He then walked us to our baggage claim area and sat with us and waited. Afterwards he carried our suitcases to the van, loaded them up, asked if we wanted aux, and changed the temperature so it was perfect for us. He talked to us the entire time and gave us a lot of tips on navigating Orlando! He also would slow down and hold up traffic to show us cool things like downtown, alligators, and the universal sign. He was one of my favorite parts of our entire trip. Our second driver was less enthusiastic and caregiving, but still did the job and got us to the airport safely. Even though our flight took a long time to taxi and deplane, Darren was very professional and kind when we finally showed up. After a long travel day, it was a treat to be taken to our hotel near Port Canaveral this way. The next week, after our cruise was over, Darren picked us up at the port and took us back to the airport.
