Was and is the worst experience ever...was never ticketed. Issues in the Middle East caused many flight changes. Flight was cancelled and am still being charged over $300 for nothing. I call daily and still get the same excuses. We are refunding sir, please allow 48-72 hours. A week later and still no refunds. This place is an absolute fraud. 1 star -- Canceled within their policy, charged anyway, no response I booked a Southwest flight through justairticket.com on December 17. On December 18, I canceled via both phone AND email -- well within the 24-hour window I was told about, and more than 24 hours before my December 20 flight. Their own terms state cancellations must be made "at least 6 hours before departure." I met that easily. Despite this, they processed the charge and have not responded to my cancellation requests. No confirmation, no callback as promised, nothing. I have timestamped emails proving my cancellation. I'm now disputing the charge with my bank and filing complaints with the BBB and Florida Attorney General. The JustAirTicket website showed a total of $546.98, broken down as follows: $496.98 ticket including taxes $10 for "full refund within 24 hours" $20 seat selection (outbound) $20 seat selection (return) However, my credit card was charged $577.98. I called and spoke with Bob, who said he was the manager. He claimed the charge was: $496.98 ticket $10 refund option $20 seat selection $30 additional taxes This makes no sense, because taxes were already included in the $496.98 airfare. The fare breakdown clearly shows: Base fare: $433.65 Taxes: $63.33 Total airfare: $496.98 When I questioned this, Bob said I could cancel, but I would only receive $496.98 back, meaning I'd still lose money despite paying for a "full refund." Beware of booking with this company. You most likely will not have a seat on the plane or not be refunded for a refundable ticket or have your travel arrangements changed a month before you travel on an international flight. These things happened to me. I booked with them in 2025 for a trip in 2026 for an international trip to Africa. Then one month before my trip I get a call from them telling me my arrangements have been changed. What they did with my arrangements is they booked for the correct dates then cancelled them and rescheduled to later dates without my permission. I will never use justairticets.com again. Horrible customer service. When I booked a flight for me and my husband, I selected our seats , yet when I went to the airlines website to verify flight information, no seat selections were showing and they separated the seat selection charge separately on my credit card for some reason which I thought was strange. When I called them back to ask about the seat selection not showing with my flight information, they said all of their responsibility was completed and sent over to the airlines. That there was nothing else they needed to do on their end. I found that to unsatisfactory so I called back and asked to cancel which was the day after making the booking with them and less than 24 hours. The representative asked why I wanted to cancel and when I told her it was because I was not happy with their service she told me " that is not a response to cancel". When I asked to speak with a manager she put me on hold which I was on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up. I sent an email cancellation to them and called them back. I spoke with another representative who said they would cancel but there is a $100 cancellation fee and the refund may take 7 to 10 days or a couple of billing periods?? After 3 days, my card was refunded the full amount minus the $100 cancellation fee. I called American Express travel and what a difference in service. Price listed on flight is just "lowest published price". You click to buy and you get a message they will call you back. Then they call an tell you the fare no longer available and give you the next available fare (which is what you get on the airline site anyway). Then they insist what you purchased in non refundable but don't fall for that you have 24 hours to cancel (US regulation). So don't believe their listed prices especially if too good to be true. And to add insult to injury they will offer to book the airline listed fare but want a $12 booking fee. Scam. Don't fall for it read more

People have to understand Just Air is a third party agency. My experience with them was they told me they would call back over a situation and they did not. This happened over and over again. A situation they needed to solve I ended up solving with the airline directly loosing $200. Just Air never followed up. Very disappointed in the people I spoke with at Just Air. If you have already purchased plane tickets with their service, and they are playing their game of delaying give you a refund for cancelled flights due to coronavirus, there is a way to get your money back. I just did it. Write a formal complaint on the US Department of Transportation website, and explain in detail your communication to Justairticket.com. https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/file-consumer-complaint Your letter will be forwarded to the airline and their customer service dept will contact you within 30 days. Explain that Justairticket.com is essentially refusing to cancel your ticket and provide a refund. This is a special circumstance and they can issue a direct refund back to your credit card. RUN AWAY from JUSTAIRTICKET.COM as FAST as YOU CAN!! Do not get fooled of their cheap airline prices. They are very rude and unprofessional!! Following below are the issues I encounter with them: 1. Ten min after my ticket purchase to Italy was processed, I received an e-mail informing me that justairticket changed the chosen route of my ticket. When I called them on the phone to find out why, I was told that the option I originally had was no longer available and they chose a different option for me with multiple short connections and ADDITIONAL COST. I was with them on the phone for 2 hours until they agreed to offer me back the original route at the additional cost. 2. The second issue started 5 days before I was supposed to fly to Milan, Italy where the spike of the Covid-19 occurred in early March of 2020 and shortly after the entire country closed. I called with a request for a vouchers, so I can use it towards a different destination or at a later date when the pandemic ends, however my request was rejected. They kept encouraging me to fly and said that since the airport is operating I should not have any concerns about the pandemic. Forget the fact that thousands of people were affected during that period and 2 days later the borders and airport closed. They still refused to issue a voucher or a full refund due to their policies. 3. Finally, I opened a dispute with my credit card company and in the meantime, I spoke directly with the airline company that I was supposed to fly with and surprisingly I was informed that a full refund was credited back in March to justairticket. JUSTAIRTICKET.COM took the full amount from the airline and refused to issue it back to me because their policies allows them to do so. Justairticket is like a travelocity or expedia. We paid $1500 for a flight that was canceled because of the coronavirus. The airlines are giving full refunds but these scammers are trying to say we have to pay for the taxes because the airline is not going to lose all the money. $500 worth of taxes when we spoke to united they said we are eligible for a full refund but had to go through the third party that booked the flight. There is only one person that ever answers Neil. He is rude and threatening. He was rushing my husband into accepting a voucher minus the fees and acted like he was doing him a favor.
