As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. On the way back from our cruise, same interaction just another professional well mannered driver. Both vehicles that I rode in were extremely clean. Now this does cost more than a Uber or Lyft, but factoring in time and not having to search for your driver, the extra cost can be justified. While they didn't pick up from my hotel unfortunately, we took a quick Lyft over to the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport and Mark was there right on time to pick us up, even calling as he pulled up to let us know he was arriving. The van was clean and comfortable and everyone in our van was on the same cruise, which meant we had only a couple stops to make before heading right to the port. The price per person (about $25 plus tax) was cheaper than a Lyft and I know that next time we are going to Port Canaveral I need to stay at one of the hotels they come to and save a little extra $$.
