In life, often when someone needs something or asks for advice, someone says, "I know a guy." Well in regards to going on vacation, I know a guy... or a couple of guys. Let's put some context. If you've never gone to Orlando in high season, congratulations for avoiding the crowds. If still you insist on going, know I was there for Thanksgiving weekend. This means LONG lines, long waits, and just all sorts of madness. On Thursday, we went to Magic Kingdom and walked around a lot. Luckily the Disney app showed wait times, but it was intense, and not necessarily in a good way. On Friday, we went to Epcot center, and the same, we walked around a lot and can't say we were efficient in how we went about tackling the park. So there was Saturday, where me and my wife would tackle Universal Studios Orlando and Islands of Adventure. Enter Josef Schnee from Stone VIPs. Basically I wanted to see if a tour, guidance, and someone's help would make the experience more positive. More positive is wayyyyyy too much of an understatement. Schnee showed that Stone VIPs have the know how to navigate a maxed out park and still get great spots at your favorite rides and give you a real VIP treatment. The first thing was how we tackled the parks. "Where do you think we should start?" he asked. We answered "Harry Potter" and his reply was wrong. What ensued is one of the most frenzied days I've ever experienced in my life. By the end of the day, the only two rides we didn't go on was because physically I couldn't handle another ride. Schnee took us through several routes to ensure we got the MOST out of our day and he did not disappoint. Stone Vacation Services was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G at guiding us around Disney's Magic Kingdom! From Josef accommodating us with booking at the last minute and finding a guide to accompany us to Dinah's friendly ticket booking and to Elliot, our awesome guide, everything was handled to where we didn't have to worry about it. The whole experience made our day STRESS FREE! Our guide was fun to be around throughout the day. He had our rides and attractions lined up for us to where we got to see/ride 11 things PLUS saved us a spot right on the curb for the afternoon parade on Main Street so we got great pics of it! If we had gone without a guide, we would have endured 125++ minutes and more of lines for some of the rides! We definitely would not have gotten to see and do as much as we did. And we didn't have to try and figure everything out. Our guide was helpful and knew the park, times to book rides/attractions and everything we needed. Really made the day go smoothly! And he knew some of the extra special things about the park that we got to do that made it a really enjoyable experience. We used Stone VIP's for our trip to Disneyland during our kids spring break. We had Tommy as our guide who was truly awesome. He made our day at Disney seamless. Tommy was great with our 2 boys (ages 5 and 3), was sensitive to their fear of the dark and generally just a cool, fun guy to be around. Tommy was also able to adjust our park schedule he had drafted up as soon as he knew our young boys weren't comfortable with a ride etc. He was always putting us on a ride and then running across the park to get fast passes so we didn't ever have to wait in a line more than 5-10 minutes. And he even watched our kids while the grown ups went on Space Mountain. By the end of the day Tommy felt like he was a part of our family. We truly adore Tommy and had a great first time at Disney with the kids because of him. We highly recommend using Tommy from Stone VIP's. read more

We used Stone VIP Inc. for Disney! We were visiting my 96 year old grandmother for a long weekend. We ( myself and two teenagers) only had one day for Disney and wanted to make the most of our day. Dinah was our guide from Stone VIP and was very nice and peppy. Dinah utilized the fastpass system to the max and would figure out the best order for us to ride everything the kids had listed that they wanted to do. We were able to go to both Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and ride all their favorite rides, plus some more and then even ride some rides twice. If we had been on our own, I think it would have taken us 2-3 days to cover what we did with Dinah in one day. She would also tell us neat and interesting facts about the parks and different rides. We used Stone VIP for Magic Kingdom, Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando/Wizarding World of Harry Potter. 100% agree with previous reviews about making the most of your day. Not only did we get to do everything that we wanted to do at both parks, despite the crowds, but we also learned so much about the parks and their history and lots of funny stories. Universal Studios/Wizarding World of Harry Potter we managed to do in one day which is pretty much unheard of. We had a fabulous couple of days, thanks to Stone VIP - highly recommend them!! read more

We did a one day park hopper in Disneyland and California Adventure Park with Tommy! It was an amazing experience. Tommy knew how to efficiently work the parks and keep us moving from attraction to attraction. The longest we ever waited in line was 10 minutes and that was on purpose because we were finishing an ice cream snack. We had an amazing experience and we got to do everything we wanted and more. I highly recommend using Stone VIP tours and especially recommend Tommy for a tour guide. Really memorable and truly amazing. read more
