The rats have met their match. They are highly intelligent. So is Brandon. They are very agile climbers. So is Brandon. They are persistent. So is Brandon. They are clever. So is Brandon. They never stop. And neither does Brandon. He is unstoppable. Many thanks also to Christy in Scheduling for always being so pleasant and accommodating. read more

the worker was very nice, we had them spray for ants and they said they sprayed everywhere and that they would come two more times. unfortunately we had ants back the next morning. Hopefully when they come back it will get better, so far I am not overly impressed. read more

Nature Science Pest Control rocks! We've only ever had to use their service for odorous house ants, which apparently are very common (and overpopulated?) in our area. We're on a semi-annual plan. They visited recently and sprayed around the perimeter of our house, and used some localized treatment in a tree where they saw ants. We appreciate their eco/friendly and pet-safe practices (we let the spray dry and then our yard is safe for our dogs again). Also appreciate their responsiveness in setting up the visit by text, and then texting again when the tech is on the way to us. Every technician we've had has been friendly and knowledgable, as well as quick and efficient. read more

Awesome!!!!! Great service! Rodent Team! Call and see how they can help you. You will be glad you did!!

This company is extraordinary. The owner, Jerrod, is hands on and all the staff is amazing, both office and field. We had a very positive experience with them in 2018 and have gone on to find ourselves with different pests, such as carpenter ants. Nature Science has specialists in each pest category and they are knowledgeable and thorough. In this day and age it's unusual to find a company that is honest and fairly priced at that. We are fans! read more

An honest and reasonably priced business! I appreciated the patient, conscientious technicians and the extra service provided by owner. read more

Edited to provide more information. Two visits (spray outside and bait traps inside) reduced but did not completely resolve my Odorous Ant problem. They returned a couple of weeks after 2nd visit. Also, during last visit, technician placed a small amount of unsheilded left-over bait on a corner of my kitchen window sill (I have pets that might access). I resolved the ant problem myself (at least for now) by purchasing and placing another commercial product's bait traps around the outside perimeter of my house. read more

I love this company. I not only have them do pest control at my home, but my Mom's as well. They have absolutely gotten rid of the !

We had a great technician and got the results we wanted. We will definitely use them again.

I'm not alone in my neighborhood in offering raise for Nature Science, but they merit another round of Kudos. Tom came to help me sort out a problem I had with "dead animal smell" as well as suspected presence of rodents, and gave me excellent information and next steps. He was through, attentive, knowledgeable and amiable. I'd recommend him and the company without reservation! read more

Friendly, professional, reliable. Highly recommend. Rat situation under control. I use their rat service.

So glad I found Nature Science Pest Control! And technician Micah was so great! Really relieved! Thank you!

NATURE SCIENCE PEST CONTROL - Thanks to Nature Science! We are enjoy being our garden without pests issues. - Pest Control Near Me - Rohnert Park, California

Tom from Nature Science came by our home for an inspection as we've been hearing what appeared to be rodent sounds in the walls. After doing a serious 'crawl' under our house and in the attic, he showed us that the problem was not actually in the house but on the outside, where the rats are scampering along some wiring. Tom gave us guidance on how we need to clear away earth and brush from the exterior (let alone moving the bird feeder far away!) We're most appreciative of his honest appraisal and professional expertise. Exceptional! read more

I am writing a review as these folks have completely transformed the experience at our house in terms of bug repellent and rodent control... They are conscientious affordable, and provide amazing service... Highly recommended! read more

Truly great service. I shopped around for several Pest Control companies here in Central Marin(Larkspur), and these guys are the best. They wound up being one of the most well-priced, they have great service, and the techs are super friendly, personable, and the product itself is super effective, while also being pet and kid-friendly. Our house is surrounded by trees, so spiders are a problem--I don't mind the spiders themselves, but the webs drive me nuts! I know everyone needs a place to live, I just don't want the webs inside lol. Give them a call! read more

I finally caved in after having a recurring ant problem and admitted I needed a professional to help. They responded quickly and I was able to make an appointment within the week to have them drop by. Arvin was friendly and I especially liked that they had an option for an ongoing service of twice a year. He didn't try and pressure me into a more frequent service, which I very much appreciate. I also like that they have an eco option because I have a dog. They were able to spray immediately after consultation. I'm glad I went with this company. read more

Excellent customer service, cleaning, remediation, and rat removal services for both indoor and outdoor issues. Definitely worth the time and a good value for money to get the problem taken care of. read more

No one wants to need a pest control company, but it's the name of the game with home ownership. I can not say enough about Nature Science Pest Control, and Tom in general, other than AMAZING. He is what you want out of service and a company! I will recommend them to all of my clients. Tom was so thorough and kind. He wasn't trying to nickel and dime me and even gave tips on things I could do on my own to save money. They set up an appointment to get my home sealed up super quickly and it was just perfect! If you're needing pest control this company is doing it right and just a delight. read more

We had a great experience with Nature Science Pest Control last week. They came out to help us with some yellowjackets building a nest in the eave of our house. I can't remember if they sent someone out the day I called or the day after, but it was extremely efficient and affordable. And friendly! Would highly recommend. read more

So far, very good, very happy with their personal, and knowledgeable service. I liked how they followed up with service for one area of my yard for treatment of a type of outdoor cockroach that I've never heard of before. We had landscapers working, and they were great, to not only stop by to treat that area later in the week, but to also let me know when they did so. read more

With kindness and understanding they helped me come to terms with the need to set out some traps.

