Absolutely amazing customer service. Personable, and just so welcoming from the start. They set the tone on our trip ... Easy and chill. That's what we needed before the cruise! If you're headed on a cruise coming out of Port Canaveral, note that you need transportation from MCO airport ( Orlando) to the cruise Port. We looked at all options, renting a car, rental facilities, Uber, Lyft ... We looked at it all and it was more expensive and required much more work. Danica transport has comfortable seats and space. Friendly service. Flexible customer service. Air conditioned. Need I say more lol. Florida y'all.... Even in January we were surprised we got sweaty lol. P.s. renting a car and leaving it at the port costs parking fees. And renting a one way car to the rental office ( not convenient as it is located a ways away) ... It was just a hassle. oh and not to mention there are sooo many tolls in Orlando. Lol. Baby tip: save yourself the hassle and just get on a shuttle. You will have to pay for their seat. They offer car seats. We fit our doona on the shuttle. Absolutely baby friendly! This was so easy especially with our first time being on a shuttle like this. Great for groups and families! Great music in the car both headed there and returning. We had an ambitious trip to Orlando so we appreciated the love and care from the team. Note that you have to be mindful of your luggage. Because luggage also takes space ( typically they have a space for the luggage storage area) but be mindful of the over packers in your group and tell them not to over pack cuz it can potentially limit how many people can fit in your shuttle. ( I'm saying this because my mom tried to bring two check in luggages ... And that limited how many people we could fit lol. ) So encourage packing light! You literally have everything on the cruise anyways. Staff: They know what they are doing. They're safe even while communicating to home base on a hands-free device. I love that they communicate with each other still as we were directed in real time to avoid being in traffic which made our route so much smoother and even gave us somewhere scenic. Shout out to Joana for giving us the run down in Orlando. She was excellent and so friendly. Really a blessing that she picked us up because we were exhausted and her lovely spirit was so refreshing in the morning that it helped ease the angst of travel. read more

Both of our drivers were amazing! The gentlemen that took us from the hotel to the port had just returned from surgery and was super nice. The driver that brought us from the port to the airport waiting longer than expected for us. to get off the cruise ship, but was very patient and got us to the airport. Both drivers helped us with our baggage and were super nice. I will definitely be recommending this service to my friends and will definitely be using it again when we cruise out of Orlando. read more

We stayed at the Sheraton Orlando for a cruise and this transportation company was recommended. Their rates were reasonable and competitive. They picked us up on time and were right on time to pick us up when our cruise ended. We got a call and a text when exiting the ship to let us know they were ready for us. This s the worst transportation company available. If I could choose zero stars that would be my choice. They do not do what they say. They say one thing when you call and another when you call back. Drivers never show up on time and receptionist will not give you a straight forward answer. Liars. They tell you one pick up time when you call to tell them you are ready, and then you call back to find out what is going on and they say we misunderstood. Loved their customer service and their willingness to make sure we were comfortable! We used their services while on a family vacation. We are a pretty large group, in total our family consisted of 10 people including two small children. The drivers were always on time (if not early). The staff were wonderful people. They were helpful, friendly and did their best for you. This shuttle service is great for those you are looking for cost effective way go between MCO/port and are NOT on tight timelines. The cost is $20/person/trip or $40/person for round trip. Scheduled pick up was approximate times. Unlike other shuttle service, there are no fixed pick up time that you can reserve. Scheduling is based on when you think you will be at pick-up location. Once you are at pick-up location, you call to let them know you are there and waiting for shuttle pick up. We've waited an hour at MCO for pick up to the port. We waited 45 minutes for pick up at the port to MCO. To reiterate, this shuttle service is fine as long as you are not rushed to get to port/airport by specific time and have at least 3 hour leeway/buffer. read more

Our family of 8 (4 adults/4 kids) traveled all over Orlando safely thanks to the kind crew at Danica Transportation! I planned out 3 different legs to our vacation and Danica was quick to respond, always available and prompt. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were all comfortable and the kids absolutely loved our driver:) We saw the same driver each step of the way. They even provided booster and car seats to make traveling easier. As far as price, no one could top them and still provide the quality of service that they provided. The only reason I am giving this company a high of two stars is because they provided good customer service during the booking process. We used their service from our hotel to Port Canaveral. They were on time picking us up. The van had a low tire pressure light on and the driver drove faster than the posted speed limit on the way there. On the return trip we got the same driver. They called us saying they were running behind and would pick us up soon but we were already on the van. The driver and main office apparently do not confirm passenger pick up. Once we were on our way from Port Canaveral to the Orlando airport the driver seemed distracted and was driving between 85-90 mph. It's was the scariest shuttle experience we have ever encountered. Called the main office and reported the incident. I received an apology which was expected. If you use them, good luck. I recommend choosing another transportation service if you have a choice. read more
