We recently called Nature Pacific to get a quote on wasp removal and they came out the next day to treat for us. The price quoted was what we paid. Tony, who came out to help us, was friendly and explained what he was doing, which only took about 20 minutes at most. I moved into a lovely home in the El Verano neighborhood of Sonoma. I was greeted by thousands of little ants, both inside my house and outside in my shed. I tried many safe methods of ant control, but the hotter it got outside the bigger the "any party" inside. Nature Pacific sent an awesome pest professional who made all of the uninvited ant guests find a new place to hang out. He sprayed all of the areas that the ant were using to travel (bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.) After a day, there wan't one single ant attempting to get inside. Terrible experience with these guys. The inspector/supervisor Angel most of all. Had them come out to do an inspection and give me a quote for the work. They gave me a quote for only a small part of the work and "forgot " about the rest so when the tech got there he had no idea about the full scope of the work and then tried to triple the price after work had started. When I called and confronted him angel was the one who took the call and said it is what it is and did nothing to try to fix the situation. For the work they did do the price was outrageous. And I can't prove it because I don't go in the attic I can't say 100%but I think he damaged my hvac ducting during the inspection which i also had to get fixed. The guys that fixed it said someone shoved it out of their way to get in the attic and since itvhad been working all winter and no one but him went into the attic I can only assume he did and didn't want to admit it. They are liars and will misrepresent the cost to get a contract. read more

I read a few reviews from the Pacific Nature Pest Service Web site and all I can say is that those that had nice things to say about this company must have gotten the "A" Team. I got the "B" Team which consisted of Angel Poblano, Supervisor and 2nd in command to his cousin, Bobbie Ramirez, owner of Nature Pacific. Angel Poblano is also the supervisor to Angel C,field worker,(the lazy/liar,untrustworthy worker) and Zack, the bully, these 3 I was stuck with. Angel C. is also a relative (what is that old adage "never hire friends or relatives"). I had purchased 7 locked bait boxes from google, which I put around the exterior of the house, and I asked if these bait boxes could also be checked when Angel C. checks the Nature Pacific traps (Nature Pacific uses cheap wood traps-which they pick up when the 3 inspection, per contract , are performed.Angel C. checked with his office and was told ok to service my traps if I would allow him to put EPA labels on the boxes allowing Nature Pacific Pest Services to service/bait the boxes.I said yes,so Angel C came back in 5 minutes, said he put labels on all the boxes and baited all the boxes.I questioned Angel C. since he did it so fast, I took me over 1 hour to bait the boxes, hard to open) Angel C .said yes, to baiting and labeling all the boxes. I asked at least 4 or 5 times if baited all the boxes, each time he looked me in the eye and said yes, all labeled and baited .So I asked him if he had a master key to open the boxes, he said no, he used a screwdriver, I asked him to show me his short cut. picked up the first box, one he butchered with a screwdriver, had bait in it, and there was another box, so he opened that one, it was full of dirt, no bait in it, and he had the nerve to tell me, mice got to it already, I asked, with us standing right here?. He left, I picked up all the boxes to check, none were filled, all full of dirt, no bait, he lied to me. I sent an e-mail to Dalia Sanchez, office gal, and asked that she pass the e-mail onto Bobbie Ramirez, the owner,she replied back "hope someone from the team touched base with me, regarding your previous email ,as I did indeed pass it along to my managers" I have no idea if Bobby Ramirez, owner received it or just passed onto Poblano. Poblano phoned me ,was only interested in protecting Angel C. ,Poblano was questioning me, I asked if he read my e-mail, it is all explained, and I said I don't want Angel C. back to do the 3rd and last service, his reply my area is Angel C. territory and all his other workers are busy with their own territory, could he send Angie C. I said NO. so that is where Bully, Zack came to be. Had a chip on his shoulder, I figured he had been brainwashed about me. Zack opened the crawl space, didn't go in, just reached down and picked up his cheap wood traps, apparently they don't check the crawl space, only do it during the first inspection. He went to attic, took his cheap wood traps, put in a bag, then said he would go outside for the labels. He picked up bait boxes, tore off the labels, I kept asking him, aren't you going to open them and bait them, didn't answer me, just kept going to the bait boxe and tearing off labels, after he had several labels in his hand, and I kept asking if he was going to open the boxes, he finally answered me with the torn labels in his hand and said "he can't open the boxes, because they don't have labels, my reply you just tore off the labels, they are in your hand. I have never heard the tone said in such a nasty way as he told me to: HAVE A NICE DAY-LADY"repeated it all the way to his truck, with me asking him to call the office, so I can speak to someone, he said NO, THEN REPEATED AGAIN FOR THE 4TH TIME HAVE A NICE DAY LADY' at that point I threw my hands up and said "GO TO HELL", he jumps out of his truck and shouts at me "NO ONE LIKES YOU, NO ONE WANTS TO WORK FOR YOU"-AND NASTILY AGAIN TELLS ME TO HAVE A NICE DAY LADY.. Based on