Not only are they punctual, constantly communicative and willing to adjust as your needs do, they are genuinely nice people to deal with. We were a party of 11 and they moved us to two different locations over a two week period and dropped us back at the airport - seamlessly. I honestly think they are the best value for money to move around Orlando that you can get and I looked around a lot when planning the vacation. They will be my first call anytime I'm in the area.

We've done this for years. This specific trip, we'd already done Epcot and to our hotel (Waldorf-2.8 miles away) five times. Never over $13 with a taxi. We usually just go with the first taxi that approaches us and confirm that they are metered and a taxi, versus a chauffeur or something else. NEVER in years have had an issue. We get into the Blue Horizon car: not advertised anywhere: just says "Taxi." And I asked if he was a metered taxi driver, he said yes. We started noticing the meter was over $37 when we turned onto the main road our hotel is on. I asked wtf was going on and who he worked for. He made up some excuse about fees and high meters on Friday. I said this is a huge scam and he acted as if this was my first time and told me "he'd get me if I couldn't afford it." We paid him $37 in cash and told him to quit scamming people and lying. I also reported him to our hotel and made a written complaint to Disney to, hopefully, ban this company from entering the property. I really hope this helps someone. We're pretty seasoned world travelers and big Disney goers and I've never been scammed like this after asking if someone is a metered taxi driver and they gave a sign stating so.

Outstanding Service Every Time!…read more We have used Nick's Airport Shuttle several times now for roundtrips from Palm Coast to both Jacksonville and Orlando airports, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, we booked them to pick up our daughter from Orlando, and they'll soon be taking our large group to the airport for our trip to Alaska. No matter the occasion, Nick's team always delivers. Using Nick's shuttle feels like having your own personal driver. The vehicles are spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The drivers are professional, punctual, and friendly, and Nick himself is a great guy--a fellow Navy veteran who takes pride in his business and his customers. His attention to detail and reliability make travel so much easier. Update - October 2025: We recently traveled to Canada and returned on a one-way cruise to Miami. Nick's shuttle took us to Jacksonville for our flight, and two weeks later, he was right there in Miami to pick us up after the cruise. That seamless coordination made our vacation stress-free from start to finish. We love using Nick's service because it truly takes the hassle out of travel and lets us focus on enjoying the journey. We will continue to use Nick's Airport Shuttle for all our future trips. If you want peace of mind, professionalism, and a friendly face to get you where you need to go, Nick's is the best choice. I had no idea who to trust and the first impression they get would be critical to a good trip (not even factoring the essential safety and security concerns). Based of the Yelp reviews, I decided to call Asem. Reassuring, fair and compassionate, I went with my gut and went with Fleet Transportation. Great decision. The fam's flight got there early - and Asem and his team were there. However, the flight sat waiting for a gate 30 minutes - no problem. Without going on forever, Asem worked with my wife and kids to make the experience a memorable one. It's all I could ever ask for as a husband and a father. Asem sent me a text with a picture showing my family safe and sound and having fun...that's how much attention to detail he paid. Bottom line, I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Asem and Fleet Transporation.

He was very helpful at for our return back to the MCO Terminal. He had given us a bunch of snacks for our train trip on the Brightline and dropped us off without any issues for our train. The quality of the SUV was great, and his driving never made us feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
