**Avoid This Company at All Costs - Terrible Experience from Start to Finish** I wish I had listened to the many negative reviews about Orlandovacation.com. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them a chance--and I deeply regret it. The only helpful person throughout this ordeal was DeeDee, who was kind and responsive, but unfortunately, she didn't have access to the systems that actually mattered (like rental homes or ticketing). I booked a rental home for my family well in advance, expecting a smooth check-in after our cruise. Instead, I didn't receive *any* information about the property until just two hours before check-in, despite multiple attempts to get in touch for confirmation. I was left completely in the dark, not knowing if my family--including my husband and in-laws--would even have a place to sleep that night. It was embarrassing and stressful. Trey finally told me that due to an error on their end, the home I initially booked was no longer available. He promised to "find" us a replacement--*hours later*, we were placed in a home that was nothing like what we reserved. It was outdated, clearly much cheaper, and absolutely not comparable in quality. To make matters worse, no one has followed up with me about a refund, a discount, or even an apology. As a short-term rental host myself, I would *never* treat guests the way this company does. You don't leave families guessing where they'll be sleeping just hours before check-in. I was so stressed about the situation that I couldn't even enjoy time with my family at Disney Springs. The anxiety this caused completely overshadowed what should've been a relaxing part of our vacation. To top it off, I had to call and email multiple times just to get our Disney tickets delivered. DeeDee did her best to help with that, but it shouldn't have been such a struggle. Trey showed no urgency and barely communicated. He hadn't even arrived at the office by 11 a.m., while my family was left scrambling. I'm currently pursuing a refund and, unsurprisingly, haven't received any response from Trey or anyone else. Bottom line: this was a nightmare. I will *never* use Orlandovacation.com again, and I urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere--Airbnb or any other reputable service would've been a far better choice. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more

I do not recommend using this company. I purchased a Disney World ticket through OrlandoVacation.com on April 13, 2025, and have yet to receive it -- despite the event being just days away. I've called, emailed, and used the live chat multiple times with no real response. As a school teacher traveling for my daughter's cheer competition (The Summit), I needed a reliable ticket provider. Instead, I've gotten silence and stress. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If I don't receive the ticket soon, I'll be forced to buy another one and dispute the charge. Save yourself the hassle -- book directly through Disney or a trusted source read more

Now the 22nd of November and they have canceled my order with no explanation. I will now have to pay a premium for park tickets as our trip is a couple days away. Good thing I didn't book my whole trip with them... read more

*** AVOID THIS COMPANY *** I had a similar experience as Joel P. I fly out in 2 days and have not received my tickets. I couldn't get a hold of a manager. I was constantly sent to voicemail and never received a call back from a manager. There seems to be one representative named Dee Dee. This company needs to be shut down because they are scamming people out of their money. I asked to be sent an email confirming my refund and wasn't sent a legal confirmation refunding me. I got a reply to my request from DeeDee saying I wanted a refund and that her manager has to approve it and then I'll be sent an email confirmation, but he's never in the office. I'm hoping I get my money back, but part of me feels like I just got scammed and won't be seeing my money back in my account. I'll update this review when I get my money back. Update: i ended up getting my money back and just buying tickets through Disney. read more

Do not use this company I had my reservation planned over 6 months prior and the day before at 6pm the reservation was canceled. They said they refund me the money and they have not on top of that Trey Duling the owner promised a $200 check for the issues that happened after I complained that my party of 12 was going to be stranded and I have yet to receive anything and he's ignoring my emails along with my lawyer that I had to hire. Do not use this company. my reservation was April 25th 2025 and i had the placed booked from December 24th. its June 3rd i have yet to see any of my money back. read more

Do not waste your time doing business with this company. We order tickets to WDW from them, a month later no tix o updates. Calls, emails, and chats were all ignored with the same comment of "we'll inform management; Trey is responsible for this; etc." Now we're waiting on our refund. read more

I booked 4x tickets for Universal Studios Florida along with 4x Express Passes during the Christmas holidays. However, the Express Passes were unexpectedly canceled the next day. Given the holiday rush, there was no point in visiting the park without the Express Passes, so I immediately contacted customer support (via calls and emails) to cancel the tickets as well. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the tickets were neither issued, canceled nor refunded. For over a month now, I have been consistently following up, insisting on refunding my money, but no resolution has been provided. If this issue remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to escalate and file a formal complaint. i would be really careful doing business again. read more

