Absolutely Outstanding Service -- The Gold Standard in Car Service!…read more We have used a highly regarded car service in the San Francisco Bay Area for years, which has always been our gold standard. We've also used car services throughout the United States and the UK, so we have plenty of experience to compare. I can honestly say that Orlando Car Service is right up there with the very best--and truly elevated our entire travel experience! We travel to Orlando September 26,2026. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. What impressed us most was the unprecedented communication, reliability, and professionalism. Our flights were delayed multiple times, and every time, Orlando Car Service reassured us that they would be there to pick us up. That level of communication and peace of mind is priceless when traveling! We used Orlando Car Service for three separate transfers: from the Orlando airport to our hotel, from our hotel to the cruise terminal, and from the cruise terminal back to the airport. Every single pickup was seamless. They were consistently there at least 10-15 minutes early, communicated with us to let us know they had arrived, and made the entire process completely stress-free. Not once did we have an issue! A special shout-out to Ryad, who drove us from the airport to our hotel, and Kai, who drove us to the cruise terminal and then back to the airport. Both drivers were incredibly professional, courteous, and excellent at what they do. Their driving was smooth and skilled, and we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout every ride. They kept us informed, made sure we knew exactly where they were when picking us up, and helped us with our luggage. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of consistency across multiple trips, but Orlando Car Service absolutely did. Their reliability, communication, and customer service made a real difference in our vacation and allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about transportation. We'll be returning to Orlando next year, and there is absolutely no question that we'll be using Orlando Car Service again! They have earned our trust and our business. If you're looking for dependable, professional, stress-free transportation in Orlando, look no further. I would recommend them without hesitation! Thank you, Ryad, Kai, and the entire Orlando Car Service team for making every transfer such a wonderful experience. You truly set the bar high!

I booked Super Shuttle as part of our Universal package. I thought it would be cheaper and easier. We waited over an hour for our reserved shuttle to show up and then another hour picking up people at other terminals and dropping off people at other hotels. Instead of getting an early night with our young children we didn't get to our hotel until after 10pm. I immediately canceled our return shuttle and asked for a refund. It took 5 weeks to see a fraction of the money I paid for a service I didn't use. Super Shuttle is overpriced, not dependable and they did not refund my money for my return trip that I never took. Jorge was incredibly kind and even asked if we needed to make any stops before heading to the resort. For our return trip, we needed to be at the airport at 5:00 AM, and the driver was right on time waiting in the hotel lobby. Very professional service from start to finish. If you're headed on a cruise coming out of Port Canaveral, note that you need transportation from MCO airport ( Orlando) to the cruise Port. We looked at all options, renting a car, rental facilities, Uber, Lyft ... We looked at it all and it was more expensive and required much more work. Danica transport has comfortable seats and space. Friendly service. Flexible customer service. Air conditioned. Need I say more lol. Florida y'all.... Even in January we were surprised we got sweaty lol. P.s. renting a car and leaving it at the port costs parking fees. And renting a one way car to the rental office ( not convenient as it is located a ways away) ... It was just a hassle. oh and not to mention there are sooo many tolls in Orlando. Lol. Baby tip: save yourself the hassle and just get on a shuttle. You will have to pay for their seat. They offer car seats. We fit our doona on the shuttle. Absolutely baby friendly! This was so easy especially with our first time being on a shuttle like this. Great for groups and families! Great music in the car both headed there and returning. We had an ambitious trip to Orlando so we appreciated the love and care from the team. Note that you have to be mindful of your luggage. Because luggage also takes space ( typically they have a space for the luggage storage area) but be mindful of the over packers in your group and tell them not to over pack cuz it can potentially limit how many people can fit in your shuttle. ( I'm saying this because my mom tried to bring two check in luggages ... And that limited how many people we could fit lol. ) So encourage packing light! You literally have everything on the cruise anyways. Staff: They know what they are doing. They're safe even while communicating to home base on a hands-free device. I love that they communicate with each other still as we were directed in real time to avoid being in traffic which made our route so much smoother and even gave us somewhere scenic. Shout out to Joana for giving us the run down in Orlando. She was excellent and so friendly. Really a blessing that she picked us up because we were exhausted and her lovely spirit was so refreshing in the morning that it helped ease the angst of travel.

Communication was great, every driver was prompt, and they often arrived early. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and all of the drivers were safe, calm, and professional. Florida traffic can be pretty hectic, so we really appreciated how careful and responsible they were, especially while traveling with our kids. We had Debbie twice, Jenny once, and another gentleman for our fourth ride. Everyone was friendly and provided great service. Jenny and my wife talked for almost the entire ride from Port Canaveral back to Orlando. She told us about the company, how it is family-run, and how her family grew the business over the years. It was a very enjoyable ride and made the experience feel much more personal. Debbie also went above and beyond when my son left his sunglasses in the car. She made sure they were passed along to another driver so we could get them back. Sunny Transportation made every transfer easy and stress-free.
