had anticipated, so we were ready to be picked up about 45 minutes prior to our scheduled pick up time. This was no problem for Ace. We called them, and in 10 minutes, our driver, Resa, pulled right up. She was very nice and courteous. She even advised us when we were getting close to the airport, so that we could wake up our son who had fallen asleep. I highly recommend this company and if you are taking a cruise, definitely go this route. You don't have to wait on the buses to fill up and the cruise transportation can be quiet expensive, especially if you have a larger party, as they charge per person. read more

No complaints about his driving, and we arrived at our hotel timely and safe. We were supposed to have a car, but it ended up being a van. It wasn't a big deal to us though. I used Ace Luxury in March 2013 for a three way trip: from an Orlando area hotel to Port Canaveral cruise terminal, from Port Canaveral to Disney World, and from a Disney World hotel to the airport. The driver was early at both hotel pickups, but we waited a bit at the cruise terminal. I believe the wait at the terminal is just the way it is because there are so many people leaving at once. It is just tough waiting with 4 young children...each minute seems like an eternity. The vehicles were all clean, they had the child safety seats ready for us and the drivers were all professional, but not exactly friendly which is why I didn't give Ace 5 stars. As far as the rushing, I did sense they were in a hurry when we transferred from the ship to DW, but hey, it's a busy day and time is money. I used Ace for transport from the airport to a hotel and then from a cruise to another hotel. I was VERY impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Our flight into Orlando was delayed for an hour by weather and the driver was unflappable. He met us at baggage claim, helped us with our bags, and got us to our hotel as swiftly as possible. When we left our cruise on the other end, my 3 year old cried the entire ride and again, another driver was unflappable. He even set up a DVD to try and calm her. If you are going anywhere in Orlando or Cape Canaveral, I highly recommend Ace. I felt that I got a great value for my money. The drivers were on-time, safe, and professional. Disney would charge you $75 per person for its transportation. If (like me) you have a family of 4, then why wouldn't you hire Ace and get your own car on your own timetable for less money?
