On the return, the car never showed up to take us to the airport. I called the number on the reservation and the gentleman arranged a pickup with a different service it seemed. Our text conversation stated we would be refunded due to these issues, however a refund never came. I called weeks after and followed up with the owner. He stated that they attempted to give a refund but it bounced back and seemed to be an issue with my bank. I told him the experience we had of pick up from the airport and the pick up from the hotel. The owner indicated he would give some sort of refund and that he would look into how this all happened. A refund never came.
