I paid **LuxuryTourEscapes.com $160** for a vacation package and planned a trip to **Las Vegas for my son's 14th birthday**. I made the reservation over a month in advance and even paid an additional **$189 in resort fees** for **Westgate Las Vegas**, receiving a confirmation afterward. When I called Westgate directly to confirm the reservation, I was shocked to learn that a reservation had been made and **cancelled the same day it was created**--without my knowledge. I then spent hours on the phone, only to be transferred between multiple **timeshare marketing companies**, none of which took responsibility. I was ultimately told there was nothing they could do on such short notice and that I needed to make other accommodations. To make matters worse, I was contacted by a third-party timeshare broker involved in this situation and was told--while driving to Vegas with my son--that I would be charged anyway. At first, they refused to issue a refund and would only communicate when trying to sell the package. The **resort fees were never sent to Westgate**, yet they kept my money. Eventually, I received a text admitting they made a mistake and promising a refund. **It has now been over a month, and I still have not received any refund or follow-up communication.** This experience caused unnecessary stress, ruined our trip planning, and feels extremely deceptive. **Please do not waste your money--this company operates like a scam.** read more

I recently paid for a trip to Mexico in November. The reservation is for Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya from January 13th to 17th. Despite numerous attempts to contact a representative at luxury escapes, I was unable to obtain confirmation of our reservation. After further investigation, we discovered that the reservation had been canceled by luxury escapes. Our trip is scheduled to take place next week. I still haven't heard anything from them. The company has a very low to no response regarding reservations. They insist that deposits are paid quickly in order to insure reservation and then leave you hanging when questioning reservation information. I truly believe that the company is exhibiting scam like behavior. Please be leary of paying for anytime of vacation promotion package from them. I paid for a package that included 4 trips, and I am having trouble getting even one completed. I would never recommend anyone to this company. I am not even the type of person that does reviews, but I have to speak on this company read more

I recently bought and paid for a 5 day 4 night package to Punta Cana. They took my money, added additional resort fees as well. Have yet to receive confirmation from the resort. Their voicemailbox is full and wont accept messages, texts and emails go unanswered. Have called the rep, who promised he would follow up and have not heard. I plan to dispute the charges with my credit company as being fraudulent and will report Luxury Tour Escapes to the BBB and contact Florida Attorney General's office as well. read more

This is a SCAM! I purchased 3 vacation packages from this company, with the promise of travel to various destinations. Three months after purchase, I am trying to book a vacation. Filled out proper booking form from their website, 45 days prior to travel. Website states 7-10 business days after, will receive confirmation. It has been 30 days, several text messages and phone calls, still no confirmation, just empty promises of confirmation "by next week". MY friend and I already paid for our airline tickets, now it looks like we will have to pay for hotels as well. I am out hundreds of dollars. Read the other reviews, save your hard earned money, don"t buy anything from this company. read more

If you are wanting to plan a vacation just a few months ahead, do not use Luxury Tours Escapes, they deal with resorts on availability and get discounts when the resorts does not sell out, They will put your dates that you want in, but it will not be a guarantee, It only becomes a guarantee after the resort agrees on the price and dates.if the resort does not have anything available about 2 weeks from scheduled dates, your out of luck. When they sold us this plan that was "Never" mentioned, we booked a trip to Spain months in advance and when we called Luxury Tours Escapes the first time about our trip, they said they would check on it and get back with us. Did not hear back from them, called back and they said we booked it too early and that the resort will reach out to you if it is available, really!!! When they sold us the package we talked in detail about the trip, that it was for a wedding and that we needed the dates, at no point did they mention anything about not having availability or that it would be up to the resort to let us know if it was available. We could not wait to book flights a 1 or 2 weeks out. read more

