They travel on a fixed route on Tavistock Lakes Blvd to two stops: outside the Pixon building by Lake Nona Town Center and the Laurate Park Village Center (near Canvas restaurant). The plan is to eventually increase the number of shuttles and routes. The self driving electric shuttles navigate by using sensors and GPS to adjust to traffic conditions. There are attendants on each bus and they can take over the manual operation of the shuttle at any time. The attendant was using a tablet like screen and a video game controller. The air conditioned shuttles are currently free to ride during the initial launch period and carry up to 10 people. The shuttle travels at a maximum of 15 miles per hour right now but may go faster in the future. You must sit, buckle your seatbelt and hold onto a railing inside the shuttle. Be prepared that the shuttle does make hard stops if it senses something in the way. The shuttles currently operate from 10am-2pm and 6pm-10pm but these hours may change in the future. The shuttle arrives at the stops every 10-15 minutes. You can do a 20 minute round-trip by just telling the attendant.

He told us to contact him again when we were ready to leave the airport. We were arriving on a 10-hour international flight, and it took approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes for our luggage to come out. We then had to go through immigration. Once we had finally completed the whole process, we contacted him again, but he did not answer the phone for around 20 minutes. When he finally answered, he told us that he had no drivers available and would not refund our money, claiming that more than one hour had passed since our flight had landed. The worst part is that he left us stranded at Orlando Airport with three young children, without offering us any alternative whatsoever--not even the option of paying an additional fee to arrange another driver. We find this way of operating particularly problematic when dealing with passengers arriving on international flights. It is entirely predictable that more than an hour may pass between the plane landing, collecting luggage, and going through immigration. If the service does not allow for this, customers should be clearly informed before booking and, above all, offered some kind of solution when delays occur. A terrible experience and a service I would absolutely not recommend. In our case, it was much more reliable and straightforward to simply order an Uber directly from the airport.

I had the best experience with the I ride trolley yesterday. I accidentally left my phone on the…read morered line trolley and noticed right after getting dropped off at the stop to then pick up the green line trolley. I called the customer service phone number while I was waiting and they were able to help locate my phone and coordinate between both busses about my situation. When I was picked up by the green line, the driver told me that the red line driver was going to meet me at our final stop to give me my phone and I am happy to report, that's exactly what happened! Both drivers were kind and went above and beyond to help get me my phone. I had to catch a flight this morning so I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you, I ride for helping me and for turning a negative situation (brought on by me) and turning it into a positive experience! I really could feel that the company and staff have "people helping people" built into their values and culture.

LYNX is very unreliable. I got the week long pass and have only been able to take 4 rides because buses run so rarely and are never on time. A number of times I waited over an hour and a half which means 3 buses failed to show up. The drivers are unable to help an out of towner find connections or they just don't care to. I had a driver who was rude in two languages to 4 tourists from Europe. Two drivers looked at me and didn't stop. The buses are clean maybe because they don't pick up a lot of riders.

I was able to make a reservation and an agent arranged for a vehicle to meet our needs. I was also able to pre pay the whole round trip before leaving home. They are pricey but for top notch quality we got superior service. The night before we departed I got a text from our driver Jonathan reconfirming our arrival. He met us at the airport, helped us with our bags, and saw us safely to the Polynesian Resort. He gave us lots of tips as far as what we could do during our visit. Likewise Christine, texted us this am to let us know when she would arrive at the resort to pick us up. She called me upon arrival and helped us with our bags to the SUV for us to ride. What's nice is that the vehicle does have charging stations in the back seat which you definitely need when you just came off of a flight. Food is not permitted for you to eat on the vehicle but we could drink our bottled water. The cost is broken up into segments and you are given a separate reservation for each segment. The cost includes Florida tolls and you are asked to give a 20% gratuity. Believe me for the service we received they deserved more than 20%. Using Access line transportation saved us lots of money on a rental car which we did not need. They also offer service to Port Canaveral if you are going on a cruise. I am so thrilled to have found reliable transportation to and from the Orlando airport and will most certainly use them again on future trips.

Juan was super friendly, nice, and our luxury vehicle was awesome! For once, it was so nice to not have to worry about getting an Uber or Lyft car to get to our resort.
