I can honestly say that visiting this place and riding an airboat were among the most enjoyable…read morethings I have done in many years. Wow! My family, friends, and I had such a great time and wish that we could have remained on the airboat much longer. This place is located at the end of a very long road. The drive to the property is very quiet and relaxing. The property itself was well-maintained, everything was clearly marked, and the venue itself was fun. There is a gift shop, a snack shop, a food trailer offering hot food, a beverage hit, clean bathrooms, gold mining, and so much more. The employees went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The real reason why you would visit this place is the airboats. Each guest boards the large boats, which can seat 12-15 people at a time. To the rear of the boat sits this huge fan, which controls the boat. Each guest is required to grab a headset or ear protection, as the boats are noisy and loud, and I mean LOUD once they get going. The purpose of the boats is to have fun, of course, but the objective is to look for alligators as you speed through the swamps. During our visit, we spotted nine alligators, and the boat operator stopped so guests could see and experience them up close. The alligators are never disturbed, and they do not seem to mind being watched. Back to the airboats, these things are FAST! The boat operator will have you going so fast on the water, then pull into a complete 360-degree turn when you least expect it. The first time the boat operator sped away from the dock at the start of the tour, you were a tad nervous, similar to riding a roller coaster. After this initial nervousness, you could not get enough of this airboat and only wanted to go fast on the water. I might add that there was a group seated in front of us with a boy between 8 and 10 years old and a young tween girl, and they appeared to enjoy the airboat ride just as much as we adults. This is definitely a fun place for all ages

What a wonderful tour!…read more The Orlando Lake Tour offers a relaxing 75-minute journey through the stunning Butler Chain of Lakes. You will cruise past beautiful scenery and impressive multi-million-dollar homes aboard a comfortable pontoon boat with sunshades. Captain Steve is both punctual and friendly. He has a lot of knowledge on the local wildlife, flora, and notable past and present residents of the area. All seats require advance booking by phone, and at just $25 per person - it's incredibly reasonable for everything you will see and learn. Be sure to take pictures! The lakefront homes are gorgeous. I really appreciated that the group size was small as it creates a more intimate setting and makes it easier to engage with Captain Steve and ask questions throughout the tour. 5 stars.

Makes for an especially excellent Floridian wildlife tour if you're not from here. You'll see a lot of wildlife ...and ridiculously opulent rich folks homes; swimming pools, movie stars, they always have the best stuff including some the most beautiful lakes in Central Florida. Anyway, when the opportunity presented itself, this was the tour we chose and I'm so very happy we did. Steve's Great. Friendly, helpful, and nice; informative. We really enjoyed ourselves and thank him for the memorable experience. Thanks Steve! We brought waters and recommend you sunscreen yourself up. And FYI, portable toilets are near the ramp and proper restrooms are at the front of the park. One of the locks doesn't work. Surprise, surprise, surprise!!! lol

Decided to look into local fishing trips and found this Bass fishing trip on lake Toho. The lake was about a 45 minute drive from the Holiday Inn Club Vacation HICV resort at Orange Lake where we stayed. Got up early and met Captain Steve at Wild Willy's, where he already had the boat in the water and was waiting for us. We were on the water to start our adventure before 7am. Captain Steve took us to a picturesque fishing location on the opposite side of the lake where we almost immediately started catching Bass with the live Shiner bait we purchased (highly recommended). We moved to a variety of locations throughout the day and proceeded to catch Blue Gill, Redear Sunfish, and Copperhead Bream. The highlight of the day was definitely catching a 6lb 11oz Bass. At the end of an exciting and hot day of fishing we cleaned the fish we kept and took them back in a cooler of ice for a fish dinner later that evening. Captain Steve provided the perfect setting and relaxed atmosphere for an incredible day of fishing. A day full of memories my 10-old son and I will never forget. If you are in the Orlando area and looking for something different (besides visiting the theme parks and tourist traps) I highly recommend contacting Captain Steve to book a fishing trip on Lake Toho or one of the other fabulous lakes nearby. Thank you Captain Steve for a beautiful 5 STAR fishing day!

My wife found this place online at the latest minute when we finished one of the amusement parks. They said that they could fit us in at the last ride of the day. We got there and everything was so clean and organized. Headphones were clean/disinfected too. One of the folks working gave us a heads up that we would probably not see any gators as it was too hot outside. We didn't care though. Once we got on the airboat, our kids loved it. The driver was going so fast and doing fun turns. It was almost sunset and it was so beautiful outside. We even got to see a baby gator, some turtles, some unique birds, and snails. At the end, our driver stopped the boat and we got to see a shuttle launch right from our seats on the airboat. Such a great adventure that is underrated. Great staff who is very friendly and wanted to make sure everyone had a great time. Highly recommend this place. My son said he wanted to do it again!!!