Yelp reviews decided to utilize this company to address a major rat problem in our house. Their representative came out to inspect and made us aware of potential entry points and placed the cheap wood traps with peanut butter. We told them we had cats in the house and wanted safe traps. Our rat problem got worse and I called and requested a supervisor call back which never happened. Their office staff seem to have no knowledge of their processes. Then was informed the only way to reach someone is through email. When a customer is having an escalated issue I expect a professional company would take the extra effort to communicate and assist with long and short term possible solutions. Because we used our handi person to seal possible entrance points and not use them they offer 0 guarantee. We had the second visit by their staff and their traps had caught no rodents. Because of the escalation in the house we went out and purchased our own glue traps and got 7 of them. Also found a major entry point in the kitchen their inspection missed. In addition to be fair we had not paid their invoice which was my fault due to getting Covid and out of commission for weeks. Got a call from their billing dept and told them I will pay it yesterday which I did. And again trying to explain our dissatisfaction just got the run around and after getting collection threats hung up on them. If they placed as much energy into meeting the customer through a sense of understanding as collecting payment there would be a different outcome. This is the level of collection threat Not a threat, just informing you on our process. A client who doesn't pay gets sent to collections and refereed to our legal department and the is contacted with a mechanics lien notice. What happened to we will take every effort to support you and thank you for committing to pay your invoice today. What I expected from a company with good Yelp reviews one someone calls asking for help that someone of responsibility calls back. After hearing of a worsening situation to provide short term solutions and show the client you care and understand. having aggressive rodents in one's home is pretty scary for those living there. read more

In addition, I received an email from another rep., also apologizing. "Too little, too late" was my response, but it seems they are trying. Last month (May 2021), I had a bunch of ants coming into my living room/kitchen and they were driving me nuts. I could not figure out where they were coming from, so after much head-scratching and frustration, I contacted Nature Pacific Pest Services. They were quick to respond, were up front about the approximate cost (based on the information I provided), and they had someone to my house within a couple of days. The pest control specialist, Bobby Ramirez, was excellent. He was friendly and very professional. He provided a lot of information about the type of ants we were seeing and what type of pest control method he was using to mitigate them. He had told me that it could take several days to see no ants whatsoever, but luckily for me, I stopped seeing any ants the very next day and have not seen them since. Wasps, spiders & cob-webs: We have a tri-level home in Rohnert Park, so keeping spiders and cobwebs off the higher levels has always been impossible. Not any more. Our home and yard looks amazing and practically cob-web free between our monthly service. This spring our home was swarming with wasps in the front and back yard. We literally could not go outside and work in the yard or relax on the deck. They found several nests under our roof line, removed them and sprayed. We haven't seen a wasps since. I called this company about a mite problem where I was renting. The owner told me that he had no way of identifying mites, as they are nearly microscopic and impossible to see, but if I was being bitten, he could certainly treat the place for mites. Then after speaking with my landlord, he came over, walked into my room, looked around, and said "Well I don't see any mites, so I can't treat for them." Completely changed his story after talking with my landlord. I told him about the ongoing rat infestation there, and showed him all of the bites all over me, but he stuck to his story. I suspect that he took a payoff from my landlord to twist things around like that. Most Likely. I wanted to rid the hackberry tree in my front yard of woolly aphids without killing the bees which are so endangered now by the prolific use of pesticides, so I switched from the exterminator I had been using to Nature Pacific because they advertise themselves as "Earth Friendly". Their quote was 4 times the price of the service I had been using, but I decided to give them a try. The previous service had required a signed waiver from the next door neighbor for spraying since the tree hangs over their driveway, and they wouldn't spray if the wind was over 5 mph. The new service said that they didn't need a waiver because the spray is not toxic. I asked them what product they use, and they said they didn't know as they use a sub-contractor, who showed up after the time window of ETA passed and the wind had come up. They said that the spray would kill bees. I told them to skip the spray. Then they injected a chemical into the ground. I asked afterward what they had used, and it is a toxic chemical that not only kills bees but also can contaminate the groundwater and has caused vomiting, rashes, confusion, and dizziness in farmworkers when used in agriculture. Doesn't sound very earth friendly. And they still charged me the full amount even though I only went with half of the treatment. Then they asked me to vote for them for best exterminator in Sonoma County, before they even responded to my concerns. read more