Like the other reviewers we got swindled into this vacation package. Lesson learned - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. After agreeing to purchase the package, the agent provided his phone number and said he would be there to help with anything we needed throughout the life of the package. He seemed to be very helpful at first. He guided us through our first booking of the Westgate Lakes Resort in Orlando and provided lots of valuable information. We have passes to the theme parks in Orlando and figured we would use this resort as a launching pad to use our passes. Unfortunately, when we arrived, all of that information was false. He told us we would have a 2-room villa, and we had a studio that was the size of a closet. He told us there was a shuttle to the theme parks and there was not. There was only a shuttle that drove around the resort. Universal was a $17 one-way Uber, Disney was closer to $30, and Sea World was $12. The location for the mandatory "preview", which is their way of saying timeshare sales pitch, was in an inconvenient location in relation to the resort. It was only a mile and a half away but through Orlando congestion took almost 20 minutes. In fact, everything about this resort was inconvenient. The resort itself was very nice. But accessing anything outside of the campus was a traffic nightmare. As other reviews have stated, there is no customer service with Luxury Tour Escapes. They provide you a phone number to call, another number to text, and an email address. Prior to and during the booking they were responsive. After the booking, the agent who claimed to be with us for the duration of the package stopped responding, the company text number stopped responding, and the call number stopped answering. When I called the phone number to ask why we got such a small room, they asked me to text them a screenshot (included) of the conversation where the agent promised us a 2-room villa. Once received, the agent on the phone said he agrees with me and to hold the line for a supervisor. He immediately hung up on me and then they stopped answering my calls. After they stopped answering the phone and texts, I didn't bother with the email. We paid $400 for four 3-night domestic stays and one 4-night all-inclusive stay. We will not book any of the other ones and just eat our losses. read more

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!! I was contacted by a representative from LUXURY TOUR ESCAPES. I knew the offer presented to my wife and I was too good to be true. My SCAM radar went up, but still we ended up purchasing 4 packages in which we had 5 years to use. A few months after purchase, I filled out an order form to use one of the packages at a resort in Punta Cana, DR. I was contacted a day after that via text to say my reservation request was received. We understood that we had a 90-minute presentation to attend as part of the package. But we were never told at the start that we had to pay a "Reservation Submission" fee of 89.99 per day plus processing fees for an additional cost of $484.94. I wrestled with this for a few days but decided to pay anyways since this was an all inclusive package and I felt it was still reasonable compared to what we would have paid otherwise. We were told a representative from the resort would be contacting us within 2 business days after payment was made. Since payment was received, contact via text stopped and I have had to be the one to follow up. It has been 2 weeks, 11 business days, and I have contacted LUXURY TOUR ESCAPES 5 times and no one seem to have an answer for me. Rather I receive from the rep, "I'll make sure someone contacts you by" this day or that day. SEASONS ENTERPRISES, LLC is the company that collected payment. Both companies are FRAUDULENT, DECEPTIVE, and you should stay away. I have requested my money back several times with no response. SCAM ALERT!!!!! read more