I would not recommend this company ever again I booked through them way back in April I wanted to add 2 days to my reservation called emailed and did everything I could to add days well I booked somewhere else now I'm still waiting for my deposit back I emailed Dee Dee asked her no response left a message for Trey Dulling suppose to be the person that runs it he never called back I used to book through them all the time I will never again book through the or recommend them to anyone all summer long I have been trying to reach someone no response although when I first booked Dee Dee responded quickly don't waist your time or money read more

*****AVOID THIS COMPANY***** I have the exact same problem described by Suzy A. Found them on an employee benefits website. Purchased Disney tickets in November 2024. Never received them. Called, emailed multiple times. Was told "Trey is aware....." Still nothing. No tickets, no refund, not even a call back. I have since made alternate ticket plans. I have informed my HR director and asked them to re-evaluate relationship with this company. I am now exploring legal options as I have been defrauded out of over $2200. *****AVOID THIS COMPANY***** read more

Never received my tickets. They promised to send tickets several times, kept following up with them until a day before we were supposed to visit the parks. They did not respond to my emails for refund as well. I am back from vacation already and still no credit posted to my account even after sending them multiple reminders. I paid for 8 tickets, it was very stressful vacation because I had to purchase tickets twice, once from this folks and another directly from Universal Official web site. read more

Ordered tickets over a month ago. Still haven't received them. No response from ticketing or owner.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** This company will scam you out of money. If you purchase tickets from them you will never receive them and they will not answer any phone calls or emails. read more

We purchased tickets a month ago and still no ticket. After calling multiple times now our phone number is blocked.

DO NOT USE! I ordered tickets 3/26 and never received them. Have emailed, have called (and talked to a few people who assured me someone would get back to me and the last person I talked to said she was requesting a refund for me and it would be posted in 48 hours and where I could email for a refund which I have done with NO RESPONSE). We are leaving for vacation next week with no tickets and no refund. I have left messages for the owner and no call back. I now have had to order tickets again and still trying to get this money back!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Do not buy anything from this company. This is a scam or ponzi scheme of some sort. I bought five Disney tickets from them after I found them on an employee benefits portal through my work. They were supposed to be sent via email in five to ten business days. The date I booked (more than 15 business days later) has now come and I still don't have tickets. Every time I call, I am told 'Trey' is getting to it or I will get them in a couple days, yadda yadda. He will not take my calls and hides behind one of his employees. It blows my mind this has been going on for so long. If this happens to you, please file online reports through the ReportFraud.ftc.gov. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE ...I REPEATTT...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! I puechased 8 tickets from this site on 3/3/25 for 4/12/25 Magic Kindom! and received an automatic email stating I was getting the tickets within 7-10 business day! I waited the 10 days and NO TICKETS! I then contacted them via chat and only got a robot (AI) to respond that they were looking jnto it, Ofcourse, never heard back. As the date approached, my family members that were coming from NY and the Dominican Republic for this vacation, asked me everyday. I started to think this is not the way to start a vacation being stressed out when its supposed to be time to be relaxed and mentally getting ready to have fun. After about 15-20 business days have passed, this is when the stress and disappointment began to increase. I started calling via phone daily even twice to three times a day where I even got to know the customer service agent "Dee Dee" - (side note, she was VERY HELPFUL, Guided me through what was supposed to be the process, and did everything on her hand to have the tickets sent to me) BUT on the other hand the owner "Trey", never answered his phone, neither the emails. When Dee Dee spoke to him and asked him to prioritize my tickets he always said jt was going to be done. But it was always false Promises and Poor Follow-Through. I never felt so disrespect and frustrated as a customer with this company's consistent failure to follow through on the promises made. It was incredibly frustrating to be given reassurance after reassurance, only to be left waiting and wasted my valuable time and energy trying to get what was guaranteed and already PAID! They were quick to charge my card and I expected a certain level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability from this company that claims to be in business for such a long time. Instead, what I've experienced is a string of broken promises by your boss and no real action. I finally requested a refund and bought it through Disney! read more

Wanted to warn anyone who books a vacation with Orlando vacation.com I booked a vacation that I had to cancel I cancelled my vacation 2mos in advanced was told I would be refunded my money minus 15 dollars I still have not been refunded my money the owner Trey has not responded to my many messages I have left asking for a phone call back. Very unprofessional and would not do business with them ever again nor refer anyone to them. read more

