I'm including a copy of the email I received from them, just to put their tactics on blast. So so sad that this is how businesses behave. Oh well, on to the next. ========== Today I cancelled my bi-monthly pest service at two properties. While everyone I have ever been in contact with has been very nice, they just don't seem to have it together when it comes to their business. On several occasions, they have either showed up late, or not at all. Or, they have shown up at the wrong property on the wrong day. My most recent inside spray made a mess all over ever floor in my house, which has never happened before and required I spend time cleaning floors I just cleaned. At the end of the day, dealing with them became the pest. While they are reasonably priced, I don't see the value in their service, which is a pity. I like to use local, but in this case, it didn't work out.

We chose to have a whole house treatment as pests were found in not only the upstairs and downstairs western wall, but also in the hardwood oak floor.
