Here's pretty much all you need to know. I sent my family on a cross-country trip without me and…read morethe first thing they would need to do is get in a car for an over 30 minute car ride with a complete stranger. I had no idea who to trust and the first impression they get would be critical to a good trip (not even factoring the essential safety and security concerns). Based of the Yelp reviews, I decided to call Asem. Reassuring, fair and compassionate, I went with my gut and went with Fleet Transportation. Great decision. The fam's flight got there early - and Asem and his team were there. However, the flight sat waiting for a gate 30 minutes - no problem. Without going on forever, Asem worked with my wife and kids to make the experience a memorable one. It's all I could ever ask for as a husband and a father. Asem sent me a text with a picture showing my family safe and sound and having fun...that's how much attention to detail he paid. Bottom line, I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Asem and Fleet Transporation.

He had water in the vehicle, which was a big help for us because we had been traveling all day and we hadn't had enough water. On top of that, the MCO airport train was down, so we literally walked all of our carry-on luggage across an outside bridge all the way to the main terminal. He was very helpful at for our return back to the MCO Terminal. He had given us a bunch of snacks for our train trip on the Brightline and dropped us off without any issues for our train. So far, we will be using their services again because it was just so easy, and Sam was very professional and nice. The quality of the SUV was great, and his driving never made us feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

I travel a lot for work but have never found a transportation company as good as Gear Fusion. The online booking system for Gear Fusion is very easy to navigate and the pre-trip communication is excellent including both emails and texts before the ride. The day of pickup, Gear Fusion picks you up inside the terminal and brings you to the vehicle. We have taken Gear Fusion a number of times and each time the vehicle is clean and comfortable. The drives have always been the most pleasant, safe and genuinely top notch when it comes to customer service. I have referred my parents to Gear Fusion, as well, and they have been equally very impressed with the service. Highly recommend Gear Fusion and look forward to my next trip with them!

Michael was our driver for 2 of those trips and he was so friendly, on time, and welcoming. We also requested a bevvy of car seats from forward, backward and boosters for all ages of children and they were able to accommodate with no issues. The car seats were IMMACULATELY clean and ALREADY installed. We rode with 1 other company for 1 trip because their price beat GearFusion - but I can say with certainty if I knew what I know now, I would go back in time and pay the extra money to go with GearFusion because it was a stark differential in service and cleanliness (e.g. yogurt stains all over my baby's car seat that she had to sit in). HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you for being a part of our great, epic trip to Orlando

Zero service, no smile, no nothing - no professionalism. Never again. I chose them because they beat the price of another company that we went with 3 times on the trip and I can say for certainty, I would definitely pay more money next time to go with someone else after this experience.