The worst experience I have had with a company. I bought Disney World tickets months in advance. I selected the email tickets option that was available while purchasing the tickets. I never received the tickets via email. I received one email from them stating: "Your arrival for your vacation to Orlando is scheduled for 04/05/2022. The final payment is due in two days and will be charged to your credit card. For customer service...please call 800-633-7108. If you have made payment in advance or paid by money order/bank check, please disregard this notice." I disregarded it because I DID BUY IN ADVANCE $1000.00 Two weeks before we were scheduled to leave, I called them to inquire about where my tickets were. I could not reach anyone and I tried 4 different times, left a voicemail for them to call me back, and emailed. They never called me back or emailed me back. I finally reached someone 1 day before we were supposed to go to Disney and she said they "tried to reach you to get paid to MAIL the tickets to you."....First, No one ever tried to reach out to me, second, why would they not get shipping payments at the time of purchase like a normal company...why did they have an email tickets option at all if that was not available? Then she said that she could not help me and that I had to wait until the next morning to get help. She gave me an extension and told me that they opened at 8 am. I called 4 times and only got voicemail. I left a voicemail to call me asap and no one called me. THEN, I get an email that Disney is sold out and the only option would be to put the money towards a different attraction. Absolutely not! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER...DO NOT USE THEM. I am so very disappointed...we were so excited to go to Disney and they are sold out :( read more

I would NEVER recommend this company (Orlandovacation.com). We bought Universal Studio Park Tickets and separate Halloween Horror Night tickets for September 26th. This is the date that Hurricane Helene hit and we went to the park during the day in the rain storm. Universal Studios cancelled the Halloween Horror Night and closed the park due to the Hurricane. Orlando Vacations would not refund my hundreds of dollars. I have left several messages, emails and chats with no response. Customer service is a joke and don't waste your money for the little savings that you get. Total rip off they are only worried about getting your money. read more

his home was in a good location, close to many things. It was very clean, which is a plus. There are a few things that we would suggest. There are no bath mats or rugs in the bathroom downstairs. (There were only two of us, so we had no use for the upstairs on this trip). The bathroom floor is tile and VERY slippery when stepping out of the shower. We had to lay towels on the floor. There is also no mat inside the shower, which is also slippery when wet. There were only three spoons and four forks in the kitchen. If there had been more people with us, we would have had to take turns eating. I would suggest adding more silverware since the home can accommodate eight people. It is great to have a laundry area; however, being on the second floor isn't very feasible. Since there were only two of us, and we used the downstairs bedroom and bath, we had to carry everything upstairs to wash. There are no laundry baskets in the home that would make carrying laundry upstairs easier. This is the home that was assigned to us for two people, this rental agency picks the home for you. Therefore, it was not very practical having an upstairs laundry facility. I have bad knees, and had to have my husband take care of the laundry since I am not to use steps. Although the home was extremely clean, the walls did look bad. There were many places where nails were sticking in the walls (where it appeared there used to be pictures), and many places had fresh paint to cover nail holes that didn't match the original paint at all. I know this is a cosmetic issue, and did not interfere with the actual stay in the home - but it does make the appearance of the home a bit 'ugly.' This is the first time we used this particular rental agency. I am not saying we would never use it again, but I would probably go back to using what we normally use first before using this - reason being you can actually see the home you are getting and know what it has to offer before you actually pay for it. That is one downfall of this rental agency - you don't know what you are getting until AFTER it's paid for. read more

If I could give this company a zero I would! They should not be in business any longer. I purchased 4 Walt Disney World tickets at the beginning of February and It is now March 12th and I am going to Disney on March 24th. When I call the number on their website, someone always answers, but the response to my questions is always "I will follow up for you" and nothing happens. Trying to get a hold of the manager/owner Trey is an act of GOD! I swear he is ignoring my calls. The one time I was able to talk with him, he told me that I would get my tickets the following Tuesday. That Tuesday was 2 weeks ago. Looking at other reviews of this company, there are many other people experiencing the same thing. Either they are understaffed or just lazy, there is no excuse for taking a month to provide a customer what they paid for. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company, let's hope that goes through. I think it will though because they won't actually be able to get a hold of anyone at the company! read more

