This is not so much a review but a great big Thank you to Ramon, a truly genuine nice guy behind the business- Theme Park Concierges. I met Ramon only once, a little over a year ago when we decided to use his service for the day in Magic Kingdom. He came highly recommended & his services did not disappoint! Which brings me to why I am writing another review today. When my family & I were at Disney , the time we met Ramon, we purchased our daughter(4 months old at the time) a little stuffed Mickey, It is actually a key chain that we cut off the hook. It was just the right size for her little hands. Well we had no idea that this little guy would end up becoming her most favorite possession. It is her "security blanket" She needs him to sleep, car rides, & any other time she just needs to feel secure. She calls him "nose" because she rubs her nose on his nose. She just loves her MIckey. And well so do I because when she is having tantrum I can offer"nose" & she calms down. (and parents you know how priceless that can be) Well I lost Mickey a few weeks ago. I was distraught. Not because I lost a stuffed animal but because when my daughter goes to ask me for her "nose" & I say I don't have him she isn't going to understand. She is only 19 months & knows when she asks mommy for her favorite thing I hand him over & all of a sudden I can't?! I looked everywhere. Then I tried amazon, ebay & a few other sites with no luck. I even bought a Mickey from the Disney store but their smallest one is still 4 inches bigger & she totally knew the difference. The only place to get this tiny MIckey is in Disney! So I took my last chance & reached out to Ramon, his response" Consider it done." Just. Like. That. I cannot express enough how happy & grateful I am to have met Ramon. And to say what a genuine person he is. He took time out of his schedule to fit me in to purchase me a new "nose' not only one but three!! And he did it with out asking me for anything in return. You don't get to meet to many people that would go out of there way to help someone they only met once. I am happy to call Ramon a friend. And I will be forever grateful. read more

I am 40 plus years old and have gone to Disney many times. Against our better judgement my family-in-law insisted to go to Disney for their reunion five days this past december, Christmas time to New Year. Not only is it usually the busiest time, it was the busiest time in the park's history with the Magic Kingdom closing around 9 AM with nearly 50,000 people already inside. Oh, and one more thing, I absolutely hate crowds to the point it makes me anxious. This was a recipe for disaster. BUT add Mr. Ramon 'Disney" Rodriguez, and like a spoonful of sugar, we breezed past ALL the crowds and into our favorite, must-see rides, not once, but twice, and thrice. Not only that, but Ramon knew how to get us into stuff we never new existed, nor would ever think of going, and guess what, we loved every minute of it. The bottom line is I won't go back to Disney without Ramon simply because he made it such an easy, carefree - and unforgettable vacation (with both family and friends). Needless to say my family of 16 benefited from Ramon's magic. If you can imagine anyone knowing this industry/business inside out, that is Ramon!! He knows what character is where, and at what time, and most importantly, where crowds are heading - so you can avoid them!!! We heard about concierge services from a friend when we told them we were going to Disneyworld for the first time. They said a friend used the service and the idea appealed to me greatly, even though I am a thorough planner. I found Ramon's services via the internet and it sounded like the service my friend was talking about. After just a few email exchanges and a phone call, I booked Ramon and AM SO THANKFUL I DID. We spent an entire day at Magic Kingdom with him and I can attest to all the positive reviews people have mentioned on Yelp. He is kind, easy to talk and relate to, and really knew how to make our time special and completely stress free. We realized towards the end of the day that not once did we look at a map! The next day we were at Hollywood Studios on our own, and let me tell you the experience was nothing like our time with Ramon. We felt lost and are sure we were not efficiently using our time. Sure, we still had fun, but there was more stress. We live in California and wish he could take us around Disney Land someday! We spent our Disney vacation over Thanksgiving...easily the busiest days at the parks each year. I was very nervous about crowds and how we would be able to navigate 2 double strollers through them. I was also terrified we would be standing in 90+ minute lines all day long. Somehow Ramon was able to bypass all of it. He is so knowledgeable about all things Disney that he made sure we worked against traffic the entire 3 days. Between knowing which rides to hit when and his magic with the fast passes, we were never in line for more than 20 mins, which was an early Christmas miracle! He truly made our visit so enjoyable. Normally, I am the one who has to do all of the planning, making it less 'fun' for me, but Ramon took all of the pressure off of me and I felt like one my kids, just along for the fun ride. Ramon's kindness and patience is off the charts! He instantly won over the hearts of my 4 young children (and even my husband's). They are all still talking about him! Actually, I'm still talking about him too! We will never do Disney without him again. Definitely worth every penny. read more

We just returned from our Disney vacation and it was a HUGE success due primarily to Ramon! He is engaging and charming and welcoming to everyone. He customized every day specifically for us - with consideration given to our children as well as to my mom who was in a wheelchair. He could navigate the parks with his eyes closed. He knows where to enter to avoid long lines, he knows back and side entrances that most people do not know. Every time we needed something, he was there with it. He is constantly thinking ahead and adjusting schedules to account for last-minute snack breaks or anyone who thought that last ride was so awesome that we needed to do it again. Nothing seems to rattle this guy - and I felt like we really tested him at times! If I could put him in my pocket and let him organize my life, I would do it in a second. No one should attempt to get through their Disney vacation without Ramon Rodriguez. We are fans for life and will contact him, without question, on our next trip to WDW. read more

Ramon was wonderful. He led us through the parks with patience, high spirits and expertise. I was amazed at how little we had to stand in line. I don't think we waited for more than 20 minutes anywhere. He knew when to use the Fastpass and when rides should be scheduled to avoid the rush. We got to do everything we wanted to do and more. My grandkids felt very comfortable with him and it was really nice to have him part of our group so that he could take the boys on rides I didn't want to do. I can't say enough good things about Ramon! He was our VIP concierge for 5 days and he was an expert on all things Disney! He made our trip completely effortless. Ramon's the best! We are headed back for our third trip with him in 13 months, so he must be doing something right :-) We aren't theme park "newbies" but after our first trip using Theme Park Concierges we realized how much more fun and less stress we had using Ramon's services. Our family just returned from an AMAZING trip to Disney World thanks to Ramon. He made our trip so easy and stress free and there were 8 of us ranging from age 72 (in a wheelchair) to age 8! I was lucky to get Ramon as my concierge on such a short notice.I came to Disney world many times but never had the experiences like this time.We were able to do all the rides we want it in half day.Ramon was very knowledgeable and organized.I don't know how he manage it but we got to do Lunch with all the Princesses.
