He was prompt, friendly, respectful and patient with all the parent-paparazzi taking photos. He even rolled out the red carpet. When he dropped off the girls, they commented how nice he was. He even met them inside the lobby of the hotel rather than at the curb. Would definitely use Crown again and request Henry!

He then walked us to our baggage claim area and sat with us and waited. Afterwards he carried our suitcases to the van, loaded them up, asked if we wanted aux, and changed the temperature so it was perfect for us. He talked to us the entire time and gave us a lot of tips on navigating Orlando! He also would slow down and hold up traffic to show us cool things like downtown, alligators, and the universal sign. He was one of my favorite parts of our entire trip. Our second driver was less enthusiastic and caregiving, but still did the job and got us to the airport safely. The standards were overachieved, and this company was so so worth it!

We've done this for years. This specific trip, we'd already done Epcot and to our hotel (Waldorf-2.8 miles away) five times. Never over $13 with a taxi. We usually just go with the first taxi that approaches us and confirm that they are metered and a taxi, versus a chauffeur or something else. NEVER in years have had an issue. We get into the Blue Horizon car: not advertised anywhere: just says "Taxi." And I asked if he was a metered taxi driver, he said yes. We started noticing the meter was over $37 when we turned onto the main road our hotel is on. I asked wtf was going on and who he worked for. He made up some excuse about fees and high meters on Friday. I said this is a huge scam and he acted as if this was my first time and told me "he'd get me if I couldn't afford it." We paid him $37 in cash and told him to quit scamming people and lying. I also reported him to our hotel and made a written complaint to Disney to, hopefully, ban this company from entering the property. I really hope this helps someone. We're pretty seasoned world travelers and big Disney goers and I've never been scammed like this after asking if someone is a metered taxi driver and they gave a sign stating so.

I had to sit back with my son to keep my arm against my son to make sure if there was an accident that he would hopefully be protected but it was so stressful. Speaking to their management they tried to pin it on me that I didn't ask for specific car seats. They had me give the age of my kids when I booked. I even double checked before my trip that they'd have a car seat specifically for a one year old and one for a 3.5 year old. Those ages are specified multiple times on my confirmation emails and my invoice. In what world do you put a one year old in a front facing car seat that's at least not convertible to put them in facing the back?! They offered a refund for the car seats cost but at this point I don't care if I get it or not. I care that no one ever books with this company that has small children because they will not take the time to make sure your kids are safe. There were other issues too with having the driver not be at baggage like they said they would and having to push for help with our bags but that's low on the totem pole. This company is garbage and should be ashamed of themselves.

Prices were fairly comparable but what made Luna Negra Transportation stand out was their responsiveness and detailed communication. I wanted a 15 passenger van. Not only did they have the vehicle we were looking for, I appreciated the fact I was dealing with a family owned business. Add in I was communicating directly with the owner and she would be driving us to the port made the decision to hirer Luna Negra an easy one. Initially I requested we get picked up at 2 different hotels. Then I decided to rent a car. I emailed to ask if it was possible to add a third pick up location, the rental car drop off. location. After I sent the email I thought I was probably making things more complicated than necessary. Luna Negra contacted me to go over the details. She told me she could add the additional stop but because of the extra time and distance she would have to increase the quote. The increase was very modest and more than fair. The bottom line, Luna Negra made everything really ease! Her communication the day of pickup was excellent. The 15 passenger van was spacious and comfortable. Plus it held all of our luggage! Disney followed by a cruise results in a lot of luggage. A great family owned company!
