Our text conversation stated we would be refunded due to these issues, however a refund never came. I called weeks after and followed up with the owner. He stated that they attempted to give a refund but it bounced back and seemed to be an issue with my bank. I told him the experience we had of pick up from the airport and the pick up from the hotel. The owner indicated he would give some sort of refund and that he would look into how this all happened. A refund never came. We booked all of our ground transportation with Orlando Transportation Specialists prior to our arrival. We paid in advance with our credit cards, so it made the travel very easy and stress free. When we arrived in Orlando our driver was waiting for us with our name on an iPad in the baggage claim area. He helped us with our luggage and took us out to the very clean, spacious town car waiting for us outside. We had the same driver on all three legs and he was very friendly, prompt and helpful. He drove us safely to all of our locations and made sure we knew where to go to meet him when we got back from our cruise. He always kept the car at a comfortable tempurature and was even aware of when we were having a conversation and kept the music turned low and when we mentioned loving a song, turned it up for us. He was both professional and fun at the same time. I would not hesitate to use them again, it was a very positive experience all the way around.
