Thank you for a 5 star experience! From the time we got off our plane and then being greeted by Omar. You guys are really top notch. I often share with family and friends that customer service is sometimes lost in our fast paced society. Omar was very professional. Thank you for reminding me that there are good businesses out here doing exceptional work. I will recommend you to everyone I know. Anthony & Family read more

Best Luxury Transportation - Omar & Anthony - Limos Near Me

Absolutely terrible experience with Best Luxury Transportation. They never showed up for our scheduled pickup from Port Canaveral to Orlando, leaving my family stranded. When I called, the owner falsely claimed I canceled (which Capital One confirmed I did not) and then became extremely abusive--telling me to "go f*** myself" and even worse. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Avoid this company at all cost read more

Stay away. We had them scheduled for a pick up from the hotel for a party of 8, confirmed and paid. They did not show up and would not answer our calls/texts.. We scrambled and had to pay again for transportation to the port and missed our check in time for our cruise. When we returned, they apologized and said we would be reimbursed the full amount. That was in Jan 2025. I have still not received a refund. I have talked with multiple people and now they won't answer. BEWARE BEWARE SCAM SCAM read more

Best Luxury Transportation were contracted to pick up my party of 14 after our cruise at Port Canavera at 9:30am on April 19th 2025 and take us to MCO airport. The company called at 8am when we arrived at port to tell us that the driver was stuck in traffic due to an accident. I asked that he keep me posted as we were not debarking for another 1 1/2 & all our flights were in the afternoon. He never called me back I had to keep checking in to see if the driver was free yet and was told no several times. He was unsympathetic to my concerns of funding alternative transportation stating there were several options at the port. I ended up finding a company outside that charged us double what we paid in advance to BLT. I am aware life happens and circumstances beyond a businesses control can be inconvenient for the customer. At the end what matters is how they rectify. This company has not refunded my money for the contract they broke! I would not waste my time leaving negative reviews had the company done the right thing and refunded my money! But they did not so if you want to be stranded and lose your money by all means hire them! read more

All drivers and staff were very friendly and professional. All drivers arrived on time and were very helpful with navigating MCO airport. Cars were comfortable. Would definitely use again. read more

Let me start with saying our vehicles and drivers for our 2 day site inspection in Port Canaveral were great. I booked our reservations through Limos.com. Day 1 of service was perfect, great communication and service. Day 2 also great on that front. Following our return to the airport I was invoiced for an extra hour, a toll expense and parking. First we were within our time booked, dropped off 20 minutes at the curb prior to our end time. Tolls, I have no idea but there were none the day prior. Parking on a drop off at the airport isn't a thing, we had a complementary pass for parking at our venue, so this was also a false charge. Totaling $136.30 in additional charges. I have called Limos.com no less that 4 times since mid November to try and resolve this issue. Each time they say they need to reach out to the vendor, Best Luxury Transportation to resolve and that they will call me back. Then they do not. I have diligently followed up on this as we intended to use this company for upcoming business in the area to transport a larger group, thousands of dollars in future business. I am meticulous in tracking our invoices and how I spend our company money. I had hoped that this would be an easy resolve and that I wouldn't have to leave a review like this but, I am left no choice. Book with caution and watch the time and fees. read more

We booked BLT for our first time trip to Disney World. They were amazing and so accommodating. We needed to fly in early due to a snow storm in Colorado and it was so easy to change our scheduled pick-up to a day earlier. Not only did Omar pick us up on time, but he came into the airport and helped us get our luggage to the car. I would definitely recommend BLT for your next trip to Orlando. read more

Easy reservation process from the start and service from our driver today from MCO to Disney was top notch. They communicated with me the day before and morning of our arrival and made the trip a breeze for all 10 in our party. Highly recommend. read more

I have ordered and used at least 5 different transport companies in Orlando. All have been for a ride to an even and a return ride from the event. You see, I suffered a spinal injury which causes me to not walk so well and I utilize a cane to walk. Each of these transport companies left me stranded to walk back to my hotel. One was 5 miles. Best Luxury Transportation was ontime and waited for me for the return. Traffic was hell. The police were unforgiving but Jose (our driver) made it a point to get as close to this venue so that my walk was minimal. No words will never do this review justice to express my appreciation for the staff who knew nothing about my situation yet made this experience flawless. No words will ever be enough to express my gratitude to Jose for his professionalism in a most difficult driving environment or his caring and patient demeanor exhibited through this whole experience. Thank you! Their name says it all and I am here as a testament. Look or use no other! read more

They still keep insisting that it is a 30 day cancellation policy but according to my email receipt I have 14 days and I cancelled within that time period. See the picture I added. Just a warning too, I called multiple transport companies and everyone was very flexible with their cancellation policy, so for that reason you shouldn't choose these people. Also when I called multiple times to follow up about my cancellation, they never mentioned the 30 day policy only that they would refund me. And of course then I never heard back from them. Very dishonest!!! I don't and wouldn't run my business this way and we are a 5* yelp rated business. read more

