We were a party of 11 and they moved us to two different locations over a two week period and dropped us back at the airport - seamlessly. Our driver Darren met us at baggage claim and helped us get our luggage and took us to the car which was parked very close by in a special area. After a long travel day, it was a treat to be taken to our hotel near Port Canaveral this way. The next week, after our cruise was over, Darren picked us up at the port and took us back to the airport. We arranged for 10am pick up but when I texted Darren at 9:45am saying that we were off the ship, he responded that he was already in the area and was able to pick us up then. I highly recommend this company!

We landed at 10PM--with TODDLERS--so you already know I was preparing for chaos, exhaustion, and a long night. But from the moment we stepped off that plane, everything was smooth, organized, and stress-free. The transition from the airport, to baggage claim, to getting us loaded up was completely seamless. No waiting, no confusion, no hassles! just pure luxury and professionalism. Ben was absolutely AMAZING from the very beginning. He handled the booking process, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was set up perfectly even with less than 24 hours notice for a large party. That alone deserves recognition because not everyone can pull that off so effortlessly. And Fabian; our driver was just as incredible! He was professional, patient, and made sure we were all comfortable the entire ride. You could tell he takes pride in what he does. Everything was smooth, safe, and on point from start to finish. Now let's talk about the ride because WOW. We were picked up in an all-black Mercedes Sprinter van with leather seats, and it was CLEAN, spacious, and gave luxury all the way. After a long travel day, being able to sit back, relax, and ride in comfort with the kids was everything we needed. And yes, we were able to connect our Bluetooth and play our own music, which just set the vibe for the entire ride! And if that wasn't enough, I even forgot my daughter's iPad in the vehicle (mom brain is real especially after traveling ), and they made sure it was returned to me safely. That level of honesty and care meant so much to me and just confirmed I made the right choice. Booking last minute with a big group, traveling late with toddlers, and still having everything go THIS smoothly is rare but they made it happen with no stress at all. If you're looking for reliable, luxury, top-tier service with people who actually care BOOK WITH THEM. Period. Ben and Fabian made my daughter's birthday experience even more special, and I'm beyond grateful. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be booking again

I had no idea who to trust and the first impression they get would be critical to a good trip (not even factoring the essential safety and security concerns). Based of the Yelp reviews, I decided to call Asem. Reassuring, fair and compassionate, I went with my gut and went with Fleet Transportation. Great decision. The fam's flight got there early - and Asem and his team were there. However, the flight sat waiting for a gate 30 minutes - no problem. Without going on forever, Asem worked with my wife and kids to make the experience a memorable one. It's all I could ever ask for as a husband and a father. Asem sent me a text with a picture showing my family safe and sound and having fun...that's how much attention to detail he paid. Bottom line, I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Asem and Fleet Transporation.

He had my two year old's car seat ready and six year old's booster seat in the very clean black Lincoln Navigator (SUV). He took us to the grocery store for a quick pick-up before we went to our hotel. As we entered our hotel driveway he arranged a price quote, for a round trip, from one of the hotel's SUV drivers for an outing that we had planned the next evening. He confirmed that the price sounded fair. We appreciated that extra help. Our second driver, (Ash) arrived a little earlier than scheduled as per my request without any question. He too showed up in a very clean black Cadillac Escalade (SUV) with car seats at the ready. He got us to the airport safely and on time. Pricing for both of these trips was terrific. Approximately $78 including tip pre-paid. We tipped a little extra on top of the pre-paid amount to each driver for their exceptional service. But you won't have to and they don't expect it or pressure you to do so. We definitely recommend this company and it's drivers if you are in the Orlando area.
