Went to the Stones concert and wanted to use a limo. I called them, cheap rates, whatever, booked. We didn't want to get to the venue super early. We got picked up around 7:30 and the driver got us there about 8pm. Maybe a little later. Mind you, he first tried to drop us off at Amway Center haha. I had to tell him the Citrus Bowl. Anyway... we got out at 11:40pm-ish from the show and went straight to the location we were told to go. Limos were lined up all of the way down the street except for our limo. The guy was having a hard time getting back in the area (I guess?) and kept telling us that the cops weren't letting him come in. I had to tell him where to go. I have no idea how all of this works or what, but he finally got to us an hour later. I was charged this extra hour. I called the lady who owns the company and I was told it was my fault because we didn't get to the venue early for him to park somewhere so he had to be sent further away. I don't remember ever being warned about this, and I also don't remember seeing too many more limos come in after all of the original ones collected their people and left. She was super rude about it and basically made me feel like that's how it is and there's nothing I can do about it and that it was my fault for wanting to get there later. Oh, and they charged my card twice and I'm still waiting on them to get that fixed. read more
