We never would have made it to the music festival that we were struggling to get to if she hadn't discovered the website, which offers incredible prices for the quality! My partner and I were trying desperately to make it from Orlando to Bonaroo Music Festival in Manchester, TN. We managed to receive passes to the festival last minute in exchange for a few hours of volunteer work throughout the weekend. I couldn't believe our luck- at the time. That part of our trip is a whole different story...a not so positive one, either. I wish we had stayed on the bus!! Anyway, we were quickly running out of time to get there. I was so determined to get there to see some of my favorite artists perform, but the cost of transportation to the area was skyrocketing - and selling out...Fast. We were down to the last few hours before the festival started, and still had no way to get there. Again, we received the opportunity at the very last minute. Don't judge! Luckily, my partner discovered a RedCoach bus that was leaving for Atlanta in about 35 minutes from the time we found the bus, and the price was so affordable, it seemed like the only option we had left! We decided to book it & attempt to race to the station. Of course, our Uber took 15 minutes to get to us. We were terrified that we weren't going to make it in time. It was our last chance to get to the festival, period. We called the station in desperation, begging the operator to ask the driver to please wait just a few minutes. We were on our way and we're still coming. It was a shot in the dark. We didn't think it would work. On a Greyhound, it never would have. The bus was still there when our Uber pulled up! The entire bus was full and ready to take off. We immediately jumped on and couldn't have been more thankful. We still are! The driver literally waited for us, or so it seemed. They truly care for their passengers. I simply could not believe it! I still can't. On top of that, the bus was so comfortable. The seats in the bus recline, the bathroom is extremely nice, it smells good, there is free WiFi, and there are USB plugs, outlets, and cup holders. We arrived in Atlanta super early. The entire ride was smooth and very comfortable. I would have taken it all the way to Tennessee if they had a route available! If you are in need of transportation from Orlando, you have to try the RedCoach. The prices are incredible and the bus ride will be even better!

This is not a complaint, just a review/experience:…read more We rented a side entry wheelchair accessible vehicle about two weeks prior to picking up. We opted out of insurance because our credit card provides it in the event of collision. We told the company this, however, on the day of travel, we received tons of calls and messages saying they need for us to purchase their insurance or else they won't be able to rent us the vehicle. I'm not sure why they did not let us know prior to, but it was most aggravating. All emails and information on how to pick up the vehicle was not sent until the morning of. When we landed, we opted to not pay the $65 airport fee because the rental lot was only 10 minutes shuttle from the airport. The shuttle never came, so had to pay $20 for an Uber, which was later refunded. When we got to the lot, it was dark, no attendant, no direction on where the vehicle would be. About 30min. later, we found an attendant in the booth (who did not work with Florida Van Rentals) who told us he would escort us to the area, even though he is not supposed to. The vehicle was parked in an unlit area in Wally parking lot, with no instructions on how to open the lock box. After another 30min or so of trying, we took the shuttle back to the airport, paid an Uber to the resort of $88, (which was later refunded). We did not receive a refund for the day we did not use the vehicle. However, later on the next day, the vehicle was delivered to our resort with the keys left openly in the gas tank. We had an older 2018 Dodge Caravan which made lots of noise when driving and the manual ramp unhitched. Again, no instruction on how to use the ramp. The person dropping off the vehicle did not bother to meet us and hand us the key. After calling repeatedly, we received a text message, but I called again to speak with someone and they sent someone to fix it the next day. All in all, it was hell trying to get someone on the phone after hours, especially because they do not make it easy to find the vehicle or open the lock box. Also, it's best to request a newer vehicle and make sure your phone is charged for self check-in, because no one will be there to assist. Alexandria was very kind to me in the end offering the refund for the taxi, however we weren't so lucky to be refunded for having double insurance (theirs and my Amex) and the day we didn't have instruction to open the lock box and couldn't access the vehicle. We were also told Sunpass is refundable, but in the end, she said it isn't. Would I rent from them again? I would need to work out the best deal and make sure I ask all the questions prior to traveling/date of reservation. If you're thinking about renting, please ask detailed questions the day of. It was a nightmare!

We did not arrive at the ship until 1:00pm. I was decently disappointed at this point. On the return, we called at 7:30am as requested on the return sheet that Mike gave us. Told him that we would be off the ship by 9:00am. He said there would be a driver by the name of George there to pick us up and gave me his number to call him. I called George after clearing customs and he said that he would not be our driver, and instead gave me a different name and a different phone number. I called Mike back and told him the situation and asked when the driver would be there. He then said that this guy wouldn't be my driver either and gave me ANOTHER name and phone number. This driver finally arrived about 30 minutes later. On top of all of this, both drivers we had were on the phone the ENTIRE 45 minute ride and were swerving all over the road. It was quite scary. Yikes! Consistently late and gives you the run around. I am a travel agent and would not use this service again, nor would I suggest it to any of my clients.