I have never used such an amazing service provider in my life. The team at Nature Science is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, helpful, and always there for you. They are excellent communicators and always keep you in the loop about upcoming services and/or changes. Matt (who does our services) is the kindest human being. He always gives a thorough update on the pest activity and things being done to solve it. He is extremely considerate inside our home and takes extra care to greet our cats and dogs and make sure that doors are always closed behind him. There was even a time where Matt did a drive by service to remove a rat carcass from our front yard. Thank you so much to the team and services at Nature Science. We have had great success using your services and always know we are in the best of care with you! read more

Local company, very professional. They came back to check the traps exactly when they said they would. Pricing was fair as well

We are currently using them to get rid of our flea issue in our downtown property. They've made one visit but it hasn't really helped so they are making a second visit this week. Unfortunately they only guarantee their work for 30 days which is dicey at best for $250. I don't mind paying as long as they can rid my home of fleas. read more

Tom at Nature Science is top notch. He is a master of his craft, very honest and provides excellent service. Nature Science (Not to be confused with the other competing company with "Nature" in their name) provided more items, a better strategic plan, more service visits and at a better price than the other quotes we received. Thanks Tom and Nature Science! read more

Nature Science is the best pest control company in Sonoma County. We've used them for rodents in our backyard and crawlspace. It is so refreshing to find a responsive service provider with intelligent, effective solutions to a pest problem at our small San Anselmo apartment building. Matt of Nature Science is a practical problem-solver who worked amiably with our tenants as he treated their apartment units over the past several weeks. All communications with Matt and the office staff have been reasonable and respectful of our time. It feels good to talk to real people with pest control experience and a fun sense of humor! read more

Wow! I called Nature Science due to a potential rodent issue. Tom arrived, listened to my concerns, and then examined every square inch of my two attics. Tom is the quintessential professional. We initally found mice feces in our cars which promted us to call an exterminator. I did catch one mouse using a tomcat mouse trap. I first contacted another pest control company and they did NOT do a complete inspection and wanted to do exclusion and no trapping. They told us we had mouse feces, and moisture in our crawl space and needed a moisture blanket in the crawl space and wanted over $1000!! We should have had them take pictures to show us!... We were shocked at what they wanted to charge us and decided to call a different pest firm, one that my neighbor was using. We then called NatureScience and they did a very thorough inspection and said we had a very dry crawl space and no signs if infestation of mice or rats in the crawl space, or in our attic and no need for a moisture barrier. They said the problem was in our garage as they found spacing under our side door and around the garage door. In order to stop the mice from entering our garage we needed a new threshold for the door and concrete was used to close several gaps on either side of the garage door. They recommended we set traps for several days to ensure we caught all the mice before doing the exclusion work. They also told us they do NOT use harmful products, if needed as we have a cat! The work was done and we were only charged $250 for the exclusion and we were not charged for trapping as we used our own traps. They are also doing other work in the area and will keep tabs with us to ensure their work. We are completely satisfied with the job they did! read more

Just an updated review following treatment. Again, rep Jim was generous with his time and information, offering advice and reassurance. I appreciated the company being able to spray eco-friendly inside (we have a dog and we're humans!) and the stronger stuff outside. I feel confident that in tune with my vaccuming efforts, we will in time end our carpet beetle issue. Thanks very much Jim. A shout out to those handling the phones and scheduling too - very on their game. read more

So far so good! We knew there had been a past rodent problem in our crawl space and I wanted to set up ongoing surveillance to make sure it didn't arise again. Just before Thanksgiving, Matt came to take a look and give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and was not at all pushy. For the insect spraying he shared exactly what products he would use (we only wanted botanical sprays). We ended up signing up for the rodent and insect ongoing service. He sprayed, laid traps, and later came back to seal the likely entry point. The day after Christmas, I noticed that the traps had caught two rodents-- I called and Matt came the very next day to remove them. Additionally the number of spiders we find in the house has significantly decreased, probably by 90+%. Like Matt, the office staff is also super friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend. read more

I had to wait at the window a few minutes as the Receptionist was on the phone with a customer. She was very patient with the person on the other end, and helped them with a cheerful attitude. I had dropped by to make an inquiry about service, the receptionist was real patient in answering my questions about Paper Wasp, Rodents, and their all natural process. Indicated will have Operations Manager get back to me. read more

Amazing service reasonable price! Matt came out to our home and gave us a several options on what to do with our situation. He even educated me on the types of wasps, then explained each option. I found Nature Science on Yelp when I needed to have a massive hornet's nest removed from the outside eve of my home. They were fair, safe, and reliable. I would use them again. read more

I love these guys. 1. Super responsive. They came out diligently until problem was resolved. 2. Super good at communicating. They regularly updated me on status and visits. 3. Super ethical. Rather than selling me all sorts of remediation services for our rodent problem, they provided me exactly what I needed: trapping of rodents; sealing the points of entry; and providing me information on how to sanitize the area so that they won't come in again. Jerrod immediately identified the problem areas and was able to address at a reasonable cost! read more
