I made the reservation over a month in advance and even paid an additional **$189 in resort fees** for **Westgate Las Vegas**, receiving a confirmation afterward. When I called Westgate directly to confirm the reservation, I was shocked to learn that a reservation had been made and **cancelled the same day it was created**--without my knowledge. I then spent hours on the phone, only to be transferred between multiple **timeshare marketing companies**, none of which took responsibility. I was ultimately told there was nothing they could do on such short notice and that I needed to make other accommodations. To make matters worse, I was contacted by a third-party timeshare broker involved in this situation and was told--while driving to Vegas with my son--that I would be charged anyway. At first, they refused to issue a refund and would only communicate when trying to sell the package. The **resort fees were never sent to Westgate**, yet they kept my money. Eventually, I received a text admitting they made a mistake and promising a refund. **It has now been over a month, and I still have not received any refund or follow-up communication.** This experience caused unnecessary stress, ruined our trip planning, and feels extremely deceptive. **Please do not waste your money--this company operates like a scam.**

**Avoid This Company at All Costs - Terrible Experience from Start to Finish**…read more I wish I had listened to the many negative reviews about Orlandovacation.com. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them a chance--and I deeply regret it. The only helpful person throughout this ordeal was DeeDee, who was kind and responsive, but unfortunately, she didn't have access to the systems that actually mattered (like rental homes or ticketing). I booked a rental home for my family well in advance, expecting a smooth check-in after our cruise. Instead, I didn't receive *any* information about the property until just two hours before check-in, despite multiple attempts to get in touch for confirmation. I was left completely in the dark, not knowing if my family--including my husband and in-laws--would even have a place to sleep that night. It was embarrassing and stressful. Trey finally told me that due to an error on their end, the home I initially booked was no longer available. He promised to "find" us a replacement--*hours later*, we were placed in a home that was nothing like what we reserved. It was outdated, clearly much cheaper, and absolutely not comparable in quality. To make matters worse, no one has followed up with me about a refund, a discount, or even an apology. As a short-term rental host myself, I would *never* treat guests the way this company does. You don't leave families guessing where they'll be sleeping just hours before check-in. I was so stressed about the situation that I couldn't even enjoy time with my family at Disney Springs. The anxiety this caused completely overshadowed what should've been a relaxing part of our vacation. To top it off, I had to call and email multiple times just to get our Disney tickets delivered. DeeDee did her best to help with that, but it shouldn't have been such a struggle. Trey showed no urgency and barely communicated. He hadn't even arrived at the office by 11 a.m., while my family was left scrambling. I'm currently pursuing a refund and, unsurprisingly, haven't received any response from Trey or anyone else. Bottom line: this was a nightmare. I will *never* use Orlandovacation.com again, and I urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere--Airbnb or any other reputable service would've been a far better choice. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I do not recommend using this company. I purchased a Disney World ticket through…read moreOrlandoVacation.com on April 13, 2025, and have yet to receive it -- despite the event being just days away. I've called, emailed, and used the live chat multiple times with no real response. As a school teacher traveling for my daughter's cheer competition (The Summit), I needed a reliable ticket provider. Instead, I've gotten silence and stress. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If I don't receive the ticket soon, I'll be forced to buy another one and dispute the charge. Save yourself the hassle -- book directly through Disney or a trusted source

Danielle was great from the start navigating my particulars and getting all of our reservations booked.. including lunch at Cinderella's castle! Then, she passed us on to our guide Christina. From the moment we met Christina (30 minutes late), I am sure she knew she had her work cut out for her.. corralling all 8 of us and keeping us moving forward with all sorts of requests that can setback the day. Before if get into the particulars.. I never had to pull up my phone to check wait times or choose a restaurant.. I was truly able to enjoy my time with my family. And more importantly, it took the pressure of me having to manage everyone.. which can easily lead to tension. The Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom highlights - we rarely, if ever waited in a line. She knew all the secrets to navigate us around the long wait times (especially challenge since there are no fast passes at Disney. When the kids blew up because they wanted balloons, she put us on Jungle Cruise sprinted across the park and tracked down the exact balloons they wanted.. and met us at the exit with balloons for them. When the group needed coffee, she did the same thing with Starbucks.. when I saw the Starbucks lines.. that could easily derail the day. Universal Studios - I was hesitant to get a VIP guide for Universal, but I'm so thankful we did. Even the fast pass lines were long.. and we NEVER waited in a line. We rode Hagrids and the Forbidden Journey rides back to back in 20 minutes.. no wait on either. Hagrids was a 2 hour wait and Forbidden Journey was 70 minutes at the time! She got the whole group right on the Hogwarts train.. 2 of which did not have fast passes. She watched the kids while all the adults went on a ride and got us queued up for the next one.. By the end of the trip we all trusted her like family and are trying to figure out how we can take her on every trip with us! Do yourself a favor and book Christina and MY VIP TOUR. Our tour guide, Cori, knew every detail on avoiding lines-we never waited more than 10 minutes. She was high energy and did a great job of getting us to 3 Disney Parks in 1 day. We were able to enjoy the parks without trying to navigate and make plans to get the most out of our park experience. All we had to do was show up and have fun. We rode Avatar twice and the lines were insane but not for us. I highly recommend My VIP Tour for your Orlando theme park trips.
