We're on a semi-annual plan. They visited recently and sprayed around the perimeter of our house, and used some localized treatment in a tree where they saw ants. We appreciate their eco/friendly and pet-safe practices (we let the spray dry and then our yard is safe for our dogs again). Also appreciate their responsiveness in setting up the visit by text, and then texting again when the tech is on the way to us. A day or two later, they had a technician come by our house for the work (screening, mortar patching, and setting traps). The work was highly effective and solved our rodent problem. Three or four month laters, however, we had a different problem, so I called up Tyler, and he said his partner Ryan could come that same day for a reinspection. Ryan showed up and we walked through the house again in detail and discussed next steps. But rather than book a follow-up appointment, Ryan was kind enough to take an hour or so of his time and just perform the work himself, and all at no charge! We had an issue with rats due to recent construction in our neighborhood. They sent out a representative. I showed him areas of concern. He was very thorough and we discussed a plan. Due to miscommunication I was under the impression the entire exposed perimeter of our home would be rat proof when in reality 3/4 was completed and some of that wasn't up to our satisfaction. We took pictures and sent them to the representative, who advised us that I misunderstood about the entire perimeter, but agreed the areas of concern were not done correctly. Three techs later and it still wasn't done correctly. A manager came out and made empty promises to fix things and to discount work. Apparently he meant a discount for additional work at a cost to us. We asked several times for an itemized bill to explain the charges, and all we received was the original statement I hope Management takes this feedback seriously to improve communication and accountability skills.
