I reviewed many transportation/car service options from MCO to Universal and settled with OTS after speaking with Sammy and confirming price, availability, service, etc. Sammy is the epitome of professional - calm, attentive, helpful, on-time. His prices are competitive, if not the most competitive (and very reasonable - comparable to a cab). He is incredibly intelligent and articulate - I sat up front with him while the three other members of our family were in the back, and he is educated, smart and thoughtful. His Town Car is immaculate, and our children felt like they were riding in a limo. He was on-time when our flight arrived at MCO and met us at baggage claim, then attended to our luggage while we walked a short distance to his waiting car just behind the baggage return. We had an early return to MCO from Universal, and Sammy thoughtfully texted us before his arrival at 5:45am to avoid ringing our phones in case we were still in sleep mode. Excellent - would highly recommend. Had a small group that flew in for a conference - Sammy and his associate were professional, reliable and extremely flexible with our needs. We were met at the airport, assisted with our luggage, and delivered safely and on time. We called for an additional transportation service to and from Disney World and it was no problem - even though our return trip was late at night. Few guys from the office already use this limo service to go to Tampa meetings. We have those two times a week and they can last up to 6 hours. I wanted to see how it will work for me, so I made a booking for my 8 am meeting in Tampa. Except for the great sedan that I really enjoyed and a nice, polite driver, I was finally able to have some time for myself. So, an hour and a half to do some work, nap, or even play games on my phone.
