Ticket machines often won't take credit cards on southbound side. It's been a problem for a year, yet nothing seems to get fixed.

The southbound side has woods and a neighborhood behind it as well as an apartment complex that shares the main parking area. Sitting with my back towards the woods with the kids was a little uneasy as no one was there until about 10-15 mins before the train when I saw an employee area across the track. We love taking the SunRail to visit family and friends as well as just for something to do after school. Adult tickets round trip are only $5.50 and kids under 7 ride free ( what a great deal )! We normally take the SunRail from the winter park location where we literally know all the staff lol as we've been taking it for over a year ! I will definitely stick with the WP location although this station is the same distance from us because they are busier and have a restroom near by with vending machines. This location did not have any amenities, BUT I did see the Lynx shuttle which is a perk for anyone needing to utilize a ride from the station. Now we just need the SunRail to run on weekends !!!! First time riding the sun rail!…read more I love taking trains and trams when I travel abroad, so tiding the local station was a no-brainer! I was in the area of the Altamonte station and decided to take it to Church Street for the Solar Bears game the night I went. The train is comfortable and has a good amount of seating. There are attendants on the train to keep everyone safe and to check tickets. The ride is a bit shifty and bumpy (compared to European counterparts), but it got the job done! Definitely beats being stuck in traffic and finding parking Downtown! I can see using the SunRail again! It's sad they don't offer rides o. The weekends though.

Almost 3 years after launching, SunRail still hasn't quite "taken off". In the most recent rush…read morehour trip, the train was maybe one-quarter capacity full - not sure if you're allowed to stand, but in the carriage I occupied, you could be completely anti-social, with no one sitting next to you, no one across from you. It's still earthbound because old habits are hard to break, driving is too easy, the fare is too high (for what you're getting), there's a stigma to taking the bus (if your home/destination isn't near a station), frequency is non-existent (30 min. wait during rush hour, REALLY!), no service on weekends... there are myriad reasons. IMO, none is good, and none is insurmountable. Eager to walk the talk, I've resolved to use it as often as I possibly can, as much as I enjoy driving my car. I look at the positives: no stressful driving during rush hour is the primary one, putting steps on my Fitbit, fostering a habit to plan ahead and around ("I'm NOT the center of the universe!"). Yesterday, I learned to take my bike, which, too, is quite hassle-free. As a result, I biked a total of 10 miles, and put in 26,000 steps (even if Fitbit short-changed me by 6,000, since their stupid app doesn't give you 'step credit' for biking). I know this rating is about the Longwood station, but those thoughts have to go somewhere. This station is about 2 miles from home: a half hour walk or a 10 min. bike ride. In or near the peak of the summer season, it's a bit of a challenge - I'd drive to the station and hop on. This time of the year, it is very manageable. There are no bathrooms at this station, and the walking route to it coming from the north on 427 can be a bit challenging. Arrive early - in my experience, the train has never been late yet. It's been early by a minute or so a few times. We as citizens of the Orlando area need to decide - do we want to go forward, or backward? Unlike the auto transmission indicator in your car, in this decision "D" for "Drive" is the same as "R", for "Reverse".

Finally, I went to their website and actually got the address directly from there. Turns out that this location is nice, and possibly even one of the nicest of the stations I've seen so far. It's smaller, and parking is kind of behind and to the side, but it's well lit and conveniently located.

Thank you to you and your staff for providing such a great experience during a very stressful time…read more I want you to know how grateful I am that you waited for my client's flight and did not cancel the reservation. We previously had an airport transfer booked that was canceled mid-flight due to scheduling changes, and we unfortunately lost the full payment. It was an incredibly frustrating situation. When I called to book this reservation with you, I was feeling desperate and honestly felt like I had let my client down. However, you answered my call, were attentive to my needs, and handled everything with diligence and professionalism. You got the job done with no hesitation, and that meant more than you know. As a travel agent, it is extremely important to have reliable partners. I can confidently say that you are an airport transfer service I will recommend to my colleagues and continue to use myself without worry. Thank you again for your excellent service and support. Going from Melbourne Florida to Orlando can be difficult on occasion and getting flights directly…read moreinto Melbourne is always a challenge. This last trip rather than trying to juggle everyone's schedule I looked into Executive Livery to go to the Orlando Airport. That was a great decision that I highly recommend. When I went on the site I was a bit surprised that I needed to enter my contact info and I believe it was a Sunday. But I received a call back within 15 minutes at the most! The whole process was an absolute breeze. I spoke with Jeffrey Kabool, the owner, who discussed itinerary and needs with me. Everything was set up that day for a very reasonable price. I was informed who my driver would be the day before my trip and when he arrived in the compound he asked where I preferred for him to park (below ground or above). Of course he loaded the luggage and the vehicle was stocked , in case I was thirsty. The trip was comfortable and went by quickly. So rather than either trying to get connecting flights and switching planes to get a direct flight into Melbourne Florida, or inconvenience family or friends to have them pick you up or drop you off to or from Orlando, by all means give Executive Livery Service a try.