Best Luxury Transportation - My receipt clearly states I have 14 days to cancel unlike the 30 days they keep telling me and the credit card company. AVOID!!! - Limos Near Me

Both drivers (Alvin and Omar) were spectacular. They took care of our needs, traveling with a 1 year old. They worked with a sense or urgency and arrived on time. We would recommend this company. Thank you! read more

Best Luxury, transporation has the best customer service. I worked directly with janet, and she was by far the most politest person. Their prices beat every competitors prices. I am glad I found them. read more

I spoke to Jose the day before our trip into Orlando International Airport and booked a ride out to Vero Beach very late Thursday night and then a return trip on Sunday afternoon. All communications (live phone, texts, emails) were professional, efficient, and helpful. We changed our plans for Sunday afternoon and requested a different pick-up location 30 minutes later than our initial arrangement. Jose was very flexible! For both trips, we were upgraded to their lovely Escalade SUV. Our driver for both trips, Luis, was friendly and performed his responsibilities with the utmost professionalism. We felt comfortable and safe in his care! We will be back the next time we're in the area and need to arrange transportation! Thank you Best Luxury Transportation! read more

I booked our car service for a ride to take place in less than 48 hours and it was a seamless process. The prices were competitive with other companies I researched but I'm glad I went with Best Luxury Transportation as they had great customer service! Everything worked out like they said - and even when I contacted customer service with questions about the auto charged 20% gratuity to make sure our driver would get all of it, they responded within 30 minutes! Raul was great, he was waiting on us at baggage claim - even longer than expected originally because of the weather delaying the airport releasing bags. Thanks BLT for the awesome free upgrade too! read more

Great company! Everyone in this office is super professional, helpful and NICE!!! Prices are very affordable. We will continue to use their service every week Highly recommend this company to everyone looking for an honest and reliable car service!! read more

Best Luxury Transportation was WONDERFUL!! Pricing was very good and the cars are so nice! Booking with them was so easy! The driver we had for pick up at the airport was excellent as it took forever to get our luggage he was very nice and understanding. The driver we had for pick up at the cruise port was also wonderful he was able to come a little earlier to pick us up and was able to call me and give me a description and where to look for him so we could get going as quickly as possible. This company is wonderful and so easy to work with would 100% recommend using them and will be using them again in any future trips to Florida. read more

Right on time. Great customer service from Raul. Helped with loading our baggage from the airport and made a brief stop to pick up a snack while on our way to the hotel. Would recommend and book again. read more

Horrible. Never sent me an email with reservation number, I called and they said they would send me a text. Never got the text. I called again and they gave me the drivers name and phone number. Then the driver never showed up and they wouldn't answer the phone. read more

SFB to WDW - great service!!! This is our fourth annual trip from Sanford Airport to Walt Disney World. Each year we have used a different car service. Best Luxury Transport had the nicest cars by far, the drivers are truly professionals rather than the more typical taxi style. We will definitely use BLT again in the future. Fair pricing, Awesome service!!! read more

Based on great reviews we decided to book with Best Luxury Transportation. Such and easy process and very helpful in regards to traveling with children who need car seats...no problem whatsoever, whereas other car services charge extra or do not have at all. As a mother safety for my children is the most important. Looking forward to this service on my upcoming trip! read more

Exceptional is an understatement when it comes to BLT. I was in Orlando for a brief period with some friends as a guys weekend and we chose to treat ourselves so we hired BLT for the night. The experience was unique, like none other that I have hired (I have a family member in the business and BLT far surpassed my expectations). The driver, along with being highly knowledgeable of the area and where to go to have a good time, was very polite and put off an easy to talk to persona. I highly recommend BLT to anyone that is looking for a one of kind experience in Orlando. read more

Used Best numerous times. Highly recommend Drivers are professional and courteous. Vehicles spotless and in good condition.

Great service from Luis! The vehicle was great seemed new and very clean. He was very patient with my 4 and 5 year old kids and loading up the luggage. Was waiting for us at the baggage claim and took us to Port Canaveral for a Disney Cruise! Second time we have used them and will do so again! read more

Great transportation service in Orlando. Very accommodating for party of 11. Prompt and professional. Highly recommended!!!

This is a DISRUPTABLE COMPANY! I booked transportation from the Orlando airport and back in Feb 2012, for our May 2012 vacation. I specifically booked an SUV due to our large amount of luggage and booked for specific times based on our flights. The airport pick-up went fine. But, when I tried to call Best Luxury Transportation 2 days before our pick-up to confirm our pickup to go to the airport, the phone was never answered and my calls not returned. Finally, one hour before we were due to be picked up, I received a text saying the SUV was stuck in traffic near Jacksonville, and would not arrive for two hours! When I asked if they could send two cars for us and for our luggage, they said cars were not available for 4 hours! We called Mears and they picked us up within 45 minutes and we had good service from Mears. read more
