Not only are they punctual, constantly communicative and willing to adjust as your needs do, they are genuinely nice people to deal with. We were a party of 11 and they moved us to two different locations over a two week period and dropped us back at the airport - seamlessly. I honestly think they are the best value for money to move around Orlando that you can get and I looked around a lot when planning the vacation. They will be my first call anytime I'm in the area.

Wanted me to send CVV code a day before arrival by email. Really rude person who eventually made contact advising to go back into the airport to level 3. questioned this as I knew I wouldn't be able to see any vehicles from there. He then shouted when I called 20 minutes later asking where the driver was saying we should have waited outside! They have said they are going to charge an extra hour on top of what was agreed which will most certainly be challenged! A shoddy company who never answers the phone. Really spoilt what should have been a lovely surprise. One of his emails states that he should have left us at the airport to get an Uber/taxi! Would not recommend this company and am lodging a formal complaint against them. The chauffeur however was really nice and it wasn't his fault that his company cannot get their act together.

I had no idea who to trust and the first impression they get would be critical to a good trip (not even factoring the essential safety and security concerns). Based of the Yelp reviews, I decided to call Asem. Reassuring, fair and compassionate, I went with my gut and went with Fleet Transportation. Great decision. The fam's flight got there early - and Asem and his team were there. However, the flight sat waiting for a gate 30 minutes - no problem. Without going on forever, Asem worked with my wife and kids to make the experience a memorable one. It's all I could ever ask for as a husband and a father. Asem sent me a text with a picture showing my family safe and sound and having fun...that's how much attention to detail he paid. Bottom line, I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Asem and Fleet Transporation.

He was very helpful at for our return back to the MCO Terminal. He had given us a bunch of snacks for our train trip on the Brightline and dropped us off without any issues for our train. So far, we will be using their services again because it was just so easy, and Sam was very professional and nice. Two people, no luggage, flight information given ahead of time, and our flight was on-time. The driver texted once to say to let us know when we were in the tram at MCO. We texted him as the tram pulled up. We arrived at the baggage area (no bags but that's where we were instructed to meet) and our driver was nowhere to be found. We texted multiple times, waited and still nothing. Other car service drivers were waiting for their riders at the bottom of the escalator. I finally had to call him and ask where he was. I told him we were waiting at the bottom of the escalator near baggage claim 12. He said he'd be pulling up in a just a moment so we went outside to wait under the 12. We waited outside and 5 more minutes passed without contact. I called him again and he came outside from behind us. He then made excuses about the weather, "being diverted to the red lot" and not knowing if our flight would be delayed due to weather...he had our flight information. He took us back inside and down an elevator to an underground area for where he parked (close to the elevator) and we found that we were riding in a black cargo van. Yes, a Mercedes cargo van, but not a town car as ordered. The driver was perfectly polite, got us there safely, and tried to make small talk about the weather and the area. The issue is that we paid 2-3 times as much (plus. 25% tip) as compared to an Uber to have the driver waiting for us with our name on a placard. Instead, we had to do the lifting on communication and finding him. He had one job outside of driving point A to B for us and that was to be there at the bottom of the escalator waiving a sign with our name on it. The 2 Stars are for the safety and the ride. The lack of the other 3 is for zero communication, being late, and for making us have to search the area to find him. I would not book with Grayson again. Uber Black is the way to go for a better price.