Do not trust this company! The service is the poorest I have EVER encountered. I ordered 6 day WDW tickets on Nov 29, 2024 and I STILL do not have them! I have called, emailed, and used the chat feature over and over with no avail. I've spoken to Dee Dee by phone and email and I have emailed owner, Trey. Dee Dee continues to tell me they're working on it or that the reason the tickets weren't fulfilled was because of the holidays or that they have to process by hand, etc. There is always an excuse! I've created online tickets and the chat always says someone will reach out to me, yet they never do. I've got over $2000 tied up in these "tickets" that I have yet to receive. I asked for a refund since I never got the tickets and I keep getting told my request has been sent, but I absolutely have NOT received a refund. I have all intentions of submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, involving legal for advice, and ensuring every single review page of this place hears what a horrendous scam these people who claim to have been in business for 25 years truly is! Horrible!!! read more

I purchased 4 four-day tickets to Universal Orlando from this company in December as a Christmas present for my family. As the date of our trip is now approaching, and I hadn't heard anything from the company, I called them to confirm they would be sending the tickets to my email. I was informed that the tickets I purchased (for which I have a receipt), were actually going to cost me $400 more than I paid if I wanted to keep the tickets at four days, or I could take 2 day tickets for what I had already paid. They would not budge on this even though they sold me 4 four-day tickets at an agreed on price which I had paid for in full. After it was clear that OrlandoVacations was not going to honor the sale they had already made, I asked for a refund. THEY WANT A 10% RESTOCKING FEE FOR TICKETS WHICH THEY NEVER SENT ME. THERE IS NOTHING TO RESTOCK!! Look elsewhere for you tickets, don't let this company scam you like they did me. read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH ORLANDO VACATIONS - THEY WILL SCAM YOU! We booked a hotel that included Disney park tickets and once we go to the park the day the tickets were for we were informed that the tickets were invalid. My husband and I went to Orlando for vacation and booked our trip through OrlandoVacation.com. We stayed at Emerald Island and it looked exactly the way the pictures on the website did. I was pleased with how clean it was and I am a pretty difficult person to please when it comes to the cleanliness of hotels, resorts, etc. The Office Manager, Hailee, was simply amazing and provided the best customer service ever! She made our stay in Orlando one we will never forget. I would definitely recommend using them for your next vacation and we are already planning a return trip! read more

Very bad experience. I booked a home a year in advance and paid the balance in full a month ahead of when we were to be there. Which I booked in 2021, paid in full in May 2022, and scheduled to go in June 2022. They emailed me and told me the property was in foreclosure and they had to refund me my money two weeks before we are scheduled to leave. Now I am trying to find somewhere else to go, but with short notice, I have had a hard time. Will never trust them again and will not recommend them. Only good thing is, I got my money back in full. read more

I ordered tickets for Disney, Universal, and a hotel over three weeks ago. When I noticed that they charged for the hotel and not the tickets, I called because I was concerned. Low and behold, they sold out of the tickets and no one notified me that they were sold out. It's a good thing I called or we would have found out after we were already down there. When I ordered the tickets and hotel, I though I was reserving the tickets, but that apparently is not the case and it does not state this anywhere on there site. My kids are now extremely disappointed and we had to cancel our vacation. Super angry with this scam site. read more

I booked a vacation home with Orlando vacation.com and paid in full. Two weeks after booking and one week prior to my arrival, I received an email stating they canceled my reservation per my request. When I called they told me that they had no vacation homes available so they refunded my money. Just so I'm clear they overbooked, failed to properly managed or update their site and realize two weeks after I booked that they had no homes available. No one contacted me via phone. I was sent a email advising my reservation had been canceled.I called two days straight requesting to speak to a supervisor with no success and no resolution. One of the call takers even told me to be proactive and find a place to stay before hanging up on me. I have 8 adults traveling with no accommodations. That is 8 plane tickets which were booked the day after the vacation home. I have never experience this level of non professionalism in my life. Absolutely horrible. Rented a 2/2 home. Was not told it was a condo on the third floor. The pictures you see on their website for the unit you are interested in, is not what you get. This condo was severely outdated. Right down to the huge tube style TVs. The master TV didn't even work. There was mold/algae on the patio, ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. AC unit has a sign on it saying not to take it below 75! In July! Not ok. Mold on the couch pillows. The say they supply all linens. This is not true. They provided 6 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for 6 people for 5 days!!!!! I called and spoke to the property manager and they brought out more hand towels and put ant traps to added a new tv but left the old one I spoke with Kay at Orlando Vacation (I was told she was the manager) and she was going to move me to a unit that I I was lead to believe I was renting. She was supposed to call me back. That was two days ago and 5 voicemails later. Never ever again. I will be filing a report with BBB and anyone else I can think of.