We were sold a package in 2023 good for 4 night, 5 day package all inclusive but needed to listen to a hour half presentation. plus we could have another vacation not inclusive. We paid 600.00, they said it was affiliated with Hilton Properties, not true. We have been trying to book the trip to Mexico but they want $289.00 plus $29.00 resort fee per day. This Company Luxury Tour Escapes is a total Scam, they promise you deals for $300 for a 5 day/4 night resort to the Carribean All Inclusive and upon asking they say no hidden fees. I spoke to this lady Ashley, the biggest scamster of the company. She gave me all sweet talk and said after I buy the deal for $300, If I change my mind, they would give me a full refund. Once i did the payment for $300, then when I selected the resort she tells me $289 resort submission and another $30/day for resort fees, so you spend $300 for the deal, again $289 for soem resort charge +$150 resort taxes, almost $450 extra as hidden fees in addition to the $300 I paid. Then she tells me there is a holiday fee of $200. When I called the company up, that same lady Ashley was shouting on top of her voice and accusing me that she informed me about all this, Im not crazy to sign up after I hear all this hidden fees and she said she won't refund my deal package fee of $300. Trey finally told me that due to an error on their end, the home I initially booked was no longer available. He promised to "find" us a replacement--*hours later*, we were placed in a home that was nothing like what we reserved. It was outdated, clearly much cheaper, and absolutely not comparable in quality. To make matters worse, no one has followed up with me about a refund, a discount, or even an apology. As a short-term rental host myself, I would *never* treat guests the way this company does. You don't leave families guessing where they'll be sleeping just hours before check-in. I was so stressed about the situation that I couldn't even enjoy time with my family at Disney Springs. The anxiety this caused completely overshadowed what should've been a relaxing part of our vacation. To top it off, I had to call and email multiple times just to get our Disney tickets delivered. A week or two later I was contacted by RTA telling me we had been selected for a 6 night, 5 day stay at Silver Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL. After explaining all about the trip and resort, I asked the big question... "Is this free?", that's when I found out it is just an "extremely discounted" vacation package for $498. I was a little disappointed, but after looking up what a trip like that would normally cost, we decided it sounded like a fun way to have a cheap "mini-moon" after our wedding in October. After the phone call I took to Google to search "Resort Tours & Accommodations." That is when I was met with a barrage of horrible reviews exclaiming that the package as well as the company was a complete scam. This was when I first understood they would try to sell me a timeshare... I was mortified. My first thought was I need to try to get my money refunded immediately. Many negative reviews said they attempted the same but got ahold of a woman named Barbara who refused to give them a refund and insulted and belittled them on the phone. Through my anxiety I read every review on RTA I could possibly find on the internet. Unfortunately, the negative seemed to far outweigh the positive. But I noticed a couple trends... All the negative reviews were from people who never actually took the trip. They all either said they attempted to get a refund and were met with resistance and insulted by RTA, or they hadn't even purchased the package and came just to say they believed the company was a scam for having the audacity to try to charge them $498 for a vacation they believed was free. Another thing I noticed is that RTA responded to every negative review with their side of the story. And all positive reviews said they took the trip and it was great. I decided I would just try to call for a refund. Fully expecting to be berated by a woman named Barbara I had to really psych myself up. But when I called, I spoke with a man named Gerald. He was as calm and nice and immediately offered me a refund without question. But also gave me some incentive to keep the package. I discussed with my wife and we decided for the price, the trip was worth the risk. Come closer to the time we planned to take the trip, I called RTA, booked our dates at Silver Lake without issue. Every time I called them I never had a problem getting someone on the phone and they were always kind and helpful. As long as you READ the rules and meet a few simple requirements, you will have no issues booking your trip. The RTA package says you're required to sit through a 90 minute sales presentation (timeshare pitch). I had read timeshare pitch horror stories online so I was worried it would be a nightmare experience. We arrived at Silver Lake on a Sunday and our pitch was for 8:15am Monday morning. Come time for the pitch, we listened, decided against purchasing and were out after 110 minutes. We got $200 in entertainment credit for attending, and were able purchase Disney World tickets. As for Silver Lake Resort, it's beautiful with a lot of great amenities and entertainment. We loved our condo, the huge pool, game room and tiki bar. Plus, it's literally 5 minutes from Disney and about an hour from the beach. The staff is also very friendly. I know this review is incredibly long, but there is a lot of unfair negativity on the internet about RTA and their intent. They want to help the resort sell timeshares but also give you a cheap vacation. You are not required to buy one. I cannot guarantee everyone will feel the way I do, but this is simply what my wife and I's experience was, and it was great. Thank you for the great memories RTA.

We have to note that "The Leisure Group" is a dealer of Reservation Services International (RSI). We were skeptical but went ahead and traded in our Marco Island Fl Timeshare (which we loved) toward the $10K purchase price for membership. We ended up paying $4645 plus our timehare. We have now discovered that the "Promotional Gift" of a "free cruise" and a 3 day fly/stay vacation is a waste of time/money. There are so many strings attached to the "free gift" that it's almost impossible to take advantage of any of it. When it's time to pay the $199 annual renewal fee for our membership, we'll save the money and let the membership lapse. My husband and I just got back from the most incredible getaway to Tulum, where we stayed at a beautiful 5-star Dreams Resort and I can honestly say it was the best trip we've ever taken! i just recently received a call from luxury tour escapes a month before new years, me and my wife have been planning to go to Vegas and stay at the Venetian for new years, so we took it upon ourself to take advantage of the amazing promotion that they provided for us. It was a 4 Day 3 night stay in Vegas for only $599 at a 5 star hotel. At first I was a little skeptical but then They told me the reason I was receiving the call was because they wanted me to take a 60-90 minute property introduction at the resort. At first i thought the tour was gonna be horrible, because people make it seem so bad, but once I got to the tour it actually gave me the best of my vacation, they showed me where all the amenities where and introduced me to travel club. Now the travel club seemed great to take advantage off, but I just respectfully declined, and they let me go and enjoy the rest of my stay. I am now planning my third vacation with luxury tour escapes to an all inclusive in Dominican republic to sports illustrated, it looks amazing. I can't wait to visit it. I went to arizona, I went to Sedona pines! we stayed a beautiful resort with me 3 kids. we had a good time in the mountains we even took a nice road trip to grand canyon! my next trip is to Branson. We used them to travel to Dominican Republic and stayed out the Grand Sirenis. We also traveled to the Sandos in Cancun. Beautiful resorts. The only catch was we had to tour the property which was not as high pressure as the time we toured the hilton in Las Vegas. We only paid $500 and got 3 vacations.
